I was moving from Irvine to Chula Vista and looked for movers when they came up on yelp. I reached out to several movers but they gave me a flat fee while many others was per hour, per man, and the cost at the end would depend on a lot of factors, so I decided to go with all express moving. When they came in the morning, they were very efficient in putting not just my boxes in their truck but also disassembling my bed and taking my TV off the wall mount. They wrapped the furniture with moving blankets and plastic wrap to make sure they'd go undamaged during the move. When we booked All Express there were only 6 reviews. They were outstanding reviews so they caught my attention and I decided to call the owner and inquire as to why there were so few reviews. Omar explained that after years in the industry it was time to start his own company. That he knew what made a company successful and what practices led to customer complaints. Omar highlighted complaints found in multiple reviews of other companies and explained the policies of his company to prevent those customer frustrations... I am thrilled that I took a chance on a new company. Here are a couple of conman complaints in other reviews and how All Express handled similar situations in our move- 1) "They nickle and dime you starting with the walk through and charging for the time to plan the move"- Not All Express. We walked the property outlined what was to be moved. After about 20 minutes discussing plans Omar handed me the contract at 8:10 and had the starting time of 8:15. No charge for walk through. 2) "They are on an hourly rate an milk it by working slowly and taking frequent breaks". Not All Express. These gentlemen work hard and efficiently. They work as a team and and never stopped in the 7 hours they were there. It was 90+ degrees and there was never a complaint. I was exhausted just overseeing the work and this team of three was amazing. It is difficult to adequately explain how hard these three worked. I was truly impressed with their work ethic. 3) "They don't care about your furniture and break a number of items, you get what you pay for with hourly movers". Not All Express- Some of our furniture is aging and I told Omar he didn't need to spend a lot of time protecting as another scratch of two was not going to make a difference. Omar responded, "No sir, we protect all furniture by wrapping it and treating it with care as if it was out own. You will have no scratches and we will get it done promptly." All our furniture was promptly wrapped and protected and was delivered with NO DAMAGE. Their process was efficient and fast and there dedication to protecting your valuables was truly impressive. 4) "They insist you hire more people and end up with workers standing around." Not All Express- I asked for a quotes with 4 and 5 movers as the other companies had all said that was the minimum and it would take 10 to 12 hours. Omar review my list of items I forwarded and recommended 3 workers. His team of three was complete (including 40 minute transportation) in 7 hours. 3 person team 3 to 5 hours less time saved me a great deal of money. I highly recommend this company and will recommend them to all my family and friends. this is one time we took a chance on a new company and it could not have worked out better.
