We hired this company to install hardwood floors in our townhouse. We bought the material from another company as they had a flooring that matched the existing flooring on the main floor. The owner was hesitant about installing another product other than what he carried, however agreed to once his installer saw the product. We were on a tight timeframe and needed the work completed before we moved in. We were told that the work would be completed by a certain date. We came home from our vacation early to give us time to paint the baseboards. To our dismay the work was not done, not even close to it. I left messages for the owner, no response. Finally after leaving a very pointed message he called me. No apology for not being done, just lots of excuses. It wasn't his product, it was difficult to work with the product, and so on. The work ended up being completed after we moved in, with trim that the installer removed not being put back up and trim missing from the original floors. On the last day of installation I was informed that they would not take away their garbage as the flooring was not purchased through him. Our contract included pulling up the carpet (which we did), removal of garbage to the dump, etc. I would not have even double checked the contract if the owner had not been an absolute jerk We wanted to give our business to a local person, however do not recommend this company. The owner is very unreliable, unresponsive and does not accept responsibility for not getting the work done within the timeframe given. He is just full of excuses. Although he did send us photos of the progress the first two days, not a word was said about not being completed on time. It took us coming home from vacation, expecting it to be done, that we found out that they were running way behind schedule. Unfortunately, good customer service is not in their vocabulary. read more

I had Jim and his crew install some new carpet so I could list my own home for sale, and Jim was very responsive, and I picked out the exact carpet I wanted and had it installed in less than a week. TERRIBLE JOB and experience with "All Flooring". A toilet leak in a guest bathroom caused damaged to my hardwood floors. This resulted in replacement of some of the hardwood flooring, refinishing all the hardwood floors, removal and installation of new baseboards. I did not hire All Flooring. They were contracted by the mitigation company handling my insurance claim. All Flooring sub contracted out the job. The experience started down hill from the start. In an effort to save time I will bullet point my experience with this company. * James the owner made 2 appointments and didn't show up. * NO prep work to mitigate dust was done. My entire house and every surface was covered in dust. * They sanded inside a coat closet without removing the coats. I was home when they did this and could have removed the coats but they didn't bother to ask. *I was told there was no need to remove and replace the baseboards and was promised they could get underneath with the sander. That was not the case. The old stain was very visible around the baseboard. James came out to inspect and agreed the baseboard needed to come off and be replaced. The subcontractor however, argued with me that it looked fine. He then proceeded to complain my job was taking to long and casing a back log with his other jobs. *They did not properly clean the floors prior to sealing. This resulted in allot of debris being sealed onto the floors in several areas. (see photos). *The day the baseboard work was to start, the sub contractor didn't show up. I called James and was told the subcontractor decided he wasn't going to do the baseboard work because we were to picky and he couldn't please us!! * We were left to find a contractor to do the baseboards which resulted in a 2 month delay in the job being completed. Again, this is the short version of my HORRIBLE experience with All Flooring and recommend stirring clear of this company. read more

Well "you get what you pay for"! I bought a Living Social deal for these guys and they have done everything to avoid doing the work. I called to try to redeem and was first told to drive to their showroom. I did, and it turns out the "showroom" is just a garage with no sign. Once there, I was told I actually had to go somewhere else to choose flooring. Once I choose flooring I called again and was told it would be $170.00 just for an estimate! I finally just gave up and realized I'd been scammed. read more

I had a rush project in my home to have vinyl and carpet laid within the same week that I purchased it. Lize Mckee the Owner came through for us beautifully and our Team, who did the work did a perfect job, with special care and attention to our concerns about the end result. Because it was a rush project I didn't have the budget I usually work with and was concerned on cost. Not only did Liz come up with the perfect samples for us to view for the job, based on paint colors told to her over the phone, but she also beat everyone's price and had excellent customer service as well. She waited for me one rainy night while I tried to get there through traffic from Bellevue after hours so I could see the samples. Amazing! We were referred to Jim @ All Flooring / 1floorall by our Realtor. We needed to replace the flooring in our condo before putting it on the market. Gina helped us pick out carpet and vinyl (within our budget) and was super great to work with. After we picked out our materials they came and measured. We were on a pretty tight time schedule to be able to get everything done in the timeframe we wanted to get the condo on the market as soon as possible. Gina was a rock star and worked with us on date and kept us informed as to when/what was going on. Flooring was installed, took a bit longer than expected, but things happen. Our subflooring created more work than was expected and dry time to lay vinyl slowed things down. When project was finished it looked great. Everything looks and feels like a huge upgrade from what we had. Would and have recommended to anyone looking. read more

Had a real rough go with these guys. They subbed out the floor refinishing and then messed up my very expensive cabinets by mis-hanging them and drilling screws in all the wrong places with the end result being glass faced cabinets that were full of holes, not level and hung at different heights. Cigarettes and razor blades literally left out for my kids to find and my house was left unsecured, messy and doors wide open when they left (if they decided to show up in the first place). I decided to write this review because years later I just wrote a final check to the loan I had to take out in order to hire a real contractor to clean up after these guys. My original estimated cost ended up more than doubling. read more

Awful customer service! Don't waste your time! After finding the cluttered, dirty showroom only marked with an outdoor sign that reads CARPET, not the name of the business, we met James Miller. He was extremely rude, talked down to us and repeatedly tried to push us toward a flooring material we kept saying we did not want. We asked for an estimate to have tile put in to our kitchen and baths, so he came to our home one week later and after taking measurements and trying to talk us into the flooring style we didn't want again, he told us he would send an email estimate within 2 days. After 5 days, we still had not heard from him, so I called. He didn't answer his phone. I left a message asking where the estimate was. He never even responded via email or phone! He needs to learn how to treat potential customers if he plans on getting any business. I will continue to spread the word about our bad experience with James and All Flooring Wholesalers. read more

Dont Walk...RUN from these guys. Beyond awful experience. Just thinking about the experience we had with them gives me the creeps. Jim is as sweet as sugar to get the job, but getting the job done, standing up to the crappy work they did, and all the hidden charges for ALL materials used was ridiculous. Son in law Dan Johnson was the contractor, and they have a great good cop/bad cop thing going so no one is ever to blame! But I don't even think he is actually licensed. Especially for the horrible electrical and plumbing job they did here. We had to have new electricians and Plumbers come in and finish/fix the work they did. after weeks of trying to get them to hold up to their so called "warranty"!! Please don't believe him when he says "contractor pricing" for materials he's a liar! Consider yourself warned! read more

This place is terrible!!! I don't know how they are still in business. They installed the worst (cheapest -nasty-thin) carpet and a pretty much non-existent carpet pad in the house we purchased his summer. We did not hire them... The previous owner did. They did not fix any of the problems they left. They were rude, hard to get a hold of, and ultimately didn't stand behind any of their work or product. Do yourself a favor and RUN to any other flooring retailer. Nobody can be as bad as they are. read more

All Flooring Wholesaler did a fabulous job on our remodel of kitchen and bathroom cabinets with all granite countertops, high end vinyl flooring and carpet throughout our house. The teams that came in to complete the work were very courteous, professional, respectful and did a great job. I cannot say enough about Gina at the Kent store and Liz at the Covington store which were insightful, knowledgeable and absolutely amazing. They were patient and kind with making changes and were very helpful in assisting us in picking products. If we need any future work they will be the first company we will call. If I could have put negative stars, I would have. The owner, James Miller, was rude and extremely unprofessional. He makes appointments, then doesn't keep them, nor does he respond to voice messages, texts or e-mails. He had me go to Home Depot for carpet samples. After I waste my time, he doesn't show up for the appointment he proposed. When I call, he's very rude and tells me he "doesn't have time for this". I can't believe this guy is in business! Although it took a little bit of time and some phone tag to get the install scheduled, the end result was totally worth the (minor) wait! Liz and Jim were very accommodating to my schedule- Liz came to do the measurements of my floors at 7:00pm on a weeknight since I don't get home from work until then, and when I was running a little late to their shop to make my payment and confirm my order, Jim stayed open late on a Saturday for me. The installer called an hour before the scheduled start time (early Saturday morning) to verify my address and let me know he'd be there on time. He was. He was very professional yet down to earth and friendly, and he worked for 10 hours straight to get the carpet and new vinyl installed in my home. He did not cut corners; the work he did is beautiful. He mentioned on more than one occasion how much he enjoyed working for Liz, and said he'd been an installer for her for ten years. Overall, my experience with this company was extremely positive, and as a relatively new first-time homeowner, I felt I was in good hands. read more

We had used All Flooring twice in the past with good, honest & professional work, so we hired them to do a five part remodel to an older condo. This included new paint, trim, ceilings and flooring. What a mistake as they hired many unlicensed sub contractors who claimed they would do the work for less, but instead the overall work was done poorly. When asking for issues to be addressed All Flooring made excuses or reexplained what charges actually meant. They did send two crews out to fix some of the issues, but generally it cost us more with more mistakes or many of them not even addressed. In the end; we paid for services which were not done and they claimed that's how they make a profit. Isn't that called fraud? read more

The showroom is a dump. You are first greeted with the sight of the grossest most filthy toilet ever. My appointment was somehow forgotten which James Miller the owner blamed on his assistant Liz. He is very gruff I should have walked out then but I managed to find the carpet I wanted so placed an order. James called me back with the total which went way over the deal I thought I was going to get so he threw in 8lb under pad for the price of 6. I had to keep calling as he never returned calls about the order or when the install would occur. Finally he install date was set for Sat.Sept 21. I called Friday Sept.20 as I had not been notified when the installers would show up.I was told by his assistant that James was out of town and she could not find the paper work about the order but would look. Several hours later the order was found only I was getting 6lb. underlay so the assistant said she would throw in the 8lb which I was charged for in the first place. Then she called back again and said the install would not happen until Monday, Sept.23. This totally backed up other contractors and my husband had to take time off work to be home for the install. I also will add that James wanted me to pay him cash in order to avoid sales tax which seemed a little sleazy so I did not. They should not be in business if they treat their customers as I have been treated however I am satisfied witht the carpet and install. Just wish I gave the business to someone who deserved it. read more

Jim, I guess he's the new owner, and Richard were extraordinarily helpful and diligent as we tried to find the right flooring to replace the 25 year old rolled vinyl throughout our great room and tiny hallway and bathroom. It took us several months of looking at samples, researching, product and finally deciding on luxury vinyl tile made by Shaw. Jim and Richard stuck with us, researched with and for us and helped navigate the very confusing world of flooring products in which the same product may have multiple different names depending on the retailer or wholesaler. Their measurements and suggestions were spot on and the installer, Mike Fowler (and cohort, Ernie) were prompt and thorough. The final look is terrific and although the total price was somewhat higher than other bids we had, we were swayed by their knowledge and suggestions. I will not hesitate to use them again. The only reason they aren't a five star, is because their "showroom" is indeed very small and we had to do a lot of the footwork to find samples to compare. Flooring is like medical care in that you have to be willing to be the boss. All Flooring will work with you. read more
