I called All Pest Pros company for a aunt problem. They did not address the problem and the aunts came back right away. I called them to see if they could take care of the problem and they said that I would have to pay again. I would not recommend this company because they do not stand up for their work. Several years ago I had the same problem and had a company come out and they eradicated the problem right away. The other company is only 20.00 dollars more but worth the extra dollars. I pay 500 dollars and they don't spray unless they see active termite activity. The yearly inspection they skippped a lot. So the week after I'm doiNg my own inspection throughout my whole house and of course find 4 places where they are eating with the droplets building a hill. Call them out and they only spray half saying it's old termite droppings. I know when there's a mound building up in a perfect hill that they are still there. It's not like anyone's moving the wood making it fall on purpose. They need to SPRAY Period. I pay 500 bucks for a reason. SPRAY MORE. read more

I have them on a monthly and for some reeason I haven't had any issues with renewing my services contrary to some of tfhe other reviews I've read. My expectations are simple. Do your job and I'll do mine. That's exactly what All Pest Pros did. Did any Rodents return? Yea sure did! Was it the same one they got rid of? No, probably a cousin or a family member. Point being pests are not going to dissapear because you hire pest control. They don't eliminate population. When the rodents appear so does All Pest Pros. I am so angry about the situation- if the next appointment isn't a marked improvement, I'm going to try to convince our complex to switch companies. In the last eight weeks, I have made three appointments regarding the *swarming* termites. And- they are coming from within the wall based on the patterns. I have pictures of the solider termites and videos of the swarming termites. The first person said they were no termites. The second person checked the attic. And the third person says I wasn't home for the appointment. I took time off work early to make this appointment and spent the time puttering in the front yard or directly in the front room. I even walked up and down the street. I never saw their truck or had someone at my door. read more

UNBELIEVABLE!! I could say I am at a loss for words, but in fact, I'm full of words - All BAD about this company. This is another "If I could rate ZERO Stars, I would" review. After having ALL PEST PROS (formerly Jeff Hiatt Termite) as my termite prevention for the 15 years I've owned my home and as general pest control for at least 2, imagine my surprise when THEY dropped ME as a customer - THEY DROPPED ME! My bills were always paid on time and the contracts were otherwise adhered to. Originally, the every-other-month pest control service had been on a Saturday morning schedule, which was convenient for me since I work weekdays. That changed about a year ago when they told me they could no longer send a technician to Long Beach on Saturdays any more; I had to change the day of week. I wasn't asked to change - I was TOLD. I chose Fridays and, for a while things were OK. Then they started showing up later in the day instead of the mornings that had been planned, and even missed a couple of appointments altogether. I was willing to allow a reschedule, figuring those were flukes. This past week, I got the automated reminder call on Wednesday confirming my Friday appointment. I left the house on Friday morning, leaving the gate to my back yard (with pool) unlocked for their access. When I arrived home around 3 pm, the gate was still ajar and there was no evidence that the technician had been there. I called the offices and was told that the "computer" had malfunctioned and that my (confirmed) appointment was actually scheduled for a NON-EXISTENT FICTIONAL TECHNICIAN. No one was ever going to show up based on their findings! Apparently no one in their office saw this mix up on the schedule to be able to take an active approach and contact me before I had to call them about a no-show. Is anyone running this company or is the "Computer" the only one in charge?! Not only did I not get ANY FORM OF APOLOGY for their screw-up, I was told that they could not "make good" and send a technician later that day or anytime on Saturday (which were convenient for me). After some heated discussion with Sean (manager), he stated that the company was no longer going to be able to provide service for me, and he was cancelling my existing valid contract. I cannot believe that in today's business climate, ANY business would so casually let a long-term 15-year paying customer go. AND with NO APOLOGY - EVER!!!!... STILL!!!! Hey, All Pest Pros: NEWS FLASH - It wasn't MY error that caused the problem! The least you could have done was 1. apologize, and 2. do WHATEVER it took to keep the customer - forget, keep him happy - just keep him! We have two attics at our house, one over the dining room and one over the bedroom areas. We needed the old insulation taken out and new insulation put in. Andrew Martinez from All Pest Pros responded out and gave us a good quote to have the old insulation removed and put in fresh R-30 grade insulation. On Tuesday, March 18 Damien, Sergio, and crew responded to remove the old blown in insulation from both Attics. They put down plastic sheeting on the carpet throughout the house and were very careful to try to keep everything clean. It took all day but they were able to get the job done and remove all other things they found in the attic. They were then able to replace all the insulation. Everything went smoothly it was a big job as there was a lot of square footage, bats as well as blown in insulation in both attics. The company and I made an arrangement for a payment plan which enabled me to pay this off quickly but not all at once. That was helpful because I had several projects going at the same time in this house. Throughout the process Andrew was very helpful and addressed all my questions and concerns. At every point of process i found them to be completely thorough and professional. Alan Flowers patiently explained every aspect imaginable which helped us to make to the best informed decision regarding the insulation install. He also expedited the service at our convenience and remained in contact throughout the process. Likewise, the technicians, Ron and Omar, were just as professional. With careful consideration of the house and furniture, they managed to do hard, backbreaking work that completely rescued the attic from its previous operation as bacteria festering rat hotel. I should also add that not only did they remove the old rodent feces covered insulation, but they also sanitized the entire attic, a service i was grateful and relieved that they offered. read more

I have used All Pest Pros for over 10 years for termite control and was very pleased with this service. But recently I called them to secure 4 subfloor air vent and replace the entrance door to the subfloor area. The quote from Alan Flowers for this work was $600. The work was also quoted to take 2 hours, or $300 an hour. This one time subfloor visit quote is 150% of my annual termite contract. When I asked Alan about the outrageously high quote, he said the company had a formula and he didn't control the costing. I will never call them again for services. Serge read more

This business has absolute ZERO service initiatives. They do not cater towards people who work 8-5 jobs. I just renewed my warranty only to come to find out that they do not provide service on the weekends. More importantly, their block of time for appointment is 2 hour increments from 8-10 as the earliest and 2-4 at the latest. My mother had a contract for termite prevention for her home in Huntington Beach. She recently passed away and we are in the process of getting her home ready to sell. Imagine our surprise when this company, who has been inspecting and treating her home for several years, discovered lots of termite damage. Not only that, but their quoted price for treatment and repair was incredibly high. The house across the street (about twice the size) recently was tented by another company for about half the price with another termite company. When I asked All Pest Pros what their warranty covered, I was told that it covered "active" termites. If we wanted to remove all the drywall, then we would be covered by the warranty. Really?!? I find it hard to believe that there are so many good reviews for this company. We would never recommend them and would, in fact, warn folks to steer clear. read more

The reason I am awarding four stars instead of five is that after the job was done, I received an invoice for $3380. That was the contracted total price, of which I paid 10% ($338) two months ago when I signed for them to fumigate our house. Lucky for me I remembered that I had already paid $338. Otherwise I might have simply paid the $3380 they asked for now instead of the $3042 balance due. read more

Was really pleased with the service that I originally received from this company. However, I just tried to renew my one-year policy (1 business date late) and they absolutely refused to work with me. I had told their technician when he came to my house 3 weeks prior to please send the renewal department a note that I wanted to sign up again, but obviously, that fell through the crack. The renewal folks just told me that they can't take responsibility for such a thing. So, for that, I would not recommend using these guys. read more

I had a yearly contract for termites with this company They came once a year and inspected and did spot treatment. They called me to renew my contract and I was in the car, and I said yes, send me the bill and I will mail it. They never sent the bill, I forgot, and when I called to have them come they say they terminated my coverage and would not let me renew it even though I had told them verbally. They were happy to take all my money all the years, but now when I need a spot treatment they don't want to renew. read more

As far as I know, all work was completed successfully. Needed help with an ant problem, called All Pest Pros. They scheduled us for today(This appointment was made last week). We had signed the contract(Done online) and cleaned out the exterior and interior of our house to make it more accessible to them and then day of boarded our cat and dog. And then 5 minutes prior to appointment time they call us and tell us they are cancelling. They tell us they don't have a technician in the area(We've had this appointment for awhile now, how the hell do you not know there is no technician in the area until 5 minutes before appointment time. Then they tell us they will reschedule us...to next week(On Tuesday). Its MONDAY today. We had our appointment made the week before. We inform them we spent money on our pets to get boarded, set our whole day away. We are told they will compensate us in these prices...if we make the new appointment with them. This isn't even an actual discount(Nor an offer of actual reimbursement), as they are costs we will have to pay again. Its honestly a bit of an insulting offer and poor customer service. I called All Pest Pros after seeing the advertisement in my Westway magazine from the automobile club. I felt that they would only advertise a company worth trying. I was having problems with waterbugs (giant cockroaches)not only outside but also inside my house and silverfish. The tech was on time and called to let me know just before his arrival that he was on the way. I am proud to say just from the first treatment I have not seen any of the gruesome creatures. There was no smell or streams of liquid visible. The tech sprayed everywhere in my yard , around the house and inside. I will be using this company again. read more
