Irfan is a great guy and understands service very very well. I called him for a kitchen sink related leak and he was clear in explaining how soon he could come at the same time sounding polite. When he did come next morning he was at home when he said he would be. It turned out the leak was a very simple issue and I was sleep deprived enough to have not thought about it. However Irfan was very generous and waived any fee (they come and assess for free anyway) even though he had spent time in coming over. Would not recommend. Ifran did a simple drain cleaning for us, but a few days later the sink started leaking (it was not leaking beforehand). Ifran was amazing! Not only did he come exactly on time but he also spent 15 minutes trying to get my garbage disposal to spin manually and explaining to me what were the problems. There was rust and shards of glass in my garbage disposal. After all that, he didn't charge me a single penny. Ifran from All Pro Plumbing saved us when my wife and I were trapped in an awful situation and going on two weeks without hot water. He's an exceptional plumber with the heart of a saint. I wholly trust this man for all my future plumbing problems. I called Ifran at All Pro Plumbing when the pilot light of my water heater went out. Over the phone, Ifran walked me through the steps to test my water heater and verified that something was wrong. He stopped by early the next morning and confirmed his suspicions that the water heater's burner became defective. He was friendly, clear, quick and efficient. This was all at no cost. Ifran informed me that because my water heater was still under warranty, the manufacturer could replace the parts without us having to spend a few hundred dollars on parts and labor. Ifran even volunteered to call them on my behalf. He quickly got back to me with instructions from the manufacturer and their list of approved contractors that I had to go through in order to replace the parts under the warranty's requirements. I then arranged to have one of the manufacturer-approved plumbers come in to replace the burner, and in short... that other plumber f*ed us. The other plumber came over, attempted to charge extra fees for unnecessary labor and even made my wife cry in the process. He left once we asked him about the extra fees. At this point, my wife and I were on our second week with no hot water. We called Ifran back to get advice on what we should do. He immediately told us that he would make sure we had hot water as soon as possible. He also said he'd take care of it at no charge. Ifran called the water heater manufacturer again on our behalf to describe what happened and was able to secure the parts under warranty. When the parts arrived, he came, installed the new part and relit the pilot light. An hour later, my wife and I had hot water again. Water heaters all generally suck. However, the people working with them don't have to. No family should go through what we did! Ifram saved our butts. He helped us coordinate with the water heater manufacturer and came to our rescue when things went south. Throughout this whole ordeal, Ifram wasn't expecting any compensation from us... he just wanted us to get hot water back. This man is a saint. read more

He said he would order the part, pick it up and come and replace in the next 2-3 days - never heard from him since - also reached out to his referror and had him contact Ifran. I had a backed up lateral (sewer line from house to city sewer main) and Ifran (All Pro Plumbing) not only cleared it out in a timely manner, he was able to show me the condition of my pipe leading to the street and explain the cause of the backup-which was Foster Cit's annual sewer line inspection, they blow high pressure water down their main sewer lines to clear out the pipes so they can then video the condition of said pipes. Here is how I arrived to this rating. I did several small projects with Ifran this summer, after an emergency call. His work was good when you point him to the problem. However, I have concluded now that the root cause of the issues were a failing pressure regulator that was allowing 100psi pressure into my house. Ifran never suggested to look at that. I would probably give 3 or 4 based on this experience. However, in two occasions Ifran disappeared completely and would not return my calls. The first period was in June, he reappeared after several calls/text messages etc. He told me that his father passed away and I would have forgotten about it if he did not do it again. This time he has been ghosting since Monday Aug. 26 and he has not returned calls/e-mails and text messages on a warranty issue. read more
