Seriously, I bought my new car on my lunch break: Used TrueCar to get a quote for a 2016 Ford Fusion (saved a few thousand just doing that), called All Star Ford from my office at work and spoke to Bumi. Bumi promised he would honor the TrueCar quote. I gave him all my information so he could run my credit and give me an estimate of what my monthly payment would be. Notified me that I qualified for 0% APR financing. We made the deal over the phone. Went to the dealership on my lunch break in my old car. Got there, negotiated the trade-in value for my Altima, and came back to work in a new Fusion. I highly recommend this dealership, as I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of at all. But word to the wise, use TRUECAR.com before you go to any dealership. Also, get the Kelly Blue Book value of your old car so at least you have a good negotiation starting point. The salesman told me I should get a refund on my gap insurance on the Focus since I only had it around 7 months. So I went down to ASF back on the first week of April to inquire about a gap insurance cancellation. Chris was more than nice and helped me out. Since then I've called and went in person to follow up on my refund because I still haven't got it. Now it's July 14 , almost three and a half months later and I still have no refund check. Something doesn't seem right So I still haven't received my refund despite numerous call and visits. This has become very frustrating and annoying for me. I'm surprised at all of the bad comments on here. Had I read them, I probably wouldn't have gone in to All Star Ford. That being said, I am so happy I did not read them!!! We dealt with Danny (sales) and Jay (sales manager). And have nothing but good things to say about them. We showed up at about 6:30pm and we were just looking. We test drove 2 cars and Danny was great about running back and fourth about getting keys to about 5 different cars. He seemed pretty in the know about the cars on the lot. I have absolutely no complaints about Danny. He was friendly but not pushy and after we bought the car he even took a picture of us with the car on his cell phone. Jay, the sales manager was great as well. He crunched the numbers and made it work within our payments. We told him we are a military couple and have the opportunity of getting great deals though the USAA website. He had us log on to the their internet to see what the deals were that we could get and he found a way to get the cost down on the car for us. He was willing to make deals and give us all of the incentives and discounts he could find. By the time we were done it was well after closing. The finance person ( I think his name is Robert?) was very thorough in explaining all of the paperwork. He got it done fast and efficiently. By the time we were ready to go it was about 9:40 pm. The detail team had left for the day long before that so they had us make an appointment to come back and have the car detailed. The last place we bought a car (Concord Kia), it was near the end of the day and they never offered to have us come back for a detail. So that was nice. Jay also told us he would throw in a free car wash and a tank of gas as a favor sometime in the future. All in all I felt comfortable working with All Star Ford. I never felt pressured, I felt that they were more than reasonable when making deals and the customer service was great. I would definitely recommend these guys to friends and family. Don't pay attention to all of the negative comments. Give these guys a chance. :) read more

I regularly buy cars and I hate the entire process including the negotiation games and bait/switch tactics that are often employed. I had the best experience ever with Shayla Miles at AllStar Ford. She provided a number of vehicles to choose from all with prices less than anyone else. She politely waited while I price shopped, yes she gave me just a teeny bit more off the price, and then she made the 'buy' effortless. We did it all on line, she found me credit terms that were much better than what I found for myself, and she had the Truck delivered to my home on a Sunday. When it came both truck and contract were EXACTLY as we agreed. No games. It makes me think there is hope for the car industry yet. Shayla was absolutely terrific. Update on my previous review where I gave a 1 star for the quote I got on my ac for a 30 dollar part that took me 10 minutes to change and 5 more minutes to put glove box back on, I fixed the running board today I was quoted $2000 the part is $130 on Amazon and took me 45 minutes to change very easy these crooks deserve jail time for robbing people who don't know any better probably take advantage of elderly on their prices. We just purchased a 2014 Flex via Internet from All Star Ford. Marshall Hausrath was the initial salesman we had on the phone. He helped set us up and kept us informed. Robert Thelen was the salesman that helped us when we arrived at the dealership. He was most helpful making sure we drove the vehicle under several types of scenarios and walked us through all the many features. He really wanted to make sure we wanted the vehicle. He was very easy going and no pressure. It was late and he did not seem to be in a hurry to finish up. He followed up the next day to make sure we got back home safely the night before (it was late and we live a couple hours from dealer.) The business manager, Kevin, was also very good. After only a minute he pulled up the exact vehicle I spotted online, and we were in a test drive. Will wasn't pushy, and he made me feel comfortable. While waiting on paperwork we talked about a lot of daily things, life. It was pleasant and real, and didn't feel like I was being "sold" any more than necessary. He answered all of my questions fully. I actually enjoyed the time we spent talking. Decided to go for it with the car, as the sales staff worked with me to get the payment range I wanted, without much hassle. I spent about 5 hours in the dealership, and they delivered what they promised. The excellent experience with staff continued with Bob in finance (though I did have to go back the next day for my own desire to change something), Bob made me feel welcome and we also talked about a wide variety of subjects and our families. I felt a good rapport with him about guitar and the East bay. Overall, I was pleased with my purchase - I felt good about buying Ford, good about buying in my new hometown of Pittsburg, and good about the price that was given on this CPO Ford. I will give you a FIVE-star rating for my first purchase, but a(n) FOUR-star rating for my recent experience. While I was appreciative of the quick process of the paperwork and credit check (which I was promised that my credit was not going to get checked -- but how that is done to buy a vehicle is beyond me). The part that was disappointing was waiting for the car to be washed, which wasn't and there were lots of fingerprints all over the car. Then a young gentleman took my car to get the gas filled up and that took forever. I even had to ask the salesman who I had the pleasure to work with, call the person to hurry the process. You guys take care of your customers very well. My family and myself are loyal Ford customers! My parents traded in their Ford Flex for a Ford F-150 two years ago. We love our Ford vehicles. I came in to All Star Ford this morning seeking to get an oil change from their service department and ended up leaving in a beautiful 2016 Nissan Sentra SR! My father and I drove in and were immediately greeted by John Ahmadi, a sales consultant. He informed us that their service department is closed on Sunday. He then proceeded to ask us if we were interested in trading in our car for a new one, or for a pre-owned vehicle as this time of the year was an ideal time to get in a new car. My father and I were actually considering getting a more eco-friendly car for myself as I would be commuting quite a distance to get to and from my new job. We agreed to have him show us around some of their pre-owned vehicle inventory. He was not pushy in advertising any car in particular and really allowed us to pick the one we wanted. We were interested in the Nissan so he gave us some information about it and eventually allowed us to test drive the car. My father and I fell in love with it and decided we would take it. The following processes (the trade-in) was the smoothest and quickest I had ever seen to walk out of a dealership with a new car. The service advisor was good man. I took my Ford Explorer which has 15000 mileage still under warranty. My cars AC was broken. After a day they told me probably the AC condenser is damaged but they said they can't say if it's covered by warranty or not unless they examine it on bench. If they examine it on bench and if it's not covered by warranty then I have to pay $1300 just for learning that it's not under warranty. It's so weird. I bought my car and extended warranty from All Star Ford and after a few months I noticed the Air Conditioning didn't blow cold in a reasonable time 5 minutes so we took it in and explained that it didn't cool down for a period of time and asked they call me if they could not reproduce the problem but they never called me. Then they called and said it was complete and could find nothing wrong with it (how could that be) but they charged me for evacuating the system and weighing it and to refilled it. I was not to happy but paid after a discussion with the service manager where he could not see my side. I got in the car started it up and it blew hot air for about 5 minutes went right back in and then he explained that a warranty that says bumper to bumper was truly not bumper to bumper. Fuck this place. You're better off getting your car serviced at a different ford dealership. I came in to get my car checked and service because of a persisting problem, whenever I start to drive the car shutters and has a hard time shifting into gear. Any owner of a Ford Focus from 2012-2016 knows what I'm talking about. So I take my car in and I tell them about the problems I've been having with it. They acknowledged the problem, So they take my keys and I leave it with them for a day. The next day I get a call from them telling me that they can't check my car because of my battery saying it's below the cca which to me doesn't make sense. Why would you need the CCA at proper level in order to conduct an inspection into my problem? So feeling as though I didn't have a choice to get my problem fixed I agreed to get my battery changed because I want my TRANSMISSION or whatever the fuck I need fixed, I just want the shuttering to stop. I get another call later that day saying my car is ready for pickup. They sent a shuttle to come pick me up and I get there I speak with David Corona, the guy I've been dealing with throughout the whole ordeal. He tells me they changed the battery, they reset my car to factory setting and claimed to have replaced my sensors that were causing the problems that made my car shutter. So I walk out thinking my problem is solved, I signed all the proper paperwork and paid for the service, without checking the invoice. When I left and drove my car the problem was UNRESOLVED and I go to check my service invoice, the only thing listed on there was the replacement of the battery and to top it off it says that I REQUESTED A BATTERY REPLACEMENT when In fact I asked for my transmission or whatever the Fuck is wrong with my car to be checked and service. They swindled me, I recommend going to some other dealership or get yourself a much more reliable car like a Toyota or Honda. read more

We just moved to Antioch almost a month ago. My F150 is due for oil change & the 29 point inspection. I yelped all the Ford dealers within the vicinity & saw this one. I did not made an appointment for the service, i just walked in at around 10ish that morning & i was greeted by Mr. John Alsado. Told him that if i can do Quick Lane, he responded that they're backed up but he said that if i leave my truck i might get it by the end of the day. I took that offer because i really need to change the oil/ tire rotation too. The atmosphere inside that service managers area is fun, they are so nice & accomodating.
