She guided me through upgrading my 2024 Ford F-250 Lariat Ultimate 4x4 from 3.31 gears to 3.73 gears, along with installing a rear E-locker and a front limited-slip differential. They treated me respectfully and Chris was dedicated to finding and fixing the problem properly - he even notified me that the ECU I had installed by a previous shop had likely been stripped from a junkyard vehicle (that shop had charged me full price and neglected to tell me it wasn't a new part). When all was said and done, I was charged very fairly for both the parts and labor. However, after ordering an exhaust nothing went smoothly. They sent me the exhaust with parts missing (which was noted after install). When communicating with the advisor (Durwin), he would go weeks without an update, blaming it on one party or another. After over a month with my car not in use and a credit card dispute filed, they ended up asking for the part to shipped back to them for which they would charge me a 35% restocking fee. The worst customer service out of all the car parts stores I've worked with on my exotics.

Finally I dont know why hes gotta lie but saying they didn't remove the exhaust to swap the rear sway bar??? But somehow it also took 3 hours of labor??? He didn't want to take responsibility for my exhaust when he had the car in the shop, only after i left and told him it wasnt right, bullshit man. What an absolute horrible experience and a total waste of my time and money.
