We chose this restaurant for our daughter's graduation because our previous visits had been great. Unfortunately, this experience was the exact opposite. From the moment we sat down, our server appeared irritated and completely uninterested in doing her job. The restaurant was nearly empty and we were the only customers, yet getting basic service felt like we were inconveniencing her. We placed a small order at first and later wanted to order more. Instead of checking on our table, our server spent over 10 minutes chatting with another employee while we waited. Another server eventually noticed and asked whether we had placed a meat order. We explained we had been trying to order more. When our original server finally came back, she took the order with visible annoyance and walked away. Then we waited another 10+ minutes in an almost empty restaurant. Meanwhile, families who arrived after us were served faster and received noticeably better attention from the exact same server. Let's start at the beginning. I came in with a group of nine people all from Los Angeles after a very long martial arts tournament. Mind you, we are a group of Japanese and Koreans. We were a group of athletes and we were ready to eat some Korean barbecue after a long, long day. Lucky for us we came across All You KBBQ and we walked in and only two other tables out of 30 tables were occupied so we got seated very quickly. We ordered the premium all-you-can-eat option, which looked amazing. However, what we expected versus what we got was interesting. The server was so sweet, and clearly nothing I'm about to say is fully her fault but maybe can work on her hospitality skillset. But maybe she was in tough position. First, we all ordered a bowl of rice and they gave us two big bowls of rice which is not what we were used to. Typically, they bring us individual rice bowls. So we asked them where the rice bowls were.... The server said "sorry they're all dirty." Guys, they were only three tables filled on a Fourth of July Friday weekend....somebody could do the dishes....the back of the house was obviously not doing their job. So, we started firing off orders for meat and sushi rolls to the server which she was putting in her little machine which means the kitchen received our orders.... Meat was mediocre at best..... Also the Wagyu is not real Wagyu (not the point..). Everything took forever and they forgot several meat items. When we asked about the sushi we ordered, the response was, "sorry, the cook is in a meeting." Bro, WE'RE EATING AT YOUR RESTAURANT! WHY IS YOUR ONLY COOK IN A MEETING? Definitely a management issue. Like sorry was I inconveniencing you at your job where you service customers? Anyway, Never got a grill change until one of the two grills literally caught fire and I had to get up and go get a staff member to come and change it. Alluding to them never checking in on our table. It got to the point where we just started feeling bad for the server because management is doing such a terrible job. The craziest part is when the manager came over to the table to apologize for the lag, she blamed and belittled all her employees like the cook, the server, and that's not what a good manager does... They take ownership and accountability for her team. Sad I never got the pork belly we ordered... Also, someone clean the restroom. Anyone...that ish was nasty. In the end the food was so-so, but the service is subpar if you've ever been to a real KBBQ joint. Today, I was craving Korean BBQ and decided to give it a shot. I was warmly greeted and welcomed by Garrett, super cool, friendly, and with lots of patience for an out of town visitor like me. He explained the prices between the various options, the meats, the side dishes, etc. very cool dude to interact with it. I picked the basic option (they call it Classic). The quality of the meats was amazing and the portions were just right for me. Garrett kept checking in with me and even showed me where the side dishes were at. Side note... one of the side options are tortillas! Love it! How adaptable to the customers. Overall, amazing experience and will definitely visit again when I'm in town. Like uncomfortably hot which is worsened by being near grills with fire. We had dinner here recently, and I know it's hot in Vegas, but it's like 7pm and I'm starting to slide across the booth like a water slide because of how hot and sweaty we got. Gross I know. When it comes to the food, I feel like it's pretty introductory kbbq. They didn't have the best banchan, but the apps and sides make it easy to try different foods if you're introducing someone to the kbbq world. My husband and I came here for our anniversary because we wanted a chill, lowkey dinner. Walking in, immediately was shocked by how hot it was! There definitely was no A/C and they had a couple swamp coolers going to keep air circulating in the place. I came to All You Korean BBQ (Eastside) to celebrate a friend's birthday, and unfortunately the experience was disappointing from start to finish. At first glance, the restaurant makes a good impression. The signage out front--"Feed Me KBBQ and Tell Me I'm Pretty"--is playful and sets an expectation for a fun, upbeat dining experience. Unfortunately, that charm did not carry over once we were seated. We opted for the Classic AYCE option at $29.95 per person, with an additional $6 add-on for soup and sushi. For that price point, the value was extremely underwhelming. The Classic menu felt very limited, and portion sizes were inconsistent. Having dined at several other AYCE Korean BBQ restaurants in Las Vegas--particularly in Chinatown--I can confidently say that many comparable spots offer significantly more variety in appetizers, meats, and sides for the same or even lower price. Given that this location is not on the Strip, the pricing felt especially unjustified relative to what was being offered. Another major issue was the self-serve sides and soup area. Guests are required to retrieve their own sides from a cart/salad bar setup, but many items were either empty or not replenished in a timely manner. When items were refilled, it appeared they were simply topped off rather than fully replaced. Additionally, the tongs were mismatched and placed in the wrong containers, clearly moved around by customers. This is a basic food-safety concern, and it was concerning to see that the utensils were not swapped out during refills. I also observed staff handling this area without gloves, which further added to the discomfort. Service was another major letdown. While there were multiple staff members moving quickly between tables, the restaurant was not particularly busy for a Sunday evening around 6:45 PM. Despite this, interactions felt rushed, impersonal, and inattentive. There was no sense of hospitality or effort to make a birthday celebration feel special or even acknowledged. The experience felt transactional at best. To make matters worse, the restroom was dirty, with toilet paper visibly on the floor. This is often a reflection of overall cleanliness standards, and it did not inspire confidence in the back-of-house practices. If I could give this restaurant a zero, I would. Unfortunately, Yelp requires at least one star, so 1/5 it is. Between the poor value, food-safety concerns, lackluster service, and cleanliness issues, this is not a place I would recommend--especially when Las Vegas has many better AYCE Korean BBQ options at the same price point that deliver far more in quality and experience. read more

For $29.95 (Classic) to $46.95 (Platinum) you can: -Eat unlimited appetizers -Grill your way through a list of meats long enough to be its own scroll -Choose from a sauce lineup that could make a grown adult cry with joy -Add Wagyu and premium cuts if you go Platinum But honestly? Even the Classic was next-level. The pork belly? Phenomenal. The prime rib? Outrageous. Garlic pork belly? Life-changing. Top sirloin? Elite. Ribeye? Chef's kiss. I likely ate my weight in appetizers alone, gyoza, tempura, you name it. Every dish was as good as the last, which is the real danger of all-you-can-eat KBBQ. There is no weak link. Only joy. The sides were plentiful, the sauces were on point, and the staff kept everything flowing without us ever having to flag someone down. At the end of the night, four very full people walked out in mildly concerning food comas for less than $150 total. That is highway robbery and I love them for it. Highly, highly recommend. We ordered the ribeye, thin-shaved pork belly, spicy chicken, teriyaki chicken, sushi, garlic edamame, and rice. The garlic edamame was also a miss for me, it made the edamame soggy, so I'd suggest sticking to the regular salted version instead. The salad bar looked like it had been sitting out for a while, so I'd only recommend it for sauces and condiments.
