We had a solid meal at Gen Korean BBQ in Las Vegas. It's an AYCE affair offering meat selections, appetizers, and sushi options. Everything we ordered was delicious! I don't think there's a wrong choice...! Cooking the assortment of meats on the tabletop grill produced great smells throughout the meal, and the staff swapped out the grill plate with each course, which kept things clean and efficient. Service was good and attentive. We only made it through six meat selections, a side of gyoza, and a California hand roll before we were completely stuffed. A fun, filling experience that we would return for.

WOW! I meant WOW did you catch that! Come in with expectation of fresh delicious cuts of meats & seafood because it will be delivered to your table with a Welcoming Smile. The veggies were spot on crispy for a perfect dish of your choice, you will be the "Cook" today lol! Ok if you burn it a little no worries, the staff will bring you Cocktails of your choice & a new cooking wok thing. My favorite drink served was Long Island Ice Tea, and he Bartender was whipping up his mixology of liquors like a Boss (Tips for great service encouraged) We loved the restaurants Staff, Bartender & decor it was a Las Vegas perfect ambience experience. Comfortable cushioned seating & lighting made with picky customers in mind. It's located inside of the Miracle Mile Mall very close to Polo Towers by Hilton Resort. Park in mall lot & pay. Prices are fair in my opinion for what you eat & eat! Enjoy your BBQ!

Had dinner here with a large group. Everyone was friendly. We ordered the bulgogi which is always super delicious. They also have three dipping sauces. Everything is cooked by you at your table. I love the radish kimchi, regular kimchi, and spicy edamame.

Service: Very Nice! This would be very fun with a large group of people and I would highly recommend making a reservation. Even with a walk-in for two people took half an hour before being seated. Once seated, the server was very nice and took our order and explained how everything worked. Get everything you want and grab a few things that you want to try. They come by to change the grill very often. You do have to cook the items yourself. Our table didn't get a lot of attention to get help cooking the food. Food: Since this is an all you can eat menu, here are some highlights: Favorites: Beef: Galbi, Beef Bulgogi Pork: Spicy Samgyubsal, Smoked Samgyubsal Sides: Spicy Rice Sticks, Soondooboo Soup, Rice Paper Pass: Beef: Filet Mignon (thin, so overcooks easily) Pork: Red Wine Samgyubsal (odd sourness) Sides: Cheese Kimchi Fried Rice (came cold), Japchae (overcooked/ mushy) On to my next food adventure....

    Round 1 !

Oh my goodness how lucky were we! My sister and I stumbled into GenQ to be greeted with Eddie, absolute best introduction , conversation, and set up we had. My sister sharing a common birthday bond, every person working there felt like they were our waiter, amazing staff, amazing service on top of amazing quality, options, and taste of everything and I do mean everything!!! We ate all this 2 people then...had cantaloupe ice cream bar to seal the deal. So fun and all you can eat, nice and loud for groups and kids.

To top off the great night

Shoutout to Eddie our server he was great. Creates good conversation brought great energy super attentive, kept the grill going, and created a last memory for us. The vibe in this place is great with music and the World Cup in the background. When I come again I will be asking for Eddie he made the whole experience. Appreciate you

Pina Colada aka best drink ever

What an incredible dining experience from start to finish. The food was amazing, but what truly made our visit memorable was the outstanding hospitality from the team. Eddie warmly welcomed us even though it wasn't his table. He recommended a drink pairing with a Piña Colada, and the presentation was both memorable and impressive. He even took a moment to chat with us about my T-shirt. In a busy restaurant, taking the time to make a genuine connection isn't easy, but those small moments are what create lasting memories. My partner and I were traveling for a birthday celebration, and although Eddie didn't know it was a special occasion, he made us feel incredibly welcome. Marvin was also an amazing server during a very busy rush. Despite how busy things were, he remained attentive, friendly, and proactive throughout our meal. He frequently stopped by to refill our waters, checked in on us regularly, and even asked if we wanted additional servings of our favorite meats before we had to ask. That level of attentiveness made us feel genuinely cared for and elevated the entire dining experience. The entire team consistently checked in on us and showed that they truly care about their guests' experience. Great food, exceptional service, and genuine hospitality. Thank you to Eddie, Marvin, and the entire team for making our celebration even more special. We will definitely be back!

Super delicious, very attentive staff. Seriously service was great The manager on the shift was really nice and walked around to make sure we were being served correctly. Nice and quiet relaxing lunch my sister and k had. Everything looked clean and kept up with.

Omg this location is amazing! Eddie and Marvin are fantastic! They made our party so happy and the service was amazing! They really took the time to tell us about the menu and keep us updated on new items and specials. Our party had a blast at the best Gen ever!

Unexpected price change - website wasn't updated - but not only did the staff remember us but were very accommodating. Despite their being short staffed, they still ensured that their customers didn't want for naught. Ambiance was very nice and we enjoyed our time. Food was prepared and marinated very well. While it wasn't a bad thing, the brisket was very lean and filling. The dipping sauce helped. Would still come back despite the price change as it was the staff that made this dining experience what it was.

We went to eat Korean barbecue here at 12 PM when it opened on a Saturday. We were the first people in the restaurant so we got a good seat at booth. The service was OK. They came by to ask us several times if we needed anything, but we did have to remind them about a few dishes that were missing and some of the dishes came out a little bit slower than we thought. As for the food itself, it tasted fine. I wish there was a little bit more variety in the menu like I've seen at other barbecues, especially with the sushi and side dishes. But overall it was good. No complaints about the food at all. We made a reservation OpenTable so we didn't have to wait, but we probably didn't need it because it wasn't busy at 12 PM. I bet this place gets really busy at night because it seems more like a nightlife type of restaurant. We use the bathrooms which were semi clean. I expected them to be much more clean because the restaurant just opened and near the first people to use it but it looks like it might not have been cleaned since the night before. Overall, it was OK. we didn't buy the premium meal because we didn't eat all that stuff. We just bought the regular meal which was $35 plus per person. We bought a Ramen for our six-year-old and we had asked the server if it would be spicy and he told us it would not be spicy, but when it came, it was very very spicy. so we wasted $10 on Ramen that my child didn't eat. Luckily, I brought a bento box for him to eat in case it didn't work out, so he just ate his packed lunch and we threw away the whole Ramen. That was probably the biggest disappointment that we had to pay for it. But we did have a gift card which is why it wasn't the biggest deal but we couldn't pay the tip with the gift card so now we just had $12 on our gift card because we weren't able to spend everything there.

How much is it per person?

$35 for the Korean AYCE menu

What are the practicalities of the all unfinished food will be charged policy? I certainly get the idea of not wasting food but surely we don't have to lick plates clean either. What does it really mean in practical terms? Judgement call? $$?

They weren't strict. We didn't eat all the veggies and they didn't charge us. I'm assuming just don't be obscene with ordering everything on the menu and only eating 1 piece from the roll you ordered.

Anyone has any luck doing the group reservation line? Called yesterday to reserve for 12 tonight. Multiple calls. No response. answer so left them a message.

    #samequeen

Is it possible to make reservation for 15 people?

Yes, they accept reservations for large parties but you have to call to schedule.

Does anyone know if they accept Caesars $100 celebration dinner credit for diamond members?

    Probably not!

The taste and value is really great, actually. If you are looking for your "halmoni's" (grandma in Korean) authentic, homemade, caring, handmade flavors and can ignore the no-frills, don't -care, terrible location and zero curbside appeal, this is your place. Imagine going to an old neighborhood Korean home where the kimchee to the broths and banchan are made with love. The scissors are sharp so you can easily cut the perfectly fermented, primly pickled kimchee and the cucumbers (oi kimchee) are fresh and the beef broth deeply steeped and rich with flavor. Plus it's an absolute bargain for what you get. I think we ordered almost one of everything (for just the three of us) just to taste it. The naengmyun (cold noodles) were fine. Not exceptional, but decent. The saam and chive pancake was very good. Value is high, taste is high; authenticity very high. Huge portions in today's world of cutting back. But I feel fortunate to find a "go-to" for my korean cravings. Like walking into my auntie's house for some warm, deeply comforting, home-cooked k-meal. Craving the dogani bone broth soup now!! (Would have taken photos but it would have hard to judge based on photos alone. This is a place you have to go to just to taste it, not look at it).
