I ate half of the friedrice

Friendly service. I ordered crab fried rice no spicy. Generous amount of crab. So delicious! Mahalo!

We were here for 17 days and I ate here 5 times. Even spent extra money to have it delivered one time, I am picky in general and the fried rice with shrimp and the veggie spring rolls with extra egg was phenomenal. Some spicy spots even with the level 2 (out of 10) so watch out but my god, best Thai I've ever had. Reasonably priced, can't recommend enough.

I wanted to try this Thai food truck because I love Spicy Thai food. This gem was nestled amongst other food trucks within the Kihei food truck park. After ordering my food was prepared fresh and hot. I ordered a chicken basil stir fry with a fried egg, drunken chicken noodles, and papaya salad my fave. All of the dishes was spicy medium just like I requested. I would highly recommend Life of Thai because it was reasonably price, freshly made, and great spicy food.

The go to spot for a quick thai experience. You gotta ask uncle that works there to add spice though. But the Stir-fry whether it be the cashier or the ginger were both bomb. The Tom Yung soup though was my favorite. The uncle is super nice and hard working I highly recommend this business

Jun, the owner/chef, is very friendly. His dishes are incredible. I have enjoyed the Pad See Ew, Cashew Stirfry, and I think his Pad Thai (extra sauce, always!) is the best on island. His truck is bright yellow and next to Kraken coffee in the food truck pavilion- I say give it a shot!

I did order drunken noodle, it was good taste

Really good spot, the mango chili shrimp plate was amazing! You can have the chef make it spicy as well

But the vibe is beachy and laid back with surf board tables and smiling helpful staff. It was about 25-30 minutes from when we joined the line until we got our food. My husband loves the fish tacos! As a vegetarian, he convinced me to try the tofu veggie tacos when they explained all the toppings were the same as the fish tacos minus the fish. We also got fries and a side green salad with pineapple mango vinegarette (yum!). Other vegetarian options include onion rings, taco bowl, taco mountain, impossible burger, coleslaw, mac salad, rice. I wasn't sure what to expect with these Hawaiian tacos (I've had some bad tofu tacos elsewhere) but these were amazing!! I tried to take notes to see if I could recreate these at home! My guesses: The tofu is fried and maybe in a chipotle sauce. With tomato onion jalapeño cilantro lime salsa, topped with the cabbage slaw (coconut milk, mayo, sugar, lemon, ginger), diced tomato and then with a mango salsa that has cilantro/lime, cheese in a white corn tortilla. Just delicious! My husband's fish tacos looked exactly the safe except had fish instead of tofu. The order comes as two tacos. Looking forward to returning! It's in a plaza so plenty of parking. Also family friendly. There was also outdoor seating (did not take a photo of it).

BUT, seafood here is over the top, my wife had a white fish like ONO, but too long a name to spell. Over mashed potatoes and grilled veges Mine was Blackened and seared Ahi over sticky rice and asparagus spears. We both had a nice small Caesar. The sushi bar no longer is here. Completely removed and replaced with about a dozen or more tables for four. Really , if you want a treat at sunset , come here. Great service.

Walked in before 5:00pm with no reservation for a party of four. Well, that was a mistake. Despite idle wait staff and maybe only five occupied tables out of 20-30 total they made us wait for about a half hour. The reason was other people made reservations and were expected. When they finally sat our party the restaurant was still 2/3 empty. There was really no reason to keep us waiting that i could see. When you see someone in the party is disabled and using assistive devices you should be more accommodating. It kind of felt like we were being punished for not having a reservation. Also, expect a 3% service charge for the back of the house. Really, for the prices they charge for mahi fragments you could pay those people without a surcharge. Portions here are tiny. My mahi fragments were dry, over spiced and served with two unseasoned baby bok choi leaves and a slice of grilled tomato. For the price of almost $40.00. The beer was good and so was our server so they got one star for that. Otherwise, this place is touristy, overpriced and the maitre d' is slow on the uptake. Overall, there are plenty of great restaurants on Maui, recommend you try one of those.
