The service was done correctly because no leaks, no error codes since my windshield needed calibration for all the security features that came with the vehicle. Even gave me a certificate that it was done correctly! Value, I paid nothing out of pocket due to the new vehicle warranty. Drop off was painless and hassle-free. Waiting area was fine with areas to remote work. Service was done in less the time originally planned which is great without compromising quality. The front office staff also gives great info that most dealership may or may not tell you about what you paid for. I'll keep coming back to this branch! Great crew!

I just don't understand how they're still in business or why anyone would ever choose to go to Safelite.. and this is the third time that I've had to use them because Geico seems to think that in California $40 an hour is good enough for a glass replacement. But that's a whole Nother story I could tell you about the time they wrecked all the stripes on my hellcat and had to replace the window three times and then still scratched my paint that they never fixed. Oh, I guess I just told you about it. Why would you ask me to contact you when that is impossible. Online chat? Why wast my time? No phone number ever gets you a human. Hopefully people see this and stop using you. Also for anyone reading this that has Geico, they told me if I click the other button to choose a my own place, more recommendations appear. Yeah, Geico is definitely part of the problem.

I reached out to Aaron for a quote regarding what I wanted to have done and he provided me with a price for his services. I reached out to two other companies and Oasis Window Tinting had the best price hands down. I reached out to Aaron again to book an appointment , and He did tell me that he was scheduling appointments 3 weeks out since he is completely booked, which worked out perfectly for me! I had an appointment scheduled for June 5th, 2025 between 1pm-2pm. The day before, Aaron reached out to confirm if my original appointment was still good or if i needed to reschedule for a different date and time. Day of the appointment, he even sent me a courtesy text message letting me know he was on his way and how far out he was from the house. I asked Aaron to tint my front windshield on my 2024 Corolla XSE. He showed me a picture of the different tint percentages and asked if I wanted carbon or ceramic tint film. Aaron arrived fully prepared with all of his tools and tint films. He took his time and made sure everything looked great. I asked him how long he has been tinting and he told me for almost 25 years!! Thank you so much for tinting my windshield!!
