I requested a quote from Alpha Enviro Tech for replacement windows. My house is over 30 years old and the windows were still the original. Even though they were dual pane, some had been cracked or broken, were hard to open and the screens were difficult to see though. The salesperson showed the benefits of the windows they were offering, and the test that impressed me the most was registering the heat transfer through windows with a heat gun. We tested old dual glaze windows, triple glaze windows, my windows, and the windows they were offering. I wouldn't have believed the difference without seeing it. We decided to replace 8 windows and 1 sliding glass door. The financing was approved and the install was scheduled. The scheduler was easy to work with. I had to reschedule twice due to issues with my mother's health in another state. Once the install team arrived, they were very nice and courteous. The install was done in a few hours. They were very careful not to make messes, with drop cloths both inside and outside each window as they progressed. I asked them to help me slide a bed away from a window that I couldn't do myself, and it was not a problem. They even offered to slide it back when they were finishing, without me having to help. I like the windows, they are very clear and easy to see though. They open very easily, and sometimes I have a problem seeing if I am looking through just the glass, or also through a screen. I haven't had them long enough to see a change in my utility bill, but I expect the bills to be lower. There was one window that ended up having a sliver of plastic inside the dual glaze about the size of a human hair. I had to look hard to see it, but they volunteered to replace it, scheduled a time to come, and ended up coming a day early because I was available. The replacement of the fixed panel took about 10 minutes. I am very happy with the work they did. It looks very professional, even the caulking job inside and out. I would recommend them to replace windows on others houses. Have them do the estimate to see the difference their window makes. read more

I had no idea how beautiful new windows would be. At 65 I never ever thought about new windows. New roof yup, time to paint yup, new deck ok. This home had 2 or 3 "ghost" windows, can this be fixed? Then just forgot about it. I didn't even know how bad the screens were. Holes, thick screen that was gray and dingy. and they wouldn't even come clean. When Alpha came out to inform us about the ghost windows, we decided to replace all the windows in our 70 year old home. The sun shines in our dinning room and the floor would be hot. now you don't feel any heat at all. The screens are so well made and they come off and back on very easy.. all our windows are the same style. In our den/bedroom the window was very large and divided into 4 parts 2 side open/close, and the center and bottom center part was just glass (hard to explain but UGLY) When the measurements were taken, he asked if I'd like a solid plate glass. The room had 2 other open/close windows so I said sure. Best decision ever! It changed the look of the room. Its brighter and the picture window is just that, a beautiful picture of our front yard. Im so happy with the end results. As for the work team...the installers were very considerate of all the "stuff" I have in my house. Plus the plants on the outside were not disturbed at all. 2 things that make us laugh. 1. we got an all glass door and we keep thinking the door is open. 2 At night when I walk by that door, I scare myself with my own reflection. So a curtain closed at night took care of that. Every person that we came in contact with was so friendly. Very professional and when we had a problem with our door lock, they came out the next day. Our home was in need of a paint makeover of our home in Murrieta Ca. Thank you to the entire Alpha team from the Project Manager to the helpers who took their time and treated our home as though it was theirs. The process was seamless from the sales demonstration to the handling of the color through our HOA, Alpha does it all!! All of the pieces came together and the crew was amazing. one day alpha called me and asked if it was okay to come over to talk to me about my heating and air conditioning system and it just so happens that my current system was not working so I said okay. Richard showed up presented me the options that I had about getting mine heating and air conditioning system replaced I asked about getting new Ducks he gave me the pricing and everything that I needed to know about that I wanted my grills replaced as well. Once we came to an agreement on pricing we scheduled an appointment with Alex to come by and take measurements and to talk to me a little bit more about the install. He came by the very next day and got up on the roof. Looked in the Attic walked around the house took a bunch of measurements and then right before he left he talk to me about what was going to take place during the install. All the representatives I worked with from my initial contact were friendly and willing to answer my multitudes of questions. While cost is always a consideration for my limited budget I am a firm believer in quality. After researching the products and systems recommend by Alpha Enviro Tech I felt like they were the team that would meet my expectations. One thing that stood out was the installation. The installers were able to answer questions about the process and Alpha Enviro Tech's procedures. They were very informative of what to expect today with the installation and appeared very thorough in ensuring the HVAC system was running and blowing air through all the vents. Many times when I have had work done on my house i have found that the installers are subcontracted by the company I bought the service/product from but with Alpha Enviro Tech it is clear that they are involved in the process through installation. I hired Alpha Enviro Tech to reroof my home, remove and reinstall solar panels and to reinsulate my attic, and the experience has been extremely disappointing. Their installation was riddled with serious issues: They failed to vent one of the bathroom exhaust fans, leaving it abandoned in the attic space. An unacceptable oversight that could lead to moisture and mold problems. Gutter guards were screwed directly into the torch-down roofing, creating multiple potential failure points for leaks. The shingles at the front of the house overhang the gutters by about 3 inches. It is completely unprofessional and would cause water to overshoot the gutters during heavy rain. Most concerning of all, they were contracted to install Owens Corning TruDefinition Duration shingles, but instead installed a different, inferior brand and model without informing me. When I raised these concerns, the response from Nate at Alpha Enviro Tech was dismissive and condescending. Rather than take accountability, they chose to gaslight me, insisting there was nothing wrong even when presented with clear evidence. This company's lack of integrity, poor craftsmanship, and refusal to stand behind their work makes it impossible for me to recommend them. My wife and I were very impressed on how quick the 4 teams worked together. The solar team lead by Angel had 28 panels done in 90 min. When the were called back in to reinstall the system it was up in 2 hours. We did have a problem with one of the optimizers, but Angel was quick to contact the company and get a replacement utilizing our warranty. Josh who supervised the removal and install of the roof was proffessional and quick, taking only a week end to finish the work. Like clockwork the the next team came in to install the seemless gutters. They were engaging and professional. The last team replaced my broken french doors with a glass slider, they too were engaging, answereing questions and were knowledgable. In and out in less that 4 hours. Kacie, who worked in the office at Alpha Enviro Tech , kept us up to date on each step of the project in or out of the office. We had windows & sliding door installed, all in one day. I came home from work and they were done & gone already. Beautiful job! I still can't believe how much that they block the heat from the sun! We live on the second floor most of the time & it is amazing how cool it is now. I am able to have my wood blinds pulled all the way up & no heat difference. The ease of the window opening & closing is remarkable, as is removal to clean. The locking features are really easy & able to remain partially open & locked, which is great at night or when away (slider included). I highly recommend this company and their high-end products!
