My kid LOVES this place. He would come here every day if only I would drive him and pay for it. I like it, too, for it's free Wifi, ice cold air conditioning and adequate adult seating options. But now I like it even more. Here's why. Altitude provides a soft place to land in more than one way. My kid has a tendency toward rigid thinking. He likes his routines. Unexpected events can wreck his day. So, when he goes to Altitude, he expects to do the exact same things he did the last 20 times he went. Today, there was a change in rules (for safety reasons) concerning access to my kid's favorite jumping area. My kid collapsed into tears. He spoke to the manager, who was so kind, but (thankfully) held firm to the new rules. A meltdown ensued (my child's, not the manager's). There were more tears, protests, and gnashing of teeth. Since my kid is BIG, I had to remove him to outside of the facility to wait out the tantrum, not even sure if we would make it back inside. After a few minutes, the kid started to calm down, but re-entry was still questionable. Just then, with perfect timing, the manager came outside to chat. She was so kind, and compassionate, and understanding, and she gave my kid a few very wonderful incentives to cheer up and come back in. And he did. He went back with a plan to become a better jumper so that he could meet the new requirements for access to his favorite jumping area. With a gazillion trampolines and a billion ways to hurl yourself through the air, this is a 5-star way for your kids to have some fun. And when the manager treats big, upset, rigid-thinking kids with compassion and respect, it is a safe place, too. For all kids! read more

As much as I enjoy going there , I find the process of filling in personal information such as insurance and name is really time consuming an unnecessary. I had a party here a couple of weeks for my sweet child and loved it here! There were some complications with the waivers at first but my party host, Stephanie, was there to help. My Kids had fun running around jumping like crazy. This is what I was intending for. i wish there were more things like inflatables and such. they make you buy their socks which i didn't appreciate. This was my second time going to this trampoline park and I had the same issue with the waiver that I did the first time. The first time I went they could not find any of my info and I filled out the waiver online twice (they made me fill out another one) and I had an email confirmation. My child's friend did it the same way and they were to find that persons. This time I had the same issue again and the kid said well maybe it's been too long since you signed one. No, I filled it out less than a month ago. I found the email and she tried to scan it and it still didn't work. How many times will I have to fill out their waiver for it to work!!! It's very frustrating especially when everyone else's is found easily and they did it the same way I did. Secondly, they need to offer food other than chips and candy. I saw on one review the manager said they sell pizza and wings. Nope I didn't see that option listed anywhere. This is also the only trampoline park I have been to that makes you buy their socks . We are somewhat regular customers but today was the best experience yet. First of all, the place was not as busy as we thought it would be for the first day of Xmas break. Second, they were having a great special for $15 for 2 hours. Third, our kids had a great time, as usual. Jumpoline is way better. Staff are unorganized and rude. Trampolines are not as nice as the ones at Jumpoline. Staff gave the kids at the birthday party FORKS to eat ice cream with. When asked if they had spoons, staff states "we never have spoons, we keep asking for them to get some, but they don't". Also they will not let anyone jump without purchasing their socks, you cannot just wear your own. Wasn't impressed. read more

Unfortunately we came across a parent that crossed the line and to sum it up management did nothing about it. If I was rating this place on the fun I had, or cleanliness (at a trampoline park, I'm always amazed), it would be five stars. We've been here a ton and love it! (Please read all the way through) Story: My brother and I were playing dodge ball, I'm 22 and he is 17. We play to the ability of who we are throwing it at. We lob it at the young kids because we know they can't catch it and we aren't trying to hurt anyone. My brother hit a kid in the head, which makes my brother out because there are no head-shots allowed. He then went to go apologize to the mother because he saw she was playing as well (her kid didn't care at all, he was excited he wasn't out). Before he could apologize she said, "you need to watch how you are playing before you get your ass beat." Later I was playing with some 14-year-old baseball players that I coach (14U). One of the 14U kids got her out. She literally crossed over the line to our side, grabbed him, and told him "I'm going to make your lip bleed because you have braces." She had a husband that was covered with tattoos and standing on the side line. This kid was actually scared because she said something about the husband coming over to this 14U kid. I reassured him that nothing would happen to him. We went to management and they asked my brother and I to leave the dodgeball area to resolve the issue. If this woman would have put hands on my 13-year-old sister, who I bring here often but luckily not this time, I don't think I would have been able to have handled this situation with the same composure. We go there to have fun but get asked to leave the area where we are having the most fun in, which doesn't make any sense and doesn't solve the problem at all. This is poor management and poor leadership. They pretty much told us by their actions that it's okay to threaten 14 and 17 year-old boys who felt threatened enough to tell someone older. Who should have made them feel safe. But instead this 14U kid asked if I would have his back if someone tried to "beat his ass" because he came here with his team and his parents weren't there. read more

This place can get pretty crazy on a rainy weekend day but they always have enough staff to monitor everything. I wish more parents would regulate their children but we can't hold that against them. This place is cleaner than most of the indoor play areas I have been to which is nice. Birthday parties also seemed to be pretty nicely organized. read more

This place is awesome. Plenty of different options beside jumping - Foam pits and dodge ball! We were here for birthday parties two days in a row. The kids had a great time and the best part was they were exhausted! Kind of expensive if you're just here jumping for a couple of hours though. I paid for myself and my other daughter and it was $50. That's the reason for 4 stars. Update: Thank you, Jen, for the comment!! I also want to say that your staff is so nice. One person was dressed as Spider-Man at one of the parties, and he stayed with the party the entire time. The kids loved it! All the staff were so helpful. The socks are a good idea, in my opinion. I told my daughter I needed to wear them around the house to keep me from slipping down our wooden stairs!! I do have one suggestion: Open one in Kyle!!!! We need something there. read more

No outside food and drinks were allowed inside the building but not a lot of choices for food and drinks were provided for the patrons. The staff was amazing as was the cleanliness of the place. Great place. My 5/6yr old loves it. Only downfall is you pay by the hour which is the same at most any tramp park (because of high insurance, and sue-happy America). They have a jousting area, repelling, and much more. I saw probably between 100-200 kids but not one injury/crying in the 3hrs I was there. read more

Everything is new which is nice. I give thumbs up to that. However, the place is EXPENSIVE! I brought my two girls and you pay by the hour. You have to buy their socks. When it was all said and done, we paid nearly $35 for one hour. Crazy. I waited in line for a long while. Line moved super slow only to find out that I have to go to one of the kiosks to fill out the required document online for their waiver. Once done, I had to wait in the long line again. Quick fix would be to put a sign up before entering the waiting line. Don't think we will be back unless their prices go down. read more

Today I brought my three year old and they actually had a really good special. During the summer on Wednesdays it's buy an hour and get an hour free. The girl who helped us was very informative and so sweet. They also had doughnuts and that's always a win! Lol. The place was crowded but my son was able to have a good time. They used to have toddler time during the week at least once a week but since it's summer, they took it away for now. I think it would be a good idea to have a one hour window once a week, early in the am to have toddler time. I like that I too, can have a good time and jump. I'm sore the next day, but hey, it's a workout! I like that the teens who work there actually do their jobs and monitor kids and help when needed. I would love to have my sons' party here but they only serve water as a beverage in the party package and only allow pizza delivery from Cici's. (Barf) I would totally be up to having a party here if they changed those two things. I also wish they weren't as pricey (when they don't have specials during the week) but, it's still a good time. read more

Hours are VERY confusing for this place and not updated on Google Maps or here on Yelp. Had to go to the website to see the actual hours. Closed Mondays AND Tuesdays? I understand being closed one day but two in a row?! So I've disappointed my kids two days in a row. This is the best trampoline park in the extended Austin area, bar none. It is the cleanest, most well-maintained and best laid out and after having been to one of these in Dallas a few years back, finding one at home was a welcome surprise. Honestly, these reviews made me giggle so I had to put my two cents in. If you think a trampoline park is running a racket by requiring sticky socks, you're an idiot. There is no nice way to say that. Have you ever tried to jump on these without them? It's ridiculously difficult and yes, dangerous. And yes, we've remembered to bring them every time because we like to fancy ourselves members of the Not Idiots division in this universe. I would get saying they're running a racket if they made you buy a new pair every time but buy them once and then (duh) bring/wear them every time you jump and problem solved. My four stars is solely that is still seems a little pricey (it's almost $60 for the four of us to jump one hour most times but at least there's 2-hours for price of 1 Tuesdays). I just wish there were a few other options like maybe jumping happy hours during the week or packages that you could purchase 10 hours a time at a discount. We'd probably venture in more often if that was offered. Overall we love all the options for the kids from the rock climbing wall, dodgeball, extreme jump area...it's all great. And the kids they have working there actually pay attention to customers not using things properly and engage with them in a positive way. Bring your heart rate monitor and watch that thing skyrocket - it's an amazing cardio workout you can do with your kids! read more

Staff at the front desk are cool , they're friendly and have great customer service , however , the floor staff are rude to the kids, they have a sour face , it's obvious that they hate their job,,, altitude management needs to seriously improvise on that , you don't need people to be yelling at your kids or making them feel bad, you're paying for your kids to have a good time , not the other way around read more

Hey management: you're in the middle of Texas. It's August. The kids are running/jumping around getting sweaty. You should allow patrons to bring in water bottles. I almost turned right around and left, I was so livid when I was told the kids had to take their bottles out to the car. Yes, I was told you sell bottled water. Here in Austin, other businesses encourage customers to bring their own environmentally friendly water bottles. This is the reason we will go back to Jumpoline in the future. read more

I booked a party here 3 weeks ahead. I toured, requested a private room and put a deposit down. I was called 3 days prior to the party and informed that they were unable to accommodate my grandson's 3rd birthday party. I was offered the option of three tables in the back in lieu of what I had booked. Invitations were already out. This is the most unprofessional thing I have ever seen. This is not the place to risk a special event. My grandson party had to be cancelled at the last minute. There are places in Austin who honor their commitments and value their reputation....THIS IS NOT ONE OF THISE PLACES. *****UPDATE:. I was graciously contacted by the GM who could not apologize enough for my experience. Heck no, never again. Kids were begging to come jump here. Last weekend before school started back up we finally got here. First, it's $12.95 to jump for an hour plus you MUST purchase their socks - can't wear your own - another $2 each so to jump for one hour it's $30 plus tax. Second, you must complete their waiver before they'll let you purchase time. That might be ok, but they'll make you wait 20 minutes in line before they tell you that. There's no signage telling you. So when you and your kiddos finally get to the front of the line, they'll refuse you service and send you to a terminal to do the waiver and send you back to the end of the line. The people don't care you just wasted your time in line and make excuses as to why it's not their fault. As for the facility, it's just ok. My boy immediately sprained his ankle and hobbled over to sit with mom & dad. My girl thought it was fun, but so is Wazoo for 1/2 the price. read more

I took my kids here not knowing what to expect. We had so much fun I did not want to leave. If you arrive right when it opens on Sunday it is not too busy. We played dodgeball, dunked on the basketball goals, climbed the climbing wall, and jumped in the foam pits. I highly recommend this place not only for kids but adults too. read more

Well what can I say. My cousin that is 4 years old and was playing around and he was trampled by older kids and they broke his left leg. Because there is no separation in age group, it is very possible that a 180 lb person can jump on your 60 lb child and seriously injure them. This is definitely not a kid friendly place! read more

First of all this place is a zoo. It's crowded and loud. I just recently had my sons birthday party there and it was perfect. Loud, but perfect. Their are high school kids that work behind the counter and also assisted me with the party. It was down to the minute. Play time/, dodge ball, cake and wrapping it up. For a place so nuts and crowded I thought it was very clean and very new in appearance. If you go there on the weekend just know how loud and insane it would be. I am giving this two stars because of the bad service and bad employees. They had handed out free ices to people who were dancing hard. When I went to get the icee along with 20 people, the icee machine had broken down. They said it would take 10 minutes so I waited in line. It ended up taking 26 minutes and 31 seconds. Then even though I was there the whole time, I got cut and passed. She said I had to be patient, I lost patience 10 minutes ago. Then she insulted me and I would not recommend going there because of it. She said fine, I will give you one since you are complaining to much. I was complaining because they flat out lied to my face. Overall it was a fine experience. I wouldn't say it was the best ever. First thing, the girl who checked us in was not friendly. She may need a few lessons in customer services. The attendants at each activity were very nice, however. They made conversation while our son jumped. The gentleman at the rock wall asked us how we liked Altitude so far and we told him that is was very expensive - he seemed to agree. With 2 adults and 1 three year old it was $45. We have always gone to Urban Air and I think we may keep it that way. Not that Altitude was terrible, it's just that $45 for an hour is insane. At Urban Air the 3 of us can go for less than $30. Also, it is very strange that we HAD to buy their sox. My husband had XL sox and they were too small and came off in the foam pit, he had to buy another pair. I don't anticipate the pricings dropping, but if that happened I know we would choose to go to Altitude again. read more
