My car is out of warranty, so going to the dealer is not economically wise due to the markups. Ronk's prices are competitive with but is more affordable than the dealer's. Above all, Mike is honest and stands by his work. For example, in the Fall of 2018, Ronk replaced my brakes and rotors. This Spring, my brakes squeaked consistently during the rain, and Mike inspected them and explained that the brakes are good and function well; and that sometimes they squeak when constantly wet. He is certainly right because it is summer now, and my brakes no longer make noise. Lastly, Mike the owner is friendly and jovial. With Hondaman, every visit has been incredible. If you need something fixed, they'll make it almost new. They're very honest with their work and will confirm with you before doing anything additional, whereas other places I've been to will do what they think is "important", then charged me for it after the fact. Hondaman will advise you of anything that needs to be done after they finish what you went to them for. Plus, their prices are reasonable and affordable. I've never felt like I had to break the bank during my visits. In short, they are my wife's and my go-to mechanic and I absolutely recommend them.

I took it back and they lowered the tank slightly so the valve could open. Not long after my check engine light came on and codes P0442 and P0446 popped up. The mechanic admitted they put the gas tank on too tight, which led to the solenoid malfunction. They offered to fix it for $500! I don't recommend anyone take their vehicle here. They have a pattern of creating more problems for their customers than solving them.

I first went to them at my friend's recommendation. She said to mention she sent me, which I did. The response I got was a friendly "oh nice!," but not the "oh really? We'll hook you up!" I expected. And then I figured out why. It really doesn't seem to matter if they've know you for 15 years or 15 minutes - they're friendly, fair, and quick to get back to work and get the job done!
