Sure enough my vehicle was ready before noon. Check out was quick and easy and they went over the work done and answered my questions. What blew me away was they washed my car and did the small touches like air freshener. The next day I got a phone call from them just to make sure everything was running right. Amazing. He worked many years for Mercedes Benz and then decided to go into his own business. He went into mobile auto repair. Anyone who has been stuck with a car in a parking lot or your own driveway knows how awful and traumatic this can be. Marc is knowledgeable , courteous and professional and did I mention reasonable. I had 3 batteries put in the same car over 3 Years. After using his diagnostic testing equipment, he checked the alternator & because the battery was 100% dead, Mark could not get an accurate reading. He went over the situation with me. It could be the alternator but not being certain. He said the best way to go is to get a 24 month guaranteed battery & he could get an accurate reading on the alternator. When I arrived, I was told they would not honor the valid advertised price because their website hadn't been updated, and they wanted to charge me an additional $20. I was trying to explain in a calm manner why this VIOLATES federal laws like the Federal Trade Commission Act. I was truly shocked that a small business like this was so unaware of basic business practices. When I questioned why I should have to pay more because of an error on their website, the conversation turned into a heated argument. I explained that customers shouldn't be penalized for a business's failure to update its advertised pricing. I asked to speak to the owner and instead a male employee came out to yell at me when I attempted to explain how this could be misconstrued as a Bait & Switch tactic. They eventually agreed to honor the coupon, but then told me to "never come back." After years of being a loyal customer and referring friends and family, I found the entire experience horrific and unprofessional. Andrew is very nice and articulate on the phone. That is my 1st impression of a good company. The person who answers the phone is usually the face of the company. He's got a good face. He has a sense of responsibility and pride for the technicians that work for the company and I could tell that by how he spoke about them. The technicians are very detailed, they show you photos of what they are inspecting and give you a lot of information. For me it's great as I have a mechanical background so I understood everything that was pointed out. I felt confident that my truck was thoroughly looked at. The appointment process is easy, just give then a call. For me, thankfully I have not needed a major repair "yet" but if and when I do, taking my Jeep Trailhawk to R and K.
