Wow, With the Covid 19 going on, no one would come over to check out my house for a simple cleaning. I have no problem with that, everyone else wanted for me to take a picture and they would then send an estimate. Not AM PM carpet cleaning service, they came the next day and were ready to work. *Long overdue review* Sorry! I have had Issac and his team at AM/PM Carpet Cleaning work miracles on a couple of properties including a luxury high rise in Coronado with white, yes WHITE carpet. Issac under promised and over delivered, and this is always a recipe for re-hire with me. He has always been punctual, respectful, and an all around great value. If you live downtown - Issac is the man to call when you need to have your carpets professionally serviced. He is very experienced, knowledgeable and priced fair. He has a "get it done" approach to obstacles - I live on the 4th floor and he ran hoses from his truck to my condo (many other companies said it wasn't possible and that they need to use a less powerful portable unit). My adjacent neighbors use his services now as well. He was shocked when I added gratuity and tried to return it to me. read more

Straight genie in a bottle! I live in an upper level condo unit and most businesses claimed they were unable to clean my place due to the truck hose not reaching upstairs.
