Today, they are fixing Kitchen Faucet System. I think that they will finish in a couple of hours. After that I asked him to replace Faucet of the Rest Room. So one Technician came back, then he started to change a New Faucets' Set. It took around One Hour. They started their Jobs very Quickly and then they Finished theirs Quickly and Properly . What a big deterrence between Amazing Plumbing and Water Heater Company. We troubled a Water Heater since Last Friday on the 9th. I mailed an Email with Pictures that showed its Troubles on 10th. However, they don't reply until the 11th. So I called them the same day, but they didn't answer my call. Because it was on Sunday. I called them this morning again on the 12th. However, the Sales Rep. couldn't arrange the schedule for fixing a Water Heater. Why did I try to contact them? Because it still has Warranty. However, it took too long for arrangements. After Roy showed up, he fixed it in 15 minutes. 04/08/2022 Always Quick Response, then Quick Actions for Repairing. These are the Most Important Facts to the Customers. I appreciate Roy's Team very much. His Teammate I forgot to ask his name, however, he was very Polite. Of course, their Job is Very Good. So I am really satisfied. Roy is a very nice and kind guy. I initially found Roy on Yelp. I had a leaking water heater that was at its end, and wanted a quote to get to changed quickly before damage occurred. I hired him since he was professional & in nearby Cypress while my house is in Buena Park. He saw the heater, took measurements & set the follow-up date for install. At the same time, I went ahead & re-piped my galvanized steel plumbing in the garage into copper. The project took several days & required a city permit that I requested. The initial work by his employees was a bit messy with pipes crossing, however Roy sent the guys back to redo the whole thing cleanly. Thank you Roy & Steve .... I've used Amazing Plumbing before for a couple of drain clogs, shower faucet repair and things went great. So, when you have a slab leak issue and hot floor in the bathroom. I called them again. Roy came out to look on Friday afternoon (5/7) and Monday morning (5/10) they were at my door to re-pipe the house. By Wednesday morning they were done. Great job!! The pressure is like I've never experienced in my 32 years in the house. And, just when I thought they were done on Friday (5/14) my water heater died. Woke up Saturday morning and showered in cold water. At first I thought my wife used up all the hot water, Hard to use it all up though because we have a 50 gal tank. I checked the heater,however, and the burners were not operating. I tried to relight the pilot but nothing happened so I looked at Yelp for a local plumber. I called AP because of their high Yelp rating and the shop was about 1 mile from my house. Great upfront communication with the boss! We were guessing the thermocouple and I have had pilot light thermocouple issue before with heater gas controllers. One of his guys showed up a couple of hours later and had everything buttoned up after about 1 hr. I was so relieved that I would not need to take another cold water shower that I didn't blink when he asked for $220. In retrospect, I am rating my experience as 3 stars because $220 seems exhorbitant. He only worked about 1 hr and the only material was the thermoucouple. Thermocouples cost about $15 at Home Depot. The water heater is working fine so no problem with the quality of his work. I guess I should have done plumber price comparisons up front. read more
