This restaurant is an absolute gem! The ambiance is the perfect blend of quaint, artsy, chic, and modern. From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed into a warm, family-like atmosphere. Alberto, the host and server, is incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely passionate about the food they serve. The chef is outstanding! Every sauce we've tried has been exceptional--the pink sauce, vodka sauce, and pomodoro sauce are all rich, flavorful, and beautifully balanced. One thing we especially appreciate is that the chef uses minimal salt, allowing the fresh ingredients and natural flavors to truly shine. We prefer to control our own seasoning, and it's refreshing to find Italian food that isn't overly salty. The Caesar salad is honestly one of the best I've ever had. I'll definitely be coming back regularly just to grab one to go! The minestrone soup is another standout--hearty, comforting, loaded with homestyle vegetables, and packed with robust flavor. My family of 4 came in on a Friday early evening. It is a very small restaurant. Albert greeted and seated us upon walk in. Gave us a quick suggestion and said the pizza was one of their best sellers. We opted for the veal, rigatoni, and shrimp Alfredo. Calamari and bruschetta appetizers. The ambiance was beautiful, Albert's service was great. There were many walk ins and would have been nice to have one other server in there as he was the only one. Great off strip dinner option! Frustrated with lines and prices on the strip, we ventured to Amedeo for dinner. Excellent move on our part. From the moment we entered, we were welcomed. The single person working the front told us about the daily specials. Based on his description of their pizza, we decided to order a few. The pizza was indeed delicious. It came out relatively quick. Called in advance cause we were going to have a large group (22 people) coming from a soccer tournament. The guy said no problem as he would seat us on separate tables cause we wanted separate checks, which was perfect! Upon arriving, the restaurant was empty as it seemed as they just opened half an hour prior to us coming in. This restaurant is fairly small, as it can accommodate probably about 30 people. So when we all arrived we pretty much took up most of the restaurant. We ordered... Chicken picatta was so delicious! It wasn't smothered in a bunch of melted butter. The chicken was tender. Can't go wrong with the Rigatoni Ala Vodka. Delicious creamy sauce in rigatoni pasta served with two pieces of homemade garlic bread. Amedeo pizza (mozzarella, bell pepppers, onions, sausage, pepperoni and mushrooms) was so good! The crust tasted homemade, not like commercial type pizzas. The sauce was flavorful too! Where do I begin! I called to see if needed to make a reservation and a gentleman by the name of Alberto answered the phone. He was so pleasant, professional and funny at the same time , I couldn't wait to meet him. Lolol there was a party of 5 and we were all very hungry . Albert asked if it was our first time and I expressed to him the food looks am amazing will it be just as delicious as it looks ? He confidently told me yes we WILL BE BACK! Everything we ordered was amazing. The lobster ravioli, the Seaback, the pizza OMG, the eggplant and he pair with the perfect wine. All I can say is Albert you were right we will be back very soon. We ordered the burrata, pear salad, Leonardo pizza, Lobster ravioli, and a cannolo for dessert. Everything was splendid but the lobster ravioli was truly top notch, especially the noodle which was perfectly al dente, often hard to perform for a ravioli which is especially delicate. I loved the interior and ambiance, which somehow managed to perfectly fit the menu and atmosphere. A fine restaurant with an authentic Italian menu that still has nice creative flair (pistachio on the Leonardo pizza) without being too "fusion" and is approachable and not the least bit pretentious. I was craving Italian after church. I did a search and Amedeo was one of the top three. Happy to find out it opens before 11am. We were one of the first visitors to arrive and was kindly greeted by Albert. I got a nice, chill, and definitely a local vibe upon arriving. We ate their handmade Meat Lasagna and Shrimp Fettuccine Alfredo. The sauce on the Lasagna was on point not watery & not overly tangy. It was so delicious. The Shrimp Fettuccine Alfredo was yummy. The white sauce was not too creamy, which I love. There was plenty of good size shrimp. The portion for both was perfect. We also ordered their tiramisu which was not very sweet, just right. Very nice Italian/pizza restaurant at Buffalo and Charleston...not the largest inside but they will accommodate you for larger groups...the ambiance is very nice, modern and clean...the eggplant dish was delicious as was the side of spaghetti that accompanied it...the pizza looked amazing and I was told that it's one of the better pies in town....the salmon and pasta with Alfredo was delicious...the meatball side dish was very good as was the tomato basil soup, very large bowl....the portions are appropriate, not huge but what you get is satisfying...the service was spot on by both servers and the restaurant was busy as it was Father's Day...the only issue if there was one is that the drinks, sodas, were all served in cans for some reason...this just seemed odd for such a nice restaurant that is touting itself as more of a "gourmet experience"...they do have a small wine and beer list as well if you are so inclined but other than that it was a really good meal and will consider returning again in future if on that side of town...they do have a separate take out menu that has specials and other items that didn't seem to be on the regular in house menu....RECOMMEND read more

Angela is great here. She is attentive and super friendly! She gives you that Italian vibe - perfect for this place! Inside, it is beautifully decorated. The one thing we would wish for is some ambiance in music as it was rather quiet. With only 3 tables occupied, we felt like we had to talk very quietly as everyone could hear each other. The food - the pizza was good, but we would prefer a crisper crust. The ingredients definitely tasted fresh. The Rigatoni Vodka was very good. The food was absolutely amazing! Angela was such an incredible server and gave us such amazing recommendations that I'm already planning our next date lunch here. Amedeo is very cute and comfortable inside with character and care provided by the service and food. The penne a la vodka was immaculate, their lunch portion was massive and I easily took home leftovers. The lobster ravioli was a daily special that pleased greatly. The Amedeo pizza is phenomenal with a doughy crisp crust and amazing cheese pulls. The garlic knots were halfway devoured before I could even take a photo which speaks for how good they were. We started with a special pear Gorgonzola salad that was delicious. Easily would feed two people. My husband had minestrone soup. He said it was very good. Our entrees included shrimp linguine, spaghetti with meatballs, clams and linguine, and I had their stuffed eggplant. All entrees were delicious with no complaints. Desserts included tiramisu and cheesecake with raspberry sauce. Just a lovely dinner. Service was excellent, it was unbelievable there was no one else in the restaurant. Overall, good place, good food, and good service. Only complaint is that you can't order a plain Caesar salad without chicken which is totally weird compared to other good Italian restaurants. Albert was great! The food was amazing! Every single thing we got was delicious. The calamari, the bronzino pizza, the chicken Marsala, and the rigatoni vodka pasta. Unfortunately we were the only people in there, I hope more people see this review and go there because it is definitely worth it and they deserve the business. The pizza was excellent! It was so good I heated the leftovers the next day for lunch for my sister and myself and it was still excellent. We visited on Thursday for lunch with a party of two and it was a very nice experience. We arrived and were seated right away. The dining area is not large, but very modern and spotless. The waitress quickly took our drink orders, they have a very nice House Cabernet. We started with Chicken Sliders and Beef Carpaccio as appetizers, both were excellent. My wife then had the Minestrone Soup, she thought was a bit watered down. From there we went with Ultimate Seafood Pasta and a Cheese Pizza. The entrees were well prepared, presented, and tasty.
