After spending some time putting together the ISACA Las Vegas chapter booth for Identiverse 2026 at Mandalay Bay on Sunday, my family and I decided to look for somewhere that offered good food for us to dine! We decided to give Pasta Mia West a try! When we walked into the restaurant on a Sunday afternoon, the atmosphere was calm. There were only a few customers already seated. The team members showed us straight away to a table! We began by ordering the garlic bread and a serving of Pasta e Fagioli. The garlic bread was super tasty. A great beginning to the meal! However, my Pasta e Fagioli was just ok. I didn't get as much flavor from it as I wanted from the soup. I had ended up ordering the Chicken Parmesan as my entrée, and it turned out to be one of the best parts of this meal! The chicken was moist. The breading was nice and crunchy. The sauce went perfect with the noodles. This dish had a lot of flavors. I would order it again. My husband chose gnocchi with sausage. My daughter went with spaghetti and meatballs. Everyone enjoyed their meal! I liked my first trip to Pasta Mia West very much. With such wonderful service, an overall pleasant atmosphere and a delightful meal, I will surely go back here when I am looking for Italian food in Las Vegas! read more

We've been here twice recently and it's very easy to find and park even though it's in a plaza. The interior is simple but nice, I enjoy the white tablecloth it adds a little something to the dining experience. Food portions are very reasonable we love their calamari including the sauce that comes with it. One thing they need to work on is their service. It's definitely slow (not in a good way ), It's friendly but a little bit non-existent. For such a small dining room you would think you'd be very easy to get service but it's actually not. Service doesn't necessarily have to be fast paced but it's a little bit too slow and the servers needs to be a little bit more available especially at the end when trying to box anything up and receiving the check and getting it closed out. Even though the service is a little bit of an issue we will definitely come back, we absolutely enjoy the food. read more

i wanted to enjoy this place, I left disappointed and felt like the experience fell short. Their menu was condensed but provided a good number of selections, so it wasnt hard to choose a meal. That being said, youre looking at $25-30 meals for pasta or protein, but unfortunately what we received was, if I were to be honest, comparable to your chain italian restaurants. Shrimp and Mushroom Alfredo Fettuccine 2.5/5 - was a rose sauce more than simple Alfredo, which caught us by surprise - shrimp wasnt as fresh as I expect it to be, but overall did cook well - pasta was slightly over cooked and lacked flavour in general Eggplant Parm 3/5 - A LOT of cheese, which isnt technically a bad thing but it was difficult to really know what I was eating - sort of felt like a plate of mush - sauce was ok, but again could use a bit of acidity or something to bring up the taste - comes with penne with tomato sauce which also fell flat Meals come with soup and salad and bread, all were just ok. Consistently some of the best Italian you can find in town from this hidden gem! It's tucked away in a strip mall on Flamingo and Arville. They have been delivering amazing food for at least 30+ years. My go to dishes are chicken Parm and lobster Fradiavillo. Don't sleep on this place - you will not be disappointed! read more

Interior was romantic and classic Italian American decor and fun mural of Venice. Staff was extraordinarily friendly, best service we had in a long while. All entrees come with soup or salad, a lost art! The place was inviting with the server being very attentive who provided a great run through of the dinner specials which were presented on a separate board. Lots of options. We had the chicken parm, pollo pizzaiola and roasted chicken with peppers and onions. The marinara in all the dishes was very good. The roasted chicken was also very delicious. I had a recent visit to this restaurant with two other people. The restaurant itself is extremely nicely done The service was good not great but good The food was excellent large portions and the best calamari I have had in several high-end restaurants their's is the best. We all agreed we would definitely go back again because we really enjoyed our experience. A Groupon was purchased for promoting (enough for two people ) when we went to the restaurant it was basically empty, and when we sat down to order, the waiter was rude, stating that we could only order two entrées. The Groupon specifically said that the purchased price was enough for two people. We were going to order an entrée and salad to share because neither me or my husband eat a whole entrée ourselves. That's why I purchased the Groupon. The waiter was rude. He brought his manager out from the back who was basically nasty both stating that if we didn't both order our own entrée, we could not use the Groupon. We felt so uncomfortable we left and I turned the Groupon back into the company and will never go to that place again, we was treated so rudely and they didn't want to honor the Groupon stating we're taking our name off of the Groupon list, that was fine with us because we just wanted to try the restaurant because it looked like it was a really great place and after that experience, we would never go back in there. The textures, flavors, and aromas were all extremely authentic and not overpowering by any aspect. Compliments to the chef(s). I take points away from Service because of some political banter with the staff - you really should be cautious expressing such opinions, when you don't know the backgrounds your customers come from. It is great to revisit Pasta Mia West after almost a year and Carlos the waiter remembers you! "Where have you been?" The atmosphere great and the food still delicious! My husband and I dined at Pasta Mia West on Friday evening-the day before my birthday (Sept. 21). It wasn't busy and we received wonderful service. The food was excellent. Every bite of my fish was delicious. My husband enjoyed his chicken Parmesan, adding it was some of the best he has eaten in a long time. This restaurant is wonderful. It's clean, neat and ran efficiently. The staff is caring and attentive. The food is authentic. Definitely try them. Come hungry because they feed you here. This place was great. If you're looking for a family owned Italian restaurant this is the place. The food was excellent. I had their Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo. It was cooked well and not a single hard strain of pasta was found. I asked for extra Alfredo sauce for the dish and it was fantastic. I have to say that this place was way better than your generic Olive Garden restaurant. the service was friendly and was right to the point. Over all I would give this place more stars if I could. I've been to Pasta Mia West probably 100 times.. my favorite dish was the tortellini (with vodka/pancetta sauce) and anything my husband ordered was always good. I went the other day and let the waiter know I had a Groupon.. after that he treated us differently.. never judge a book by it's cover lol we tip VERY WELL.. I ordered my tortellini and we got the mussels.. the mussels were horrendous.. they definitely were NOT fresh.. they were so chewy I had to spit them out.. and they tasted of dirty pond water.. my tortellini was luke warm and the pancetta was super chewy.. the sauce also seemed like it was separated.. I asked the waiter very kindly (after trying to eat just 1 mussel) could I just replace it with a lasagna to go.. he was not very kind to us.. I mean how do you want people to tip 20% or more when you don't treat them well?? Wanted to try something new, so we ordered Pasta Mia to go. The lasagna's sauce tasted like Chef Boyardee sauce and the bottom of my lasagna was burnt. We were greeted very warmly and felt welcomed. Loved the entire dinning experience, we were seated at a booth by the window. The lighting in the dinning area was perfect; a warm feeling of comfort. I had the worst experience at an Italian restaurant and it's here ! Better off going to Olive Garden. First of all I called last week to get a reservation for Sunday 6/16 party of 8 at 5 pm. My party came to check in at 4:45 the lady looked confused , look at her book said I see your name but we don't have the table . I said ok we can wait. Then she got really frustrated. She asked a manager he actually looked like the guy on the photo of the menu .. he was rude to her and gave her an attitude and said "well bring them to the other room! " and she said okay I'll bring you to the back room . We followed her and sat us down. The whole vibe and energy was so off with that guy .. Took maybe 20 min for a server to come get us a drink. The server himself looked tired and he was sweating ( kinda nasty) but I felt bad ..he was soaked in sweat.. also another 15 min to take our order. Our food came in 40 min , actually 50 min because it wasn't complete had everyone food but my daughter's gnocchi . The food was disgusting. It did not taste authentic Italian,it all tasted like it was frozen box food and was heated up to serve . My son had their chicken fettuccine and it was salty , at that point I told my family I wished we had went to Olive Garden ,my family and I have eaten to a couple Italian restaurant here in Vegas and let me tell you the food here cannot compare.
