Had my daughter take her car to this shop with a slow tire leak. The tire had a temporary plug as a nail had been run over. The shop stated the tire could not be patched because it had a plug. I've had numerous tires patch with a temporary plug so not sure what the issue was other than they tried to sell a new tire. I had them put the tire back on and I would take it to a different shop. When my daughter left her tire had been inflated to 56 psi when maximum tire inflation is 33 psi. If you value your safety pass on this shop. They have lost me as a customer. Side note took the car to BIg O tires and they patched it for free with no issues. Maybe corporate should look into this terrible experience. read more

I had a lot of problems with taking my car to this place. I'm not sure if I'll return. I just brought it in to fix a flat, from a tire I bought from them, and they couldn't find the leak. But my tire still leaked so I brought it back a second time and they said the first time they checked the wrong tire, and found another leak in another tire and fixed that for free. But they didn't put my hub caps on correctly so one flew off when I was driving home. They offered to replace it for free but they would have to replace the whole set (all 4) so I just used an old one I had in storage. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Then the employee ( an assistant manager or something ) offered to give me a free oil change and to just "mention his name" when I needed one.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]About a month later when I needed an oil change I found out that it doesn't work that way, but they told me to come in when he was working and I did that but he got suspended or something so I wasn't able to get a free oil change at all.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Total pain in the ass and confusion. read more

Went in for a tire repair. They repaired for free. Didn't try to sell me the new tire. I know other places with pushy tire technicians would try to scare you into buying new tires. At the minimum 2 tires if you don't pushback you may end up with 4 tires even though the tire can be repaired. Definitely going back here when I need tire replacement read more

They managed to squeeze me in last minute and took care of my BMW iX tire right away. Since the iX uses special tires, it wasn't easy to find a place that actually had the right one in stock, but luckily this location did. The team was professional, fast, and super helpful, especially considering I showed up right before closing. They got everything fixed quickly and had me back on the road without any hassle. I went in to get my brakes checked and expecting the worse. Victor told me my brakes were fine . He did tell me that there were issues with my shocks but no pressure sales pitch. I can only speak to the poor alignment services. I had my car aligned end of January only to find my car notifying me that an alignment was recommended 2 months later, with my steering wheel now 15 degrees off center. I took my car to a reputable shop for alignment, only to find the nightmare left behind: - Alignment specs that look like CrazyEyes performed the service - Left rear toe arm not secured - Right rear toe arm not secured - Both rear control arms with nearly stripped hardware Please consider looking elsewhere before considering alignment, as saving yourself $100 up front will cost you when your tires wear prematurely. read more

I came here with a flat tire because the shop had good reviews and was close to home. I waited about 30-40 minutes before my car was seen. After removing the tire, the front desk told me the tire couldn't be repaired because the nail damage was "too big" and that the tire was worn out--even though my car only has 20k miles. It felt like they were trying to push me into buying a new tire. Since they had a banner advertising "free tire patching," I asked them to temporarily patch it and left. I then went to another small tire shop in Santa Ana, and they told me the tire was completely repairable. They also mentioned the temporary patch used here wasn't done properly and that this shop uses an adhesive-style patch that isn't recommended. The other shop fixed it properly for $20 and saved me nearly $500. Always verify before agreeing to expensive repairs. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this shop. read more

Great service and responsiveness! :) They guy I was messaging back and forth with ordered my tire. And then I booked the appointment to have them replace the spare. I recently got a flat tire and had to use a spare. I got Continental run flats this time. I showed up today for my 2:00pm appointment and an hour later my car was ready. I am happy with my new tire.
