    Santa Fe wrap

Pretty impressed with their Bfast options. Something for everyone really. Wraps, bagel sandwiches, croissant sandwiches, sides etc. Nice service and decent prices for an airport. Decent seating. The Santa Fe wrap is quite flavorful and has a nice kick. It's a good sized wrap and they pack it nicely.

One would think that there would be a plethora of Hot Dog places in O'Hare, and while there are some, the reviews and overall ratings are mixed. What's surely lacking is an authentic Hot Dog cart in each terminal area. We wanted to go to Galileos, but while they were open, they were not serving hot dogs. The other options were in the other terminals and not convenient for us to get to. Fortunately, we briskly walked from B to C under the runway and through the walkways until we got to America's Dog and Burger. Ordering at the kiosk was painful, and the wait time was equally painful. Almost a 20-minute wait at 8:15 am My brother ordered a wrap and, of course, a Chicago-style hot Dog for our Mom. It was going to be her first experience with a Chicago-style hot Dog, and we really wanted it to be a great experience. We jogged back to gate B8 just as pre-boarding was going on. Our poor Mom had to eat her Chicago-style hot Dog slightly warm in her seat on the plane. Like a trooper, she did, and she enjoyed it If there's a next time, we're going to plan for time outside of O'Hare and escape the airport, and make it downtown for some real Chicago-style hot dogs for the ultimate experience.

For those traveling to Chicago, you likely have heard of Chicago dogs. Well, America's Dog at O-Hare's Concourse C next to gate C17 lets you get a glimpse of the Chicago experience without even leaving the airport. And you know what? Airport prices and all, the Chicago Dog at America's Dog was fantastic. The dog was juicy and flavorful, the bun fluffy and soft (the kind that shapes to your finger pressure), and the fillings were delicious. With excellent relish, freshly diced onions and tomato slices, mustard, and beautiful bursts of heat from the small sport peppers, a dash of celery salt, and poppy seed.... It's small but loaded! And all of it works together wonderfully. Extra points for quick self-check out screens and a person that can help if needed just waiting for you. The cooks call out whatever name you put out, and there is a decent amount of seating. For those not stopping by Chicago, you can still get a flavor for it in Concourse C! America's Dog is a great airport meal for a delightful quick fix in between your long travel day.

First time stopping at America's dog and it won't be my last. You order on little kiosks and there's maybe 5 of them available so there wasn't a line when I got here. They were quick to make my food, I got a Chicago veggie dog and some fries with cheese. I really enjoyed this for airport food! The fries were so yummy and the veggie dog had lots of flavor, I love the sport peppers that come on it. I always enjoy a Chicago dog so it was nice to have one. They also have a chopped salad on their menu that sounded similar to Portillo's I may have to try next time I stop by!

This was our first visit at this airport fast food spot . The place was busy and the staff were friendly . The food was tasty for what we got the Chicago dog and the Maxwell . The kitchen was a sight for sore eyes but clearly they were busy .

Had a few minutes between flights and grabbed a bite here. Order at the electronic pad. Fast. Easy. Waited maybe five minutes. What a great surprise! Hot dog was very tasty, fresh, nice pre-flight treat.

What do you do when you're in the Chicago O' Hara Airport and need some lunch? You have a Chicago dog of course! This restaurant serves many different styles of hot dogs which makes it hard to choose just one, I had to go with the Chicago dog as I do not know the next time I will be in Chicago and it's fun to say you had a Chicago style dog in the Chicago airport. The Chicago dog comes on a poppy seeded hotdog bun along with relish, mustard, sport peppers, a seasoned pickle, and I added onions, not that it needed it as the hot dog was unfortunately pretty small. All in all, I wasn't too disappointed with this spot so I'm being generous giving the 4th star instead of rounding down to 3 : ) Last stop in the states, before officially on vacation abroad. And as always people SYOY!!!

Amazing Chicago hot dog with fresh peppers, onions, pickles, tomato and seeded bun. So darn good. The service was quick and basic. Near concourse C and A open food court.

I had the Chicago dog, and it didn't disappoint. So good. It was busy, yet they were fast and friendly.

Fantastic place to have your last Chicago hotdog before leaving the city. They have a vegetarian dog, which is awesome for me ! And they even wrapped up a Chicago dog for me to bring to a friend in LA !!! Awesome customer service!!!

Food was freshly made but that's were cooked after burger packaged. If ordering a bacon cheddar burger, be sure to indicate you want cheddar cheese. I ended up with American...ick!

I had the single cheeseburger and it lived up to the hype. I learned that the single burger is actually a double and the double is actually a triple. I was recommended to add an egg and bacon to the burger and I'm glad I did. Each bite was a glorious burst of flavor. The bacon is epic. Thick juicy slices. The cheeseburger was perfect. I didn't need additional condiments and that never happens for me. The fries were good too and came with a delicious aioli. For beverages, I loved my Arnold Palmer. I also tried a cocktail--the Long Island Iced Coffee. It was pretty strong. I added a shot of bourbon cream to it and that sweetened it up and made it perfect for me. Unfortunately, I didn't have room for dessert. Cute restaurant. Cozy inside. They have an outdoor patio as well. If you don't have a reservation, be prepared to wait. Excellent food. Excellent service. Jennifer took great care of me and made great suggestions. It's pricy but it's worth it.

I've heard the wait is insane, so it's recommended to make a reservation on Resy. Off the bat, I was already side-eyeing this process. I had to pay $2.49 per person to secure a reservation, which is crazy. This is not a deposit either, which I would have understood. I've just never encountered a restaurant that charges a fee to make a reservation. Upon arrival, we got seated immediately (which I would hope so, after paying to make a reservation). Our server collected our orders quickly and our food came out about 15-20 minutes later. CRISPY FRIES - 13.99 Charging $14 for a side of fries is wild enough, but topping it with a completely solid fried egg was baffling. I'm not sure what the culinary vision was. Are we supposed to mash it all together into some sort of hash brown situation, or awkwardly eat the fried egg on its own? The fries themselves were fine, nothing to write home about. However, I did enjoy the mornay sauce and garlic aioli that came on the side. SINGLE CHEESEBURGER - 17.99 +3.49 for egg Over $20 for a burger that doesn't come with sides? I was a little disappointed my burger came with a side of a knife instead. I thought the whole gimmick was having the knife strike straight down into the burger. Beyond that, the burger wasn't anything unique. The bun itself was dry and mid, not the soft and fluffy bun I had envisioned. Everything else was fine -- not bad, but certainly not great. While it wasn't a bad burger, I can't help but feel incredibly disappointed given the hype around Au Cheval burgers. My friend told me the way to "fully experience" Au Cheval is to get the cheeseburger plus both the egg and bacon add-ons, which our server also recommended. I did try a piece of my friend's bacon with my burger and it does add a depth of smoky sweetness. However, that becomes a 17.99 + 3.49 + 6.99 = 28.47 for a burger. That's insane. The add-ons themselves cost more than half of the burger. I'm not doing that to my wallet. Sorry, but this was a disappointing experience for me. I'd rather just go to Shake Shack, which at least comes with tasty and juicy burgers for 1/3 of the price.
