These guys were so polite, I felt like I was in a 1950s sitcom. Customer service was truly incredible. The customer service at the counter is exceptional. They are very explanatory with what is going on with your tires and car. I have had to come in to get a flat fixed and they took care of me very quickly without hassle. Only one issue that came up regarding their workmanship and what they said was being done for our vehicle and spare. Without going into detail, the technician stated work was done that wasnt. They took care of it and made it right which is all you can ask for, but the ensuing hassle on our end to get it taken care of is why im giving them 4 stars instead of 5. Love this place! First time experience was great! Terry was amazing, so helpful and friendly. The whole staff seemed to be in good energy and informative. Honesty is hard to find in some businesses, but it DOESN'T run short here. If you don't need a new tire they will tell you upfront and help you figure out your problem. The shop is easy to find and is located near a gas station and an auto zone, there is lots in the little plaza to keep you busy while you wait, or the lobby works just fine as well. I've usually had pretty good luck with the America's Tire in Apple Valley, but my last experience was a nightmare. I went in for my regular tire balance and rotation on Fri Feb 15. Sat Feb 16, in the morning as I drove out of my circle drive, turning the wheel to the right, the car made an awful noise as if I had a flat. I took the car in to America's and the Service Tech told me the counter balance was off, (whatever that means?). They supposedly serviced the car. Sun Feb 17 once again driving out of my circle drive the same noise. Mon Feb 18, I went in again. I was told they couldn't find anything wrong maybe it was the axle and I should take it to my mechanic. I did take it to my mechanic and he found the bolts were not torqued correctly and somehow the fender was being hit by the right tire when I turned a sharp right. When I called America's of course they had an excuse for everything! read more

I spent almost on $700 on all new tires I asked about an alignment and was told I did not need one my car was fine. That did not seem right i have always's done this is the past . I understand that you don't do them which I find stupid since tire replacement and alignments go hand in hand. I immediately had issues with my tire light always going off they simple told me how to reset which I had to continue to do for several days. I had enough of american tires after a week took my car to Honda where I was shown that my alignment was so off that I would have ended up destroying my tires. you're company should at least advice customers to go somewhere not bold face lie and say that it does not need to be done because you better believe that you would have been replacing my tires for free. Also found out my tire sensor needed a hard reset from what they did to my tires but you would not admit that just past the buck . I will not be back and I will not recommend I also will be filing a complainant with cooperate for this issue. read more

I was in and out in like 40 minutes which is just enough time to run across the street to Jack-in-the-Box, eat some greased up food, and have a bout of diarrhea while playing Clash of Clans and grunting. This place used to take care of its customers. The new management could care less about the customer while I was there the guy before me had the same problem and he's basically said too bad. My tires are 3 years old and starting to fail and I have their warranty with their wheel certs and he says it doesn't matter it's not their problem it's as expected. He finds the tire with the absolute worst condition send them that picture instead of the picture of where the tires separating at the bead. I have 10 vehicles and for now on I will go to Bob's Wheel and Tire in Victorville. Jose you can take your $150.00 and put it where the sun doesn't shine. You have lost a customer that spins thousands and thousands of dollars on tires every 5 years because you had a bad day by being chewed out from the customer in front of me. So you have lost my business and I hope you're proud of yourself, I started using American Tire in 1990.
