Most local locations all have great service but I must say this store is slightly better. I arrived 10mins before they open and there was already a line outside this morning lol

Tread depth chart

Came in midweek, less than an hour before closing time, without an appointment cuz it's not needed to get a free tire air pressure check. Andrew filled the air in all four of my tires and explained that they could repair my left front tire which was significantly low in air, at no cost. Awesome! While checking my vehicle in, he proceeded to offer me a deep discount on replacements for two of my tires with very low tread depth that would need to be changed very soon regardless. No pressure, he just wanted to give me the option. I decided it was in my best interest to take the deal, especially as I happened to not be in a hurry on this day. Turns out, they took care of everything quickly anyway, less than a 30-minute wait for my car to be ready. Andrew even provided helpful reminders, like how a tire rotation is recommended every 5k-8k miles to help the tires last longer, and that they do it here at America's Tire for free. Friendly and professional service, quick turnaround time, discounted price, AC in the waiting area to stay cool on this warm and sunny afternoon... I couldn't have asked for anything more.

Drive thru tire pressure check

America's Tire is awesome! Very well organized check in process. I stopped by the tire shop to see if they could top off the air pressure in my daughter's car because the low pressure warning light was on. I initially went inside the store to inquire about this and the associate told me I just needed to go around to the side of the shop and drive through the bay. They have free air pressure check and fill up with no appointment necessary. They have a dedicated drive through lane! What amazing customer service! The guys inside the shop immediately helped me and topped of the air pressure in all four tires. I'm definitely going to consider them the next time I need tires.

Car needed new tires. Decided to go with OEM tire for the car. Searched for tires and found different pricing (best price did not include installation). Searched for installation in my area. Arrived at America's Tire website . The website presented an option to have them price match the tire purchase. I followed the process and submitted my request. Later that day received a quote for install at the Dublin location and they matched the tire purchase price. Went ahead and paid online which triggered the tire order and the appointment scheduling. Arrived on scheduled date, was greeted by Julio who provided great customer service and the tire change proceeded without incident. * The tire price match option on the website was very convenient * Same day quote response was helpful * Appreciate the ability to schedule an appointment online * Solid customer service--received confirmation text messages regarding quote being sent, appointment being scheduled, tires being ordered, tires arriving, and appointment reminder * Extra options were not a hard pitch (I declined and he moved on) * Quoted times were accurate * Appreciate the business integrity - I ordered the alignment service but the technician called and clarified that while the vehicle was eligible for an alignment, it was within specification per manufacture guidelines, and ultimately recommended that the alignment was not necessary and indicated my pre-payment would be refunded for the alignment * Appreciate Julio pointing out known issue with two-piece lug nuts for my model year car. Screw in tire is extremely small and very fixable as any good tire mechanic can see

It's an okay place to get your tires done but customer service can improve a lot more.

Ask the Community - America's Tire

I just want to know if i can buy the tires from you guys and bring new aftermarket wheelset to be mounted? I don't need the wheels mounted on the vehicle.

Do they do wheel and rim repairs?

Hello Scott, thank you for thinking of America's Tire for your wheel questions. Our stores normally work with local auto detailers for any wheel finish or repairs. You can use our store locator to reach out to our nearby stores and our technicians…

I have low air in my tires. Can I stop by and get some air in them? If so, how much is the service?

They have a drive through lane for tire pressure checks.

But Cort courteously helped us and said he will try his best to get it ready by 1 pm but no promises. Seeing how busy they are, I was surprised when they called me around 12:40 saying the car is ready! Great shop! Great people! Impeccable service!

Please avoid this place at all costs. I would say this place has zero professionalism. I'm actually…read moreshocked at all the higher reviews, although I will admit, they allowed me to go here, even though I have been going to the Big Brand tire in Concord for last several decades. I thought I would come in here to get a tire rotation, which is a free service that they provide four tires that are theirs. I normally go to the one in Concord like I mentioned, but I happened to be closer to this one, so I thought I would take advantage of it. I was told after the rotation that I would need to get a new tire because there was a nail that was unrepairable on one of the tires. No problem, I thought, since I had paid for an extended warranty on all the tires a few months ago. I was led to believe this would come at no cost to me as a result. I also had paid for a three-year alignment previously, which I thought was a good deal. So, Tim quoted me with an invoice that had $136 alignment on it, but he assured me that it will be taken care of because I had paid for the three year alignment. He also showed me that everything else would cost zero. After an hour and a half, I was up sold on an extended tire warranty, which didn't make sense to me since I thought that the warranty would cover every tire, but I figured it would be fine since Tim told me it would cost $41. Then when they were about to give me the keys, I was charged $140 for services. I thought we were all included in the warranty, not to mention, I was quoted at zero. I was charged for taxes on the new tire (even though the tire was zero dollars), mounting and balancing, alignment, a tire recycling fee, and other labor costs. The extended tire warranty was quoted at $62 even though I was told it would be $41. In my mind, I still couldn't make heads nor tails of all of these things. I even questioned them about it. But I had an appointment elsewhere in the East Bay and needed to be on the road and ended up agreeing to paying $140 for a zero dollar service. I would've been happy paying $41 for the tire warranty but lo and behold I paid three times that. Don't come to this place unless you're prepared to get screwed. I recommend big brand tire in Concord if you must go to big brand at all - at least that place I had been going to for years and I know I could have counted on the folks there and could have trusted them not to charge me extra and not to lie to me about a zero cost service. Heck, go to any other tire place if you have to stay in Dublin or Pleasanton. Some tire places treat you like family. This one treated me like a couple of dollar signs.

In retrospect, their tires are cheap indeed, which is their selling point, but they are indeed very unsafe, have a very short lifespan, and are even dangerous and fail to meet safety standard!!! These guys like to say "I don't understand what you are saying" in the first phone call and hanged you up when you report a problem to them. They will never answer your second call. Here is the Story: On June 27, 2026, went to Minute Muffler (another shop nearby) to change tires, who recommended me to go to Dublin RT tire which is just on the opposite side of the plaza. Purchased and changed two front tires on June 27, 2026. Yesterday on July 21, 2026, one of the tires blew out while driving. There is a hole on the sidewall. See images. The life of the tire is only 24 days!!! It happened very suddenly with a big BANG. The vehicle lost control and hit the curb and drove onto it. Very dangerous. Have to call AAA to replace it by backup tire. Feel uncomfortable in my neck.

I went in to find 2 young guys working the counter, which I later found thier names to be Luka and Ben. Ben was the one that I interacted with the most and he took a look at my tires and assessed the issues. Now I will say that the price they quoted me seemed higher than normal, granted I have some EV tires that costed more, but it did still seem excessive. I opted to pass because I think Costco has tires for much less but he still sent me out to have Luka check all the tire pressure and made sure I was safe to drive home. I just appreciate the kind service because I've run into some young gentleman Z'rs that just never seem to care and for a guy that thinks customer service is dying, they gave me hope.
