Eric was amazing! I had a nail in my tire, but it was close to the wall and didn't look like it could be plugged. He wasn't optimistic, but he grabbed a tool and pulled out the nail. It was super short, like 1/4 inch. He sprayed something on the tire to see if there was a leak. No leak! He said it was my lucky day and sent me off! My husband and I pulled in here with our 34 foot motorhome (definitely hard to miss) to get our tire pressure checked and looked at to see if they needed to be replaced no one came over to see if we needed help, my husband even went in and asked for help waited for about 30 min and received no help. We ended up backing out and leaving without getting the pressure/tires checked, I am currently paying on tires that I just recently bought from this location. This is the first time we have purchased tires at Americas tire. Today, we have returned to them to get them rotated and balanced (like they say they provide free for lifetime) and they failed to balance them. The customer service experience was horrible, they told my daughter her tire pressure was low and did not fix the problem, and when I called to ask what happened when my daughter took her car in, the manager had no idea what happened or what work their employees did on her vehicle. Overall we are very dissatisfied and will no longer be bringing our cars there to get our tires rotated AND balanced. read more

Great, quick service! Went in on Thursday around 10:30/11 bc my tire kept getting flat. They quoted me about 45 minutes and kept their word, pretty sure it was just under that. This store is amazing! Ordered tires online, and they were delivered to the store the following day. Made an appointment for installation and was greeted by Grant, who was friendly and professional. After a brief check-in, I walked next door to get breakfast and was only gone about 25 mins. As I was walking back to the shop, they were just backing my car out of the bay - work completed! On Wednesday, February 22nd, We were having a dilemma with the front passenger side tire on our Siverado! America's Tire Store on Temecula PKWY had just fixed the drivers side tire for the valve stem issue about a month ago. Well we had the same issue on the passengers side the tire was going flat so drove to America's tire and added some air and found out it was the valve stem issue again. So from the time I brought the Silverado truck in to be serviced...it only took the technicians an hour to fix the tire and the rebalance and it was no easy task as the truck was raised and had the huge tires...that takes awhile to get done... Also they did not charge me one penny! Wow we have needed this service in town for a long time....Great service America's Tire Store. Great service by Sean at the counter and Gabe the tech on the floor. I originally had an appointment at noon today but i didn't have to work so I went in at 8:00am and had a Yokohama tire picked out but for the amount of driving I do to Carlsbad everyday Sean recommended the Michelin Defender with a better warranty of 80,000 miles rather than the 60,000 miles with the Yokohama's at the same price. Gabe saw to it that I was in and out in less with a total time of 45 minutes. Great friendly service and they really appreciate there customers even for me being a Miami Dolphin fan. I highly recommend them for all your tire needs in the Temecula area. Had a tire blow out and needed a new one. Grant was very HELPFUL and PROFESSSIONAL. Since the tires on my 350-Z are poor quality. (One of my rears blow out the sidewall). He beat a competitors price and advised me on the best tire replacement for my particular car. Everyone in America's Tire was very POLITE and professional and the whole place was SUPER CLEAN. I have to honestly say the best customer service I have ever experienced. I am unemployed currently and went in because my two front tire were bald. Hoping to get a couple of used tires as cheap as possible until I could afford new ones....Dan actually gave me as a one time courtesy, 2 Brand new tires for no cost. He said that he just didn't feel that it was safe for me to drive on the freeway. Also he scheduled a courtesy appointment to get my Alignment checked. We stopped in on a Saturday for a quick tire repair. We have purchased tires here before. We were expecting to leave the car and pick it up later in the day. We waited in line for 10 min with 3 other customers. There was only 1 rep at the counter. Really? On a Saturday? The guy was so loud talking to the woman about financing, we all knew her business. I comment to my husband how unprofessional he was. He yelled for help from the garage, but no one responded. Finally we gave up to go somewhere else. As we walked to the car someone ran out to ask what was wrong. We told him what we needed and he let us walk away. So sad for him. We went a few miles down to Les Schwab on Butterfield and Temecula Parkway. They took us no problem. We have purchased one set of tires there before. We left the car and came back later. When we came back, a gentleman from the garage came running out to meet us even before we got to the door to ask us how he could help us. Now that's customer service! We picked up our car and at no charge to us they fixed the tire. We will be giving our business to Les Schwab from now on. American Tire needs to understand they are building relationships, not just repairing a tire that they wont make any money on. read more

Great Service! Showed up 20 min before closing with a nail in a tire (tires also needed to be replaced). Sean took good care of me and was very nice. He explained that they could not repair the nail as the tires were worn down too much and was apologetic. Their prices for new tires seem to be very good with my limited knowledge. Better to save the time and get it taken care of all at once then spend four hours researching to save a few dollars (even if you are able to find that which I doubt). They stayed after hours to get me taken care of. Great work and customer service. Definitely will be taking my cars here from now on. I want to give a huge thank you to Daniel at American Tire in Temecula. I was there on 8/20 as I had driven up from Oceanside and my tire pressure light came on during the drive. I drove into the free tire pressure check lane. Daniel found all tires were higher than recommended manufacturer pressure, and lowered the pressure, including the spare tire underneath the vehicle. Daniel took the extra time to show me how to lower my spare tire from it's location and how to put it back up. Daniel also explained to me the light may have come on due to the high pressure in the tires. Any question I asked, he gave me an intelligent answer. This told me he knew what he was talking about. Even though it was very hot that day and with his COVID mask on he was sweating profusely, he took his time in explaining things to me. Because of his kindness and the fact I am in Temecula frequently, I would not hesitate to purchase anything regarding tires from this American Tire. read more

DON"T GO THERE, EVENTHOUGH IT SAID "BEAT COSTCO" The store manager--Dan didn't make a right follow up for me. He has lack of patient than his employee. I purchased 4 new tires at this location in October, it was because it said that they beat Costco. I am very regret to purchase tire there and needed to stick with this lousy customers service. Today visit, I was told that it would take 45 mins to replace one tire. After 1/2 hr, I called to the store, Dan told me that it should be 10 mins more. I got back to store and wait for 1/2 hr, no one come to tell me any update regarding to the process. Then I talked to Dan, he told me that he needed a "wheel lock" to replace the "fixed" tire. I told him that I didn't have it; I asked if he could put the "fixed" tire to my truck and I would ask the dealership help me to replace it. At that moment, he asked his employee, his employee said that the tire was not "fixable", needed to be "replaced", they couldn't find the tire in the entire store. He didn't make a honest follow up to customers and lack of patient to explain the whole process. I was very regret to buy all 4 tires from this store that I will have to stick with this kind of unrealizable customers service as long as those tire are under warranty. -- read more

I was struggling balancing a new set of KMC Wheels and Bridgestone Dueller. They arrived from TireRack.com mounted and balanced with a Hunter Road Force Balancing Machine and the rims design is not easily balanced so fixing this was going to require expertise and patience. Great customer service. I had recently bought and installed new tires from a Discount tires in another state, with warranty. While on a road trip, the valve to the tire broke, causing a puncture. The fault wasn't with the tire itself, but the team here replaced the valves at no charge. Further, they checked the other tires as well, and replaced the valves of two other tires that they thought looked dangerous. They stayed past closing to make sure our car was fixed and that we were confident about getting back on the road safely. Couldn't have asked for better service! read more

Fantastic business model with solid operations that has changed the tire-buying and service experience. And this Temecula location is by far the best! I've used America's Tire almost exclusively for 15+ years --here and in LA-- but this store is amazing. They are clean, efficient, friendly, accomodating, knowledgeable, consistent, and honest. They carry a good inventory and can get tires to fit anything; my Landrover LR3 OEM tires were horrible--lasted no more than 15k miles--so I found another (rare size and load) tire through research, and they ordered and installed them in no time at all. These tires lasted 45k miles with very even wear (on a very heavy vehicle), so I purchased yet another set, and am extremely pleased with them. All in all, for purchase, repair, warranty, service of any kind, this company--and especially this store--is excellent! Good job guys! read more
