My lentil vegetable soup was good. If you are a vegetarian, this is the perfect place. But the food selection is entirely vegetarian. If you want meat don't come here. Beverages are pricey; $3 for a soda. As for service and ambience, it is fast food place. You order at the counter, they give you a buzzer, you pick up the food when the buzzer goes off. We went to Amy's before our hike with friends. I don't remember seeing such gracious service in a long time. Two gentlemen who worked their showed the highest level of professionalism and patience. I worked in the industry for 20+ yeas, so I know what service looks like on all kinds of levels. They talked to everyone in the middle of delivering food, they never showed any signs of impatience or hurry even through the place that day was really busy. My hat is of to them! We loved Amy's when it opened. We are in the area and so we went at least once per week. The food was delicious and we felt good that it was at least a little healthier than some other fast food options out there. However, things started slipping around a year ago and have continued to fall. There used to be Managers there who cared so much! They were high on customer service and the experience was so great. Now, I find it is hard to get one of the employees to say hello when walking in the door. They are painfully slooooooooow. There is no sense of urgency or pep. Last time, I ordered online and then had to wait in a huge line to tell the cashier that I was there to pick it up. I was in a hurry - hence the pre-order. When I finally got go through front (10 mins past my ready time), they just got the fries on. I nearly left without my food. That took another 5 minutes. So, my piping hot fries were served with a cold burger. Not great. My order has been incorrect 3 of the last 4 visits. Today, I ordered a large Super Salad with no dressing. I received a small Rachel salad with lots of dressing. My gut told me to check the order before leaving, but I thought "no way they get it wrong again, right?" Shame on me. I will say that the food is good and a nice quick dinner out option. But the experience has gone way downhill and is ruining everything else. I really want this place to go back to the way it was when it just opened!! It was so great! I am sure it's possible. Come on, Amy's!! You can do it. read more

Went here for dinner this week since it's close to home and they have healthy options. Ordered a burrito bowl, a super salad and a milkshake. The order was completely screwed up. Got an entirely different salad than ordered, a burrito instead of a bowl and milkshake was nearly completely melted. I spoke up and got the salad fixed but the rest of it we just kept. I don't know - I'm underwhelmed. It was less expensive than Gotts but I think next time we'll go there for a salad and a shake. Just better all around service and quality. read more

The food is healthy and delicious! I have enjoyed the burrito and the "burger" both gluten-free! The fries are addicting and do not make you feel gross after eating. I absolutely love a dairy free shake option but ..... as other posts have pointed out the chocolate is too chocolatey, which I know isn't a word and nothing I thought I would ever say. I asked them to blend a 1/2 chocolate 1/2 vanilla shake and the answer was no. She wasn't sure why - just a very polite and friendly no. So - why not Amy's? read more

The entire Amy's experience was a great success! I am vegan and appreciated the terrific flavor of each item I bought. I had the Single Burger, Sweet Potato Fries, and sampled my husband's non-dairy Vanilla Milkshake. The staff deserves extra credit for efficient, personable service. The drive through line was long, but we went through it quickly thanks to the employees outside the building taking orders and payments. They repeated my order to me at each step along the way and got it perfect (even the no cheese, sauce on the side). I'm grateful to have another drive-through option in Marin especially one that focuses on healthier options. read more

I live in the east bay and always look for reasons to make the journey to the north bay for Amy's. The food is fresh and delicious. I got a single burger, vegan cheese. Tasty and fresh. Perfectly toasted bun, fresh and crispy sweet potato fries. Normally I am a chocolate fan, but there I opt for the nondairy vegan strawberry shake. Heavenly. I love their chili cheese fries. And putting a scoop of chili on the macaroni and cheese and broccoli was the best idea ever. There's something for everyone at Amy's and I love driving through for food again! Thank you Amy's. I tried Amy's for the first time last week. I ordered the mac and cheese and the seasonal salad. The seasonal salad was fine; very fresh. The mac and cheese lacked flavor; it didn't taste bad so much as it had no taste whatsoever. The items seemed seemed overpriced for what I received. Perhaps other items on the menu are more tasty than the mac and cheese. I would not return simply because of the salad, which I can get other places. Firm pass. read more

I love this place. It's convenient like fast food but not super greasy. The burgers are great and so are the chili cheese fries. Their mac and cheese and pizza are good and they remind me of cafeteria food or tv dinners if tv dinners actually were made fresh and tasted good like in commercials. I usually add a scoop of chili to the mac and cheese too, definitely recommend. I love that they have non-dairy milkshakes, especially the orange one because it's delicious. If you order in app you can specify a name for each item so they'll all be labeled which makes it super easy to see what's what and to make sure the order's all there. You can make a bunch of stuff (if not everything?) vegan and they are super accommodating for dietary restrictions/allergies. I live in Oakland so I don't go here as much as I'd like to but when I do I always order a TON of food so I have leftovers. Last time the order took a little while longe which was no big deal because I placed a big order. They were super apologetic when the order was ready and gave us coupons for a few free items and a cookie to make up for it. I live the "Amy" burger on the gluten free bun. The non dairy shakes are stellar and they are open later than most places in Marin. It was good food, I am just frustrated because we paid for an Amy's burger with 2 patties, and both burgers came with only a single patty.

My family and I went there for a late lunch. Sufficed to say the place was not busy at the time. The establishment was clean, the food came out quick and was good. FYI: veggie cheese burger is great; The Amy's which is the double patty version was tasty. So why did they get 3 stars you say; The cashier (Erin, I believe - a red head) messed up my daughter's drink, we just ignored it since it was still a good beverage. Second err on her part, when I went up to the counter to ask for a to go bag, she simply looked at me and waited for one other, much nicer person at the counter to help me out. If this were any other burger joint, I wouldn't be surprised. Since this is Amy's, who I know aims for great quality and service, I just had to call it out. read more
