The technician arrived on time and mounted the tv perfectly. The technician also helped mark up locations for the sound bar which we Installed ourselves. I had a tricky install over the fireplace which gave us limited mounting options. Worry not, in a flash, Sajjad identified the best possible mounting location and found the studs as horizontal, not vertical as I would have expected. The technicians came and were thorough, attentive, and clean. They had all equipment and accessories requested, ans even some extras I hadn't anticipated (extra HDMI cables). We had Sajeed move a TV and its mount to the basement for remounting and install a new TV and new mount upstairs. He was very efficient, respectful, careful, etc. - professional in all ways. He was also honest, as I thought I had plaster walls, and that is $40.00 more, but Sajeed told me it was drywall and let his boss know to take off $40.00 for the install.
