We told the waitress, who took the plate back, but the manager came over and insisted that what I'd eaten was a Choriperro, not a Hawaiian hot dog. Despite me explaining that I'd already eaten the Hawaiian hot dog, she argued and refused to replace my husband's order with what he originally wanted. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, the manager returned to our table carrying a tray with an uncooked regular hot dog and a Choriperro to "teach" us the difference, as though we were clueless. It was humiliating and unnecessary. Yes, I mistakenly ate the wrong hot dog because it was covered in so many condiments that I didn't realize it was the Choriperro--but that's precisely why the staff should have helped fix the mix-up rather than argue and try to "educate" me. Rather than provide good customer service, the manager chose to belittle and embarrass us in front of the restaurant.
