Service was extremely lackluster the entire visit as she stayed at the other end of the bar the entire time, either handling service bar or patrons on that end... Made me wish I would have sat down there instead. But I had to wait for basic stuff, like a fork after being served my food. The food was decent. I tried their Beef on Weck and Wing combo - It looked nice then it came out, but it didn't come with much horseradish and I wanted to ask for more, but I'd still be waiting, so I dealt with what I got. The sandwich itself was great! Beef was tender and flavorful, the bun was great too - except I don't understand why they made them with the outside being so greasy, that's nasty. The wings had decent flavor, I ordered them with their spicy BBQ sauce on them, which wasn't spicy at all. They had a nice crisp to them too, but they were small and not very meaty, so 5 went down quickly. The fries were plain and basic, nothing special. I ordered hot bacon jam and only tasted bacon when I picked up a piece off the plate. One thing to consider is that location is right in front of a bus stop. I noticed large groups coming as we were leaving. There were also a few tour busses in the parking lot. We parked without a pass for a bit and ended up being fine. Not sure what rules are. When we arrived with my husband's service animal, a staff member immediately told us that dogs were not allowed. We calmly explained that it was a service animal assisting my husband with his disability, and the employee rolled her eyes and walked away without apology or further explanation. The situation was humiliating and made us feel unwelcome for simply trying to dine with a medically necessary service animal. We understand staff may ask questions regarding service animals, but customers should still be treated respectfully and professionally.
