Crossed the border just so we can try wings from the chain that birthed Buffalo wings! We came on a weekday for late lunch so there wasn't a lot of people. I was really paranoid that the wings wouldn't live up to the hype but they were incredibly tasty and distinct from regular hot sauce wings. The original hot wings are a bit creamy, like they're mixed with butter and/or another creamy thing. The spice is comparable to tangy Hot Cheetos, not bad. I wonder what their spiciest level was like but we did not want to risk a stomachache on the ride home. We also got the spicy garlic Parmesan. I preferred the original wings better. It was not spicy either. I thought the fried pickles would come as chips like Chili's has it but they're actually spears. They were juicy and went well with the wings. Four people shared 30 wings. They're medium-sized so it was perfect. We had one wing that was super charred for some reason but we noticed it at the end of our meal, so it wasn't worth asking for a new one. Our server was so friendly but I forgot her name. The wait time for the food was around 15 minutes. The only lackluster part of the experience was that the cleanliness of the restaurant was questionable. The tables, menus, and seats were all semi-sticky. Tried to find a place for Buffalo wing when visiting Buffalo, NY. This location doesn't have to most reviews but it's 5 mins from Niagara Fall. The location is attached to Holiday inn hotel. Plenty of space for bar seating and table setting. Ordered : traditional wing - spicy Parmesan garlic , original Buffalo. The fish fried is huge. The coleslaw is yummy but the tartar sauce is a bit disappointing. The restroom is clean. Good spot when you go to Niagara state park. read more

After a long day exploring the wonderful Niagara Falls USA we stopped here for a quick grub before headed to Canada. The place was busy when we arrived but was open bar seating so we got a spot right away. They have empty tables and not enough wait staff similar to restaurant are amErica right now. Nevertheless our bar tender was great and did the best she could for attending to us for a big crowd at the bar. The wings were perfectly cooked and crispy. I personally would have preferred more sauce on them. The local beer selection was limited and i preferred the EBC blueberry over the anchor bar brewed IPA. We were on your way to the airport from Niagara Falls in the Canadian side. My husband was tired of paying overpriced food that were really good on the Canadian side. Seems like they might be having trouble paying their heatings bills as the place was frigid with customers eating in their winter coats and hats. Had to take take out gloves off as it's obviously tough to eat wings with them on! Men's room was also out of order so you had to use the men's room at the adjacent hotel which was a bit of a walk, and through their pool which was rather bizarre. We had to try the famous Anchor Bar and where the "wings" supposedly started!! We ordered 20 in the mild sauce and they were very good. The size of the drum and flat are impressive. The portion was too much for the two of us! The blue cheese and celery are a tradition and added the needed crunchy and tangy sidekick. We also split a wedge salad and it was fine but nothing to wow about. We also tried the onion rings and they were average at best. The bartender was wonderful and very attentive.
