The pastries are tasteful and i would never hesitate to get something there. The sandwiches are not so bad, although recently when i think i might want a sandwich where is panera bread? The service here is not bad at all, and i just find it weird when people leave there plates on their table because there is a place to put it once you are done. The bread that you can buy here is wonderful, absolutely love the butter french bread. There coffee is only in a standard of OKAY which is hard to believe it being a cafe and all. You can use this place to study, but if you have been to Panera bread and you like starbuck's feel and scene, you will find this place different but still workable. I think Andersen Cafe, this one in particular, does have that European feel, for reasons unknown to me. there could be the possiblity that Andersen Cafe received an extra start from me because my high school english teacher was MR.ANDERSEN and he was an awesome teacher. Very nice & generous LOYALTY program. So far I have one FREE chocolate ganache cake & one FREE cappuccino cake already.; but the program is per single person per single phone. The program cannot be shared among family members like a subsidiary account. Before the program I used to buy from Andersen any time I wanted. Now I have to wait till I have the chance to get down there. In between, I baked my NON-American pound cake with 5 ounces of sugar per 2 cups of flour. The same sweetness as the old Andersen English scone before they started to americanising it in late 2026. The loyalty program is BACKFIRING. read more

This store is outstanding... Everything is tasty, fresh, nice displayed. And the smell in this store makes you hungry. I love to go there to eat . I have to mention the cakes too, especially the chocolate and strawberry ones. I ordered for my kids B-days party and there was not enough. I othere cases I always get to toss to garbage the rest of the B-day cake because nobody wants extra. Also the staff is really friendly and the manager, Veronica, is really on top of everything and courtesy. She is really knowledgeable and around her employee al the time. Pretty good food here. All sandwiches are tasty. I recommend the jalapeño bread toasted and sliced as an appetizer while you are waiting on your food. It comes pretty quick. Mmmm. One main problem though is the staff is SUPER SLOW. Do not go over lunch hour if you are on time schedule. I'm 100% sure I got food poisoning from this place. I ordered a Turkey Swiss & Avocado sandwich on Saturday evening. I threw up 5 times that night. My wife recalled that the place wasn't too clean. If the front of the house isn't clean, can you imagine what the back of the house is like? As soon as I get the attention of one lady inside the kitchen counter, she said "Sorry, we're closing in 5 minutes" and that was only 1:50pm. With that said, then don't put 2pm as their closing time in your ad. I was there at 1:45pm and not 2pm. There's Denny's across the street, ended up eating there, completely satisfied leaving the place without thinking being rushed because of the "2pm closing time". Twice happened like this to their supposed customers, but I don't think they care about receiving unpleasant feedbacks. What could improve to this situation? Put up a sign saying "Closing @1:45pm", in this way, we hungry customers won't waste our time going to this place to have brunch. It's so disappointing!

First thing that surprised me was the size - it was certainly on the smaller side, especially compared to other sandwich places. Understandably their price is more affordable, but next time I would probably just size up. Flavor-wise, the sandwiches themselves tasted great and I had no complaints there. The issue was the bread. The Dutch crunch was a literal ROCK. On my first bite I actually had to stop and take the sandwich apart just to eat it more comfortably. I thought maybe it was just one, but both sandwiches had the same issue. Dutch crunch is usually a bit firm, but this was on another level. The mac salad and potato salad were solid for what they are, maybe a little more sour than I prefer, but still enjoyable. Huge props to the staff though. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming. The lady at the counter even apologized for the wait, but it honestly wasn't long at all, under 5 minutes for me. The person packing my order also threw in two chocolate chip cookies, which I really appreciated. Would come back to give it another shot, just hoping the Dutch crunch bread is a bit softer next time.

I ordered the Half Steakhouse Salad and the Mexican Street Corn Chowder. The Steakhouse Salad is why I felt disappointed. The steak literally tasted like cold salami -- it was not good at all. The Mexican Street Corn Chowder, however, was delicious, so overall I was willing to give them another shot. Yesterday, I gave them that second chance, and they definitely delivered. I ordered the Pick 2 again: the Half Southwest Chicken Ranch Salad and the chowder (again). The Half Southwest Chicken Ranch Salad did NOT disappoint this time, and the chowder was delicious as always. Will definitely be back again!

As you'll see in the pictures, I ordered a 6" turkey and avocado sandwich (my all time favorite) from this place and it was the largest - and therefore most satisfying - such sandwich I've EVER gotten out of a Togo's. In fact the toppings and meat were so piled high that they literally started falling off the sandwich, which never happens. I just want to also take a minute to give a special thanks to Steve (I think the manager) who takes customer service very seriously at this place and it shows based on the love his employees imbue into each sandwich.
