It's unfortunate that this place is so dang good and soooo close to my house!! Lol It's been dinner many nights for us! We've had many of the concretes and jackhammered them as well- A jackhammer is when they fill the middle of your ice cream with your choice of hot fudge, caramel or whatever filling you choose. Andy's kept the drive thru moving and prepared our shakes really quickly. At around $5 for a shake, Andy's is expensive, but it sure hits the spot when I feel the need to splurge on a frozen treat. It's not what I'd call healthy but it's a lot better than Sonic. read more

My husband and I tried Andy's upon recommendation from my parents. I got Andy's Custom Concrete mixed with cheesecake and peanut better. It was amazing! After ordering, our order was ready as soon as we got to the window! I would highly recommend! read more

First off, this place is expensive. I got the James Brownie concrete and it was great, but again, it's overpriced. Customer service was good and very quick. I just don't see the point in spending $15 on two ice creams very often. read more

We've only been as a family a couple of times. Their custard is just okay. I think it's a bit overpriced. (More expensive than another custard place down the road). The last time we went my 2 little ones got their cones very quickly but we waited over 10 minutes for my wife's turtle sundae. I had to go up and politely ask them to make it. We love Andy's Frozen Custard. Great bunch of employees, fast, and not once disappointed. They have great owner who truly cares about his customers and employees. We love the BLueBERRy, but of course it changes as soon the next flav comes out, then back to BLueBERRy the next year. LOL. read more

Dont go with ya momma. You might have to smack her 'cause its that good. I went for the "James Brown". The first taste knocked me out, and it got better with every bite! I would post a pic, but all thats left is the cup. I couldn't stop. My mom took my kids there shortly after they opened. They have been begging to go back for months. I was skeptical about the whole frozen custard idea but we stopped because my son who always screams ice cream every time we go by. I was pleasantly surprised at how good the frozen custard tasted! Very creamy. The two drawbacks for me were they only had vanilla custard. No other flavors unless you wanted to buy a pint of something. Also no area to sit and enjoy the ice cream with the exception of two benches which was for you to sit while they made your ice cream. read more

Of all the Andy's Frozen Custard establishments that i've been to in all my years, this has by FAR been the worst experience of my life! There was a chunkier boy that kept shouting at me as if I couldn't hear him. I have a hearing aid, dear, I don't need you to shout. It's always been one of my biggest insecurities, and I don't appreciate the youth shouting because they think that I'm just some old lady that can't hear anything. Furthermore, this bloody place got my order wrong three times! I simply asked for a Straw-ana Sundae with hot fudge and they gave me a vanilla scoop with strawberries, bananas, and chocolate syrup! However, there was sweet boy in a blue hat that treated me like the queen that I like to believe I am. He remade my order the way that I wanted it the FIRST time, and he was nice throughout the whole interaction. In my opinion, that young boy was the only positive thing about this place! And for that young boy, I had to give it at least 2 stars. He reminded me of my grandson, Evan, with his freckles. Cheerio! read more

I stopped here twice while I was visiting family. I had the butter pecan concrete and the hot fudge sundae with pecans. Both were good but the butter pecan was the best of the two. I thought at first that the prices were a little high,but when you get your order, you realize how big a small is so it isn't so bad. I got more for my money than at our local bruesters and the flavor is better than ice cream. It isn't as good as the custard cup in Danville, Illinois,but it is still worth another stop when I am back in this area. There is not a lot of parking, but they have a drive thru and close by parking in the walmart center. I would suggest a separate pick up window. On the one night we were there, there were quite a few people in line and people ordering had to keep stepping back to let them hand orders to other's. We had to step out of the way twice while trying to place our order. Seems odd when they have several windows but only use one and they seem to have plenty workers. read more

One of our favorite places in town! The custard is wonderful, I like to get the Ooey Gooey concrete. They don't skimp in the toppings! The customer service is always pleasant and even if there is a long line it goes so fast. Store is clean. The best treat in Spring Hill! read more
