I've been a regular here since they opened. You really can't beat the price for a good salad or bowl at $5.99 for grilled chicken. My favorite is the cobb salad with bacon and chicken. I was reading up about Angie's and found out that the old owner of Salad and ago has started this concept. Looking into everything - you can see that several things are carried over from that concept. I ordered a Cobb salad with both steak and chicken, and my partner ordered a Greek salad with falafel. Everything was absolutely delicious. Service was quick and simple - and ordering was done on iPads in the entry or mobile through online ordering. We picked up our food to go and brought it home. The meal was absolutely delicious. For a stacked Cobb with double protein I only paid $12! The meat is cooked perfectly and everything was absolutely full of flavor. The location we went to had a nice sized dining area as well that made it good for people wanting to eat there. Everything was clean. You can tell that this isn't the final realized iteration of Angie's. I'm excited to see improvements in the interior as time goes on. read more

When I entered I asked the food prep guy that was placing food at the pickup area if my order was ready and he rudely told me to wait. He came back up and ask for the name and he said it was not ready and I had to wait. I waited about 20 mins and my order was ready. I said thank you and he said nothing. I assuming since this establishment is self -serve. I guess customer service is not a requirement from their employees. This place doesn't even deserve a 1 star! We ordered 2 items, 1 lobster roll with lemon butter and a "Mexican" burrito with steak. Let's jump right in! $2 extra to get the lobster roll hot? OK... that's interesting. Even more interesting is that you asked to pull forward into a parking spot because it takes a little longer to make a "hot" lobster roll. The best part is that we waited over 5 minutes and got... wait for it... a room temperature lobster roll! And that lobster roll was not good! Moving on to our "burrito", it was room temperature, had 3 small strips of steak in it and 4 large uncut cherry tomatoes in it (who thinks that's a good idea in a burrito?). But honestly? I ordered a steak bowl and didn't realize until I got all the way home that there was no steak in it. I had to drive all the way back to get my order fixed. When I brought it up, the manager didn't offer anything to make it right no extra steak, no discount on a future visit, not even a real apology beyond a quick "sorry." What happened to customer service? I wasn't rude, didn't raise my voice, didn't cuss anyone out. I was respectful the entire time. It's this kind of dismissive experience that pushes people to frustration and leads to customers raising their voices just to be heard. It shouldn't take being hostile to get decent service. I've ordered from here at least 20 times in the past year and the only times my order has been screwed up has been due to my own stupidity, but usually those turn into happy mistakes. Flavors I hadn't tried yet or falafel instead of chicken... great! The portions are great for the price point and they continue to blow me away with their quick turnaround times with orders. I must admit that this location is solid and unique, but doesn't WOW me in the ways that the other Angie's shops do. They are missing the lobster options of their other sites and though their bowls are phenomenal values and food, it seems a little less standout when places like CAVA are popping up everywhere. Their burgers aren't anything special from what I've seen, so I'm just left with their bowls, literally. They don't offer any sides or desserts to make you revisit the place, so it makes it a little tougher to ride for their menu, like the Lobster location, which features a variety of seafood dishes. Maybe they can expand with a seasonal thing or two to make this place stand out or add new bowl thoughts. Otherwise, it's a little too easy to forget. I am definitely rooting for them though!
