Ok, let's just dive in with the food to start. Food was pretty good. Both of our Falafels were burnt on one side but the rest was pretty decent. The Berries and cream drink is really good. Now, the rest... we walked in and were just looked at. Not a hi, hello, or anything. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Looking around the plastic cutlery was completely out, the napkins were completely out, the trash was over flowing in the dining room.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The oat milk and cream were completely out. We had to ask for ALL of things to be fixed. [[HIGHLIGHT]]So what we have is a not so welcoming staff, everything out that you need to eat, and a dirty dining room that actually had a smell too.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] If you are going to eat here, just order your food and take it home. The flavors of the salads are great! Everything feels so fresh! My favorite currently is the spicy honey ranch, but on an easy day the Caesar is another favorite! The only downside is the wait sometimes, but can be expected when you want quality and freshness. read more

OK. We all know that Angie's Prime Grill has good food at good prices. The food is not their issue. First - there is very little parking available and people often park wherever, so you have to wait for them to leave. This location is right next to several other restaurants, so nope - no parking. This location is horrible for that - across the street from a LARGE hospital and near to many Uptown businesses, so don't expect to get a parking spot near the place at lunch time (unless you're really lucky). Second - When I went to pick up my order, there were at least 30 people standing around waiting because 1 order had a lot of food, so it put everything else behind. My order was supposed to be ready by 11:25am and I did not leave there until 11:45am because my order was "pushed back" due to that 1 big order. There seemed to be plenty of staff, so not sure how 1 big order can do this. Perhaps they need better training? Last - They CAN NOT accommodate the lunch rush crowd. Their whole system of ordering and picking up is not well thought out, not big enough to accommodate 30 people, and leaves customers standing around, waiting for the food that they ordered online for pick up. I have seen people waiting and waiting so long that they just grab whatever is there and leave (yes, this happened today). I will not be back to Angie's any time soon, unless they fix their issues. read more

First visit today at the new Peoria/35th ave store. I ordered the Cobb salad and while the chicken had great flavor and the ingredients were all fresh, I was disappointed that 2 of the ingredients were missing... both the blue cheese and the avocado were not added.. So I got 4 or the six salad ingredients...I think maybe today was the second day open so maybe that's it??? I'll wait a couple weeks and give it another shot! read more

Was excited to try this place after hearing all the hype. Had tried Gilbert location Lobster only several months back and got undercooked unseasoned lobster roll so disappointed to date but chalked it up to place being new and bad luck. Liked the concept of self pay and service your self with minimal workers and low low prices. This experience was not redeeming and not to write home to Mom about. Got Mexican chicken burro trying to replicate Chipotle as what I thought would be safe choice, who could mess that up right? Sadly the Chandler location could. Bland dry unseasoned poorly executed attempt at Chipotle knock off that I couldn't choke down if I wanted to. My wife got farfaral (excuse the lazy spelling attempt) burro that she took two bites out of and hurdled at me to display her anger at my choice of lunch options. Angie's UnPrimo Grill left me with a hangry spouse to run afternoon errands with which left me blue and disappointed with my second attempt at Angie's as a novel choice which was poorly executed. What could improve you say? Perhaps a real chef with seasonings and spices in lieu of Suzie High Schooler got out of school early deco minimum hour wage worker slopping vegetable tempura in between popping pimples and looking at IG reels of the football team. read more

Usually great, but I went there in the morning and placed an online order. I waited about 35-40 minutes for my order and 2 of my 3 items were completely wrong. I suggest ordering at the kiosk there because they do those orders first. Online orders are last priority. read more

I'm very disappointed. This location is the closest to me that is not 35 minutes+ and as I was in line I learned that they will no longer be selling fried food. The salads are delicious and the food taste fresh however I only ever got to try the spicy shrimp sandwich and it was so good I was looking forward to trying the scallops, lobster etc... however I guess they don't have enough room to keep up the demand for it? So half of the menu is just gone. We could get salads closer to us as it is out of the way to come here. It's a shame honestly. read more

The Tempe location has terrible service and equally bad food. Finally Angie's in central Phoenix! They did a great job on their remodel and everything looks clean. I had the Angie's prime bowl, ordering process took about 5-7 minutes and the food came out great! The staff were friendly and the new location was easy to find. read more

Service was standard as anywhere else. Stale like the food. No personality, justice the dining room that isn't cleaned up. So sad my first and last time here. I was really looking forward to a location in Central Phoenix given all of the Angie's Lobster locations are so far away. I also am not a fan of drive-thru only, so the dine-in option here is appreciated. I went for breakfast on the first morning it was available here. I walked in and was greeted and asked if they could take my order which I wasn't expecting. I ordered a steak breakfast bowl and an Arnold Palmer. Steak for breakfast and it's less than $10. Amazing. It was ready in about 5 min and you can basically watch them make it for you, which is different. There are several tables with chairs and while it's not fancy, it gets the job done. Forks and napkins were available. I brought my own straw since I knew what to expect. I also brought salt and pepper but didnt use it. The steak is cooked medium-rare to medium (nice) and the eggs had runny yolks, none of that powdery yolk basically hard boiled egg like you get other places. 2 eggs, steak, red potatoes, shredded pepper jack cheese. It was warm, the cheese melted in nicely and I could mix it up and it was really good. I went back a couple more times this week and am looking forward to going back. It hasn't been too busy when I've been there so I hope it succeeds here! read more
