this place used to be great - lobster rolls served a variety of ways, all with finesse. i was even willing to wait in long lines, and would sometimes come twice a week. 19 menu changes later, it feels like bargain food, mixed and matched trying to come together. The 2.2 stars and 1 or 2 car lines reflect the lack of effort - i just got a grilled garlic flat bread that was cold, soggy and i took one bite and spit it out. The chicken caprese bowl was a mess, the chicken portion was about 5 small bites on a huge bowl of rice - very disappointing i'm not heading back anytime soon. so sad, Angie. dog shit. read more

I usually would give this place four or five stars, but for one burrito it took almost 40 minutes! The burrito they handed me while I waited over 20 minutes in the drive-through my burrito it's cold so it's been sitting there and it took him. who knows how long it just handed to me while I waited for them to give me my food. There was also a crazy long line in the drive-through as well as many people waiting at the lockup window not a good day to go to Angie's. read more

Stopped by this Angie's Prime and Grill after running an errand nearby. I love having a seafood fast food option like Angie's in the Valley. I really like their other seafood concept and usually get a fish sandwich. However, this concept specializes in lobster rolls and sandwiches. I wasn't very hungry, just wanted a snack so I opted for their traditional warm lobster roll. I just ordered the roll, not the meal. Not sure if it's their normal pace, but service was slow at the time of my visit. Staff was pleasant, though. My lobster roll was delicious and came with a decent amount of lobster meat. They gave me the butter on the side and the roll was so much better with it! I would return. I'm actually intrigued by their breakfast menu! read more

Tried this location after dining at another in Mesa. Although he service was super quick and the price was right there were some issues. The ice tea tasted old and stale. The salad looked like it had been dropped and was not presented well. I literally received three small pieces of chicken. I appreciate the price but this was kind of a joke. What I was served tasted good. Maybe avoid this location. Side note my order was on the counter and no one thanked me or presented the bag. No napkin. read more

Angie's was fantastic but now it is exactly what it was trying NOT to be. When it first opened the service was fast and friendly, the food was delicious, and it was a great value. Yesterday we went at 4:30. We were the 4th car in line and were in the drive through for 40 minutes. We got 2 lobster rolls and a chicken bowl (no sides and no drinks) for $44. The rolls had a lot less lobster than they used to (about 1/2). The chicken bowl had a cut up piece of chicken breast, 3 slices of avocado (about 1/3 of a medium avocado) and about 10 smaller than dice sized cubes of sweet potato. It all tasted good, but the value and service have gone waaaayyyyyy downhill. We did LOVE Angie's, but sadly we will not go back. read more

Love coming here in the beginning. Great food for the price. You get fries and a drink with their lobster roll for $9.99. I didn't go back when they added the new menu with the bowls. Then today when I went back, we notice prices are higher $14.99, which I understand. But now with no drinks or no fries. And you can't even order any fries. The lobster meat was less. I tried their protein bowl but there was barely any food for $10.99. They keep changing their menu. I feel like they've lost their identity. I prob won't go back again. It's not worth it. read more

I used to LOVE this place. The food and service have gone down hill. Ordered two shrimp burritos....they put dry chicken in BOTH! Here I am thinking it's a mistake. So I took both burritos down and showed them. They said that is SHRIMP?!? EXCUSE ME?!? I've had your shrimp burrito and it was excellent. Asked for the Manager. We wanted a quick breakfast for everyone today before starting out busy day! My daughter went thru the drive thru and this is what I had. Not bad for $4.69!!!! This is my first time posting a negative review on yelp, but based on my most recent purchase from Angie's Lobster, I felt it was important to comment. Angie's Lobster started out with excellent lobster rolls, but that is absolutely no longer the case. Just picked up two lobster rolls for my wife and myself an they both bordered on being disgusting to eat. Not only did it have not taste, it had so much chopped up something disgusting in it I could hardly find actual pieces of lobster. Came here today the 21st of December at 630pm. Never been to this location before and when I arrive there a robot is taking my order and not responding. After circling back around and waiting in an insanely long line we all find out they're having a holiday party and have zero signage up or any cones blocking the drive thru. They sat there inside knowing there is plenty of people waiting outside and did not even answer the phone. Disgusting unprofessional behavior that I have never seen before. The staff is actually so rude. We did an online order and I picked it up at the walk up window, the lady just throws the bag of food down on the counter and goes to shut the window, I asked her about my drinks, she goes to get my drinks, then slams them down on the counter and slams the window shut. On top of that, the drinks we got, one was wrong. We got a diet coke and a arnold palmer with unsweetened tea, the arnold palmer was just tea, when we went to get it fixed the same lady was still being rude saying "theres no way theres no lemonade in that" when it was just as dark as my diet coke. I will not be returning to this establishment, this was actually a horrible experience and I hope the owner re-evaluates what their employees and business is reflecting. This is a review only for the service not the food. We drove up around 4:15 and placed our order for 3 lobster rolls and a fried lobster tails meal with 6 extra sauces. I noticed we were missing the sauces so I parked and walked up to the window. After 5 min with no answer I proceeded to go to through the drive through again and waited another 15 min. The girl apologized and we drove off. To my surprise when we got home I ended up with 5 sauces and my son's fried meal consisted of 2 lobster tails and fish (which he hates). DISAPPOINTING. I had looked forward to trying this for months. Today it turned out I was nearby so I went. Ordered the shrimp plate. My drink was half sweet/half unsweetened tea. Didn't have sweet tea. Ok. When I got my order - I had to get the plastic silverware and napkins from a disgustingly dirty bin outside by drive up window. My order was handed and the window closed. I waited. I waited. Two cars are behind me and I'm still waiting. I finally honk. The woman comes - annoyed and looks at me. I ask for lemon and cocktail sauce. We don't have those, I'm told. You sell seafood. How can you not have lemon?? I don't want this then. I handed her the drink and bag. She took them and left me at the window again. I waited. And waited. I honked again to get her attention. What did you need she said to me. Well I just returned my order so I need a refund. Oh, you want your money back? Well, what am I paying you for if you haven't sold me anything? She asked for my card. Handed me the card back and then closed the window again. This time I honked right away. Did you need something else? A receipt please showing I was refunded. Oh. Why? So you can prove you gave me a refund..... I will never go back. I was really looking forward to trying Angie's prime grill for the FIRST time! Unfortunately the customer service completely ruined the experience and don't feel comfortable going back now. While I will say the food came out fresh and flavorful. From the moment I pulled into the extremely tight nightmare of a drive thru, i was rushed to order by a woman on the first speaker who sounded not very welcoming. I ordered and you pay at a different speaker with a card machine until you finally pull up to the window for your food. The moment I pulled up to the window they had my food ready which was great but the girl (Connie) handing me my food didn't so much as LOOK at me before slamming the window shut. I don't expect over the top hospitality but basic courtesy goes a long way, especially for a FIRST time customer. I waited a second honestly in disbelief when another employee saw my face and asked if everything was alright. I told the woman who I assume is the manger (Kiera) that it's kind of rude how they completely dismissed me. Kiera told me "they're kinda in a rush and that's just how we do things, have a nice day" before slamming the window in my face for a SECOND time. The attitude of the employees made me feel like an inconvenience rather than a valued guest. I don't usually make reviews but i work in customer service and that's not how you treat people, I had to go back and get their names. Zero value here; this place is done. They can't figure out what they want to serve: one menu today, different menu tomorrow. Consistently inconsistent with what they serve, what food is available, etc. Recently took out the fryer, so a Lobster Roll w/ Fries is no longer a thing. Still want lobster? Probably out of it. Service is awful - with such a limited menu I'm not sure why it takes so long to move traffic through there but they are sloooowww. First went to this place 2 days after they originally opened. Absolutely done with them and the "Let's see what grief we can inflict on our customers today" theme. Just awful all the way around. It was a good concept, but they struggle to find their footing and figure out what they actually want to do; as a result you never know what you're going to get (or what the menu even looks like) when you pull up.
