After seeing this place all over social media, I finally got the chance to stop by yesterday and I'm so glad I did. We ubered there from our hotel and I'm glad we did because there is only on street parking from what I saw. We made a reservation through their website but decided to go in earlier. They were able to accommodate our early arrival and sat us immediately. The restaurant is big! When you walk in, there is seating in the bar area and also seating areas to the left and right of the building. Once seated our waitress appeared very quickly. Although new, she was so kind, gave great recommendations, and was sure to check on us frequently. For starters, I had the oyster justice and hubby had the cajun wings. The oysters were SO GOOD. They had shrimp, crabmeat, spinach, and some sauce on them. I also had some of hubbys wings and they were fried to perfection. For our main course, i had the surf & turf (7 oz filet mignon & crab cake). I ordered the steak well but it was still so tender and juicy. It was easy to cut through. The crab cake....OMG! When I say that crab cake was made witH REAL CRAB MEAT, I mean it. No fillers at all, JUST CRAB MEAT. It was the star of the show and I was in heaven eatting it. For drinks I tried 2 of their signature cocktails (Angie's Relaxer & Lychee Margarita). The relaxer drink was strong! But the lychee was perfect. I also listed on my reservation about my hubbys birthday and they brought him out a slice of strawberry cheesecake. You can tell it was made fresh! It was soooo good. We also got the chance to meet Angie. She took the time to stop at everyones table to ensure we were enjoying the food. With an establishment that big, you can tell she takes pride in it just by taking the time to stop at so many tables. I have to rave about the service here first and foremost. Staff here personifies hospitable service and going above and beyond. Special shoutout to the manager (or owner?) who was super hands on and hospitable and to the gentlemen driving the shuttle. For those that don't know this venue will actually send a courtesy shuttle to and from the venue!!! Truly doesn't get better than that and it was perfect for my large party. The venue is so cute. Has a posh look on the inside with plenty of seating. Now the serving portion of this experience definitely started off a little rocky I'm assuming because we had a pretty big party (so it took a while for us to even get water, bread and our drinks) but after a while they got in the groove of everything. Food was fire. The bread here paired with butter? Meltedddd in my mouth. I could truly eat it all day. Menu options are phenomenal. Of the dishes, my favorite was the crab cake (yum). We had a 5:00pm reservation and arrived at 4:55pm. We were seated upon entry. Shortly after being seated our waiter (I believe he said this was his 3rd week) asked for our drink order. I'm not a drinker so I ordered a Shirley Temple. I ordered the lump crab appetizer. It was delicious. My entree was the NY Strip Steak medium rare. It comes on potato wedges with a side. I had a baked potato. The baked potato comes with sour cream and butter (on the side). Entree was good as well. I ordered the chocolate molten cake for my dessert and it was amazing. Chocolate is my weakness. I also received a complimentary cheesecake as I was celebrating my birthday. *Note - they automatically add a 15% gratuity to the bill. Service was great! This was the 5th and final stop on the crab tour. Based on the reviews online we had high expectations. Our server was Steve and he was very attentive and accommodating. He provided recommend and let us take our time with ordering. The ambiance was cozy and not as upscale as I thought. We arrived in very casual clothes but didn't feel out of place. We proceed with the crab pretzel. It was OK. Different but good. My son wanted lobster mac which was on the lunch menu and they made it as his entrée which was awesome. He enjoyed it and had plenty leftover. My husband like his meal and they gave him birthday dessert so nice. My food was OK. It needed something. Cream sauce or seasoning. Edited: I'm updating my review after reading the owner's response, because several key issues still weren't addressed. First, regarding the automatic gratuity: I had been reviewing Angie's menu for a week before visiting, and the gratuity notice is printed only on the back of the menu in very small print. Most restaurants place this information clearly at the bottom of both sides of the menu, and servers typically mention it verbally. None of that happened here. If a customer can review a menu multiple times and still not see it, the issue is visibility and transparency -- not "misunderstanding." Second, the explanation about "POS categories" does not match what actually occurred. POS is right, Piece of $**+. We requested one piece of catfish as a side, and it was rung up as a full entrée minus the sides. That is not an add‑on or substitution -- it is an incorrect charge. Additionally, an entrée that already included a side was charged again for the same side. That is another incorrect charge, not a POS quirk. The owner's response says these issues would have been corrected "at the time," but we did not catch the errors until after we left and reviewed the receipt later. The server never explained the charges, never pointed out anything unusual, and never attempted to clarify or correct anything. That responsibility should not fall on customers after the fact. The food itself was just okay -- not worth the inflated bill, the unclear pricing, or the effort required to audit the check after the meal. If you choose to dine here, triple‑check your receipt and don't assume the price on the menu is the price you'll actually be charged. My experience felt misleading, and the owner's response still didn't take accountability for the specific issues that occurred. read more

I enjoyed my time at Angie's seafood. The service was great. The host greeted us with a joke and a smile and our server was extremely attentive and polite. Food was delivered to our table quickly and our water cups were always filled. We had Oyster Justice, the salmon with seafood imperial and one of the specials which was the lollipop lamb chops, asparagus and a crab cake. We enjoyed it all. The lamb chops were delicious, and the oysters justice was divine. Oysters justice is an oyster on the half with shrimp, spinach, and a lemon cream sauce. I loved the salmon with seafood imperial which is my usual go to at a seafood restaurant. It did not disappoint and I am looking forward to trying other dishes at Angie's. As someone who grew up in a seaside city, I tend to be pretty picky about seafood. That said, Angie's Seafood ranks in the top quarter of what I've had in Baltimore so far -- I'd give it a solid 7.5+ out of 10. The staff was super friendly, and the dining atmosphere was cozy. The dishes are prepared in a more traditional style, but you can really taste the freshness of the ingredients. The crab cake was packed with real crab meat, and the baked oysters were plump and juicy, paired perfectly with the creamy sauce. That said, the steamed fish and shrimp felt a bit like filler dishes -- very plain and nothing too special. I get that fresh seafood doesn't need fancy cooking to shine, but for milder ingredients like fish and shrimp, I would've loved to see something more creative or flavorful. The pictures I'm posting are from my Valentine's Day visit to Angie's Seafood. I visited again 5/8/2026 for a pre mother's day dinner add my husband had to work Sunday (thank a truck driver when you see one!!!). Anyway, Valentine's day was really nice. I was I could remember his name but our waitor was new but very friendly. We talked to him for a bit, learning his story and his he ended up at Angie's. It was so nice to see him yesterday and see that he was still hanging in there. The smile he have recognizing us was so sweet. I was happy to see he was feeling and looking more in his element. But back to the food. Everything came out looking and reading great. I don't know what these other ppl with the negative reviews are talking about and it's so unfortunate they didn't have a good experience. Fast forward to May and my husband and I returned with 2 friends because they'd never been and the gospel concert me and my friend were to attend was canceled. My husband asked about a tower... wasn't sure what he was referring to. Our waitress said she'd have Angie come over. ... what? She's really here! Angie comes out to greet us and agrees to alliw the tower to be made. Omg....i didn't even need to order a main meal !!!! There was so much on the tower! Angie even came back twice to ensure everything was good and assist with bagging our leftovers. It was a really good evening. My only negative... well point to mention was I didn't recall our waitress telling us her name and she spoke so low we may have missed it. It's possible she was new and nervous. The second matter was the ladies restroom needed attention. I simply told the host and he called someone to go look into right away. I'm glad my two visits were positive. Drinks ordered - 1920, Angie's relaxer and mango martini.... all delicious.... oh abscess the lychee something!!! Fried lobster was delicious. Friends had the salmon and surf/turf. Friend just stopped talking after the first bite of the steak.... I'd say it was good!!! I wish I took pictures of our meals yesterday but we were too busy talking and laughing and being mad at the ppl that could not eat crabs. We had reservations for seven people and were seated promptly, which was a great start. Unfortunately, that was the only positive part of our visit. After our server took our order, we waited over an hour without receiving any food. One member of our party ordered two alcoholic beverages, and it took approximately 20 minutes for them to arrive. By the time they were served, the ice had nearly melted. Throughout our wait, we watched multiple tables that were seated after us receive their food before we did. When we asked about the delay, we were told there were still three tickets ahead of ours. We then requested to speak with the manager, hoping for some explanation or reassurance. Unfortunately, his response lacked any empathy or concern. He said he would check when our order had been entered and later returned to tell us it had been placed 40 minutes after we arrived. Whether that was accurate or not, we had still been waiting an excessive amount of time without any food or communication. What was most disappointing was the complete lack of acknowledgment or apology. Instead, the manager repeatedly asked whether we wanted to cancel our order, which made it seem as though he was more worried about saving the food ordered then resolving the situation. At that point, due to the lack of concern for our experience, we decided to cancel our order and requested our bill. I chose your restaurant to celebrate my birthday, partly because we share the name "Angie," and I had been looking forward to trying the food, which looked absolutely delicious. Not a great local beer selection so I passed and went straight for the crab... big balls of crabmeat with minimal fillers. One was a bit cool in the middle, but the others had great flavor and consistency. Went here last night before we got back on the road, and idk how to feel about the food to be honest. The service from Anthony was amazing, so that's where the stars really come from. Baked potato 5/10- usual loaded baked potato but they provide a nasty cheese sauce instead of shredded cheese as a topping Crab soup 8/10- it was good and thick, kind of like clam chowder, but it's only cream based and just crab inside. But a good amount of crab inside of it Oysters justice 3/10- recommended and advertised as their most popular appetizer, but it was completely underwhelming. It was topped was with mainly overcooked and under seasoned spinach. The shrimp on top was extremely fishy and the crab imperial was nonexistent. Not to mention the oyster itself was the size of a pea, absolutely not worth the price. Jumbo lump crab cakes - 9/10 these were extremely good and full of crab, and not filler. I do wish they provided more of the lemon sauce with the crab cakes and not just tartar sauce. Patron strawberry lemonade - 3/10 was extremely thick and taste like sour mix The food came out quickly, and we were able to make a reservation and be seated immediately. I will say parking around the area is a bit tight and tough to find, and inside can get a bit loud, but a nice vibe. Awesome Place!! I travel the country for work and my brother was in the same locations for a training. We just happened to be in the same city at the same time! We finally made it here after years of wanting to go, because it's so far away-- it was worth it. This was an early Valentine's present, and we went at 1:30 on a weekday. We started with wings over Baltimore (lemon pepper flavor) and crab dip. The wings were crispy and flavorful, but a bit dry, as if they'd been fried a little beforehand. My partner still really enjoyed them. The crab dip was great with a cheesy pull and lump crab. (Next time I'm going to ask for shrimp too!) The best part was the bread; it was toasted to perfection! A perfect pairing for the crab dip. After devouring my portion there, I had to get some to go home. The mixed veggies came with a sauce that was so good I almost got some of those to go home too. For my main, I got Steak Nina. Initially, I was a little wary about how the steak, seafood, and sauce would all come together, but it turned out delicious! I got the rib-eye, and it was so huge that there was enough to share with three people. Underneath the steak were some fried potatoes that were so great! I would definitely have it again. My partner got the salmon imperial and liked it. He had critiques, but overall enjoyed it. He didn't provide a comment on the fries. The service was good, although our waitress forgot to refill our drinks a few times. The food came out faster than we anticipated, and we were happy with that. The ambiance was nice, with the lighting not being overly bright. The music was R&B and was at a nice decibel level. The restaurant was not too loud, and the tables were not overly crowded. When we got there, we were alone, but by the time we left, there were a few couples and groups. Parking was on the side of the building, but the lot was small. I just came from this spot. My friend picked this spot to celebrate her birthday. When I walked I At 1 PM on a Friday and it was nearly empty I knew she made a mistake. The service was friendly. Our server was very kind. It took quite a while to get the food even though the place was nearly empty. I ordered the crab cake platter. $59 for some very bland crab cakes that took forever to reach the table. There was plenty of meat but no seasoning in sight. Hello? Old bay? This is MARYLAND. This was our first time dining at Angie's. We had reservations and was promptly seated at our 5pm confirmed time. We ordered the Vday dinner for two. The appetizer we selected were the crab/shrimp egg rolls which were delicious. For my entree, I went with the surf and turf which was lambchops, crabcake with mashed potatoes and asparagus. I selected this entree based on the Vday weekend IG post on the restaurant's Instagram account. Unfortunately, my entree did not look nearly as delectable as the lamb chops were extremely small and totally overcooked. I requested medium but received very small, chewy, and well done chops. Our waiter Lionel was very accommodating and gave me a small plate to continue enjoying my crabcake while he had the kitchen prepare a replacement dish. The 2nd plate of lamb chops were soooo much better. They were larger, perfectly seasoned, and prepared to the proper medium temperature. It's a shame that those lamb chops weren't my first plate of food served. Lastly, dessert was the chocolate lava cake which was also delicious. All in all, we had a good time. However, the parking situation is pretty ridiculous. It was raining when we left and we were parked on the lot adjacent to the restaurant. Our SUV and 2 other cars were blocked by a silver Hyundai. I took a picture and went back into the restaurant to the owner asking if she could get on an intercom system to request that the owner move their car as they were illegally parked and blocking other vehicles. Apparently, this restaurant doesn't have this capability because she went table to table (mind you there are at least 100 tables) asking guests; this was infuriating to me. I was not about to wait for her to ask an entire restaurant full of people before I could leave the lot. Fortunately, when I returned to the lot another customer was able to successfully maneuver his truck to exit the lot (narrowly avoiding a collision with this inconsiderate person's Hyundai). His exceptional driving skills allowed for us to have enough room to also slowly maneuver our SUV so we could exit the praking lot. This took well over 30-40mins with my husband standing in the rain directing me to ensure I did not hit the 2 parked vehicles we were boxed in by. I think we may dine here again on a less busy day and probably during the week to avoid the parking situation. If possible, Angie should consider expanding the parking lot. read more
