I am blown away by this place. One of the best fried rice in this area. I ordered the lunch special Thai fried rice with chicken and got it at a level spice three. It was perfectly spiced for me but my mother thought it was a little too spicy. My lunch special included a veggie spring roll, egg drop soup, and an iced tea. It was such a great deal for lunch! The service was wonderful and the food came out pretty quickly as well. I also ordered a bubble tea with avocado and it tasted really good. It wasn't overly sweet but just right. The restaurant is really clean and I noticed that they scored a 100 which was wonderful to see. I definitely will be frequenting this place from now on. I have visited here many times and have always left happy. Their Pad Thai is underwhelming the first time, but to be honest, that is mostly Americanized food without much flavor in most places. I like having a boba tea with my meal so I have been going back and decided to try the Currys. They were awesome. Very flavorful and well worth the cost. I would recommend making sure you give yourself time to eat because the service can take awhile. I don't want to call them slow, but they definetly aren't super attentive. read more

Went for a late lunch. Place wasn't very busy but they had quite a few people picking up delivery/to-go orders. Started out with soup which had veggies and chicken. Great flavor without being salty. For my entree I got combination pad Thai. It was the best pad Thai I've had in San Antonio. Great grilled/wok flavor that wasn't overpowered by sauce like some places are. So many good Thai and sushi restaurants on the far north central side and we have some favorites for sure, but I saw the reviews here and decided to check it out for the days when we want to mix it up a little. I'm torn. It was a weekday and it wasn't particularly busy, so the service was good. We ordered some Thai dishes and a daily special "curry noodles" with chicken. The food was good and the special was exceptionally tasty. But I also ordered sushi. I opted for a riceless sushi wrapped in cucumber since we would already be having rice with the entree. Huge disappointment, and it almost felt like I was being punk'd- waited for someone to come say "just kidding!" They took a cucumber, sliced it in half, removed the seeds, put the roll ingredients inside and closed it. Unlike any other cucumber-wrapped roll I've ever had anywhere, and not even like the ones I've seen here in the photos! But you know what, if you don't have a sushi chef on hand or if that person doesn't know how to make it, just tell me! I'd be far more impressed with honesty than the joke of a sushi roll that was placed before me. I'd have either chosen different sushi or a different item entirely. We haven't decided if we'd go back, unfortunately. I don't know if I want to risk ordering sushi again and ending up with another bad sushi experience. read more

Usually regular but haven't eaten in this place for a couple/few months. Not sure if new cook or management, but definitely noticed food doesn't taste the same as before anymore. On the menu says it comes with vermicelli noodles. As shown on picture, that's how much noodles they've put in it. Since I had it to go, after noticing it I called right away to ask if they don't come with noodles. The waitress said they do, so I asked how come there's barely noodles in it. She then asked what I want them to do with it. She was just rude and unfriendly. I could tolerate it if she was a bit more friendlier about it. This is the place for authentic Cambodian food. My parents love the chicken barba banh gangh. They said the flavor is "live" in translation. That is the highest grade a restaurant can get coming from traditional parents. Especially the one who cooks a lot of traditional food. Great job Nora! Noticed a new Thai restaurant in the area and decided to give them a try for delivery. Used the Yelp app to place an order through Grubhub. I ordered the fried chicken dumplings, spring rolls, and pad thai. The fried dumplings and spring rolls come with a garlic soy dipping sauce. I ordered the Pad Thai with tofu. The food arrived quickly, like 20 minutes earlier than expected. That was impressive. Everything arrived hot and packaged well. The dumplings and spring rolls were pretty good and they go well with the sauce. The Pad Thai was plentiful and seasoned well. They did not skimp on the Tofu at all. The only issue is I forgot to ask the to add some heat (spice). There wasn't really an option when I placed the order online and it doesn't say what their heat scale is so I was afraid to guess. There menu is not as vast as other Thai restaurants around but it could be because of supply chain issues. Overall the food was a good value for the price and I will definitely keep them in mind as a neighborhood option for Thai food. read more

The only regret I have is not living closer so I can be here more often! Before I even ordered food, the service was impeccable. My card was compromised at 5am Sunday and although I opted to wait until Monday morning to deal with it, the bank put a hold on my account, rightfully so. They were so patient as I dealt with trying to transfer funds to another account and even started on my order so when it would be ready by the time I completed payment. By the time I made payment, food was packed and hot! We were so hungry, we decided to eat it there. We had no problem eating it in our to go boxes, but they insisted on putting it on plates.
