After 5 visits to this restaurant, my experience has been horrible. On my first visit, I ordered at the counter, and I was told it would take about 20 minutes to receive my food. After 35 minutes, the owner came over and asked me what I had ordered, only to discover that my food had not yet started being prepared. 45 minutes after I initially ordered, I finally got my food. Not a good start and Very unprofessional. Same thing happened on my second visit, I was there for a takeout or waiting at least 35 to 40 minutes with people who came in behind me getting their food served to them first. Ridiculous! My third visit, I decided to call ahead so that my order would be ready when I arrived. My order was ready, but I said "no spicy" flavors in my food. Once I got home with my order, was so spicy, I couldn't even eat it. I took my order back, only to have the staff say they could refund my money, but they can give me another dish. Poor customer service. On my fourth visit, they took my order and said it would be about 20 minutes. After 35 minutes I noticed a box of food sitting on the counter and no one paying attention enough to check on whose order it was. I approached the counter and said, "Is that my order?" Of course, It was my order, just sitting there getting cold. The staffs confusion seemed to be a pattern. Today, I placed another phone order to try and have things ready once I arrived. When I entered their store, to the left there's a sign that says "order here". To the right there is a sign that says "pick up to go orders". Rather than allow me to go to the pick-up counter for my order, they instead were taking walk in orders under both signs! So my order set on the counter getting cold while I waited for other people to order their food who had not called ahead. My question is, "Why have a sign for to-go orders if you're going to use that counter space for taking new orders? Very rude!! You should at least train your staff to know the difference between which sign says what, since you are the one who put up the signs? I would like to continue to go to this restaurant, but there seems to be a pattern of unprofessionalism and staff confusion as to when orders are ready and which counter is for ordering or pick up. Other restaurants I have visited in the Santa Fe area don't have this problem, and they seem to get the orders right with a high level of professionalism. I don't know what the problem is with this restaurant, but they always seem confused. Unless you want to feel disrespected, I don't recommend it. read more

Temporarily closed - 3 to 5 months. Walking past here today, I noticed something was odd about it. Say, lots of dark colored items outside the doors with respirators hanging off of them and a fire investigator poking around. Never good signs. Turns out they had a pretty bad fire one week ago. It looks like they'll be closed 3-5 months. Just thought I'd post this to possibly save Yelpers a future trip to a temporarily closed restaurant. It been a couple years since I've eaten here, so a fair review is not possible at this time, maybe when they reopen I'll retry it and help them out a little bit. read more

Loved the concept but sadly this was the worst Indian food I've ever had. I LOVE saag paneer and they ruined it. How can you have indian food with no flavor? And when I asked for hot sauce they charge you for it. Who charges for hot sauce? Note that I had the northern Indian sampler. Perhaps their other food was better? Or meant for people that have never had indian food so they wouldn't know the difference? #disappointed read more

It was just by chance that I was able to check out this place when driving through Santa Fe. I saw a billboard coming in from Espanola and decided to try it out once I hit Santa Fe. I am so glad that I did. The food was so good and service was also wonderful. They are so many T's and baked goods that are gluten free and vegan. Next time I'm in Santa Fe I will definitely come here to grab a bite. read more
