The servers who work there definitely earn their keep as they hustle about to refill the sides, water, take orders, deliver the bill. Overall, our experience here was a great experience and I'm just glad that I no longer have to go all the way to Garden Grove for comparable Chorean food.

My friend and I shared the crispy garlic tofu. That was fresh and hot and not greasy! I enjoyed it! She had the Garlic Seolleongtang and she loved it. You saw the chunks of garlic, they were generous on the meat and the bowl was huge. I had beef spicy tofu soup and that was delicious and so filling. They were extremely generous on the tofu and I felt like I definitely got my protein intake in. The spice was just right, it looks so red but it wasn't that bad! I would definitely come back. It's a mom and pop shop I would support. I think it's underlooked and needs appreciation. My husband is from Irvine so we'll definitely be back next time we're in town visiting family.

There is only one lady working the register, serving the food, and taking the order. I think that is why things got messed up. It also took like 15 minutes for our order to be taken. I felt bad complaining that they had forgotten about the pork in my kimchi pork soup so I just ate it vegetarian style (and I am the furthest thing from a vegetarian). I was sweating while eating because they did not have their AC set to a reasonable level. It was 92 degrees outside and like 87 degrees inside. I think it's a Korean thing. I'm Korean and all my life I noticed that Koreans will refrain from using their AC if they can get away with it. I will undoubtedly come back here for two reasons: the food is decent and it's very close to home. I just wish they would get some help and not be so stingy with the AC. And of course, having fountain drinks is never a bad idea.
