$7 for a regular square sandwich with really old taught bacon is just not for me. You could hardly cold that Boba when all you get is a few taught little balls. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. It's mediocre at best. I leave within a 20 minute walk and always kept putting off going there, well I tried it and don't like it. I have really high standards when it comes to food and the food here just won't do, so no I don't recommend. Their boba is okay. Sometimes their boba can get a little mushy. Don't get their hot sandwiches though. Their philly steak sandwich made me a little sick. Their slushies and smoothies are good. I've just had better boba but for a boba spot in the westside, I guess I can't complain especially if it's close to where I work. read more

I was looking for a smoothie shop that would have a protein boosted smoother that also served something for lunch after my Hot Yoga session. If it wasn't for Yelp I would not be able to find this place. This tiny sandwich-juice/smoothie bar is tucked away amongst the many shops along S Robertson Blvd. Quite frankly, it does not need to be anymore than that, as this shop was off of the charts! Anny was running her cute little shop by herself when I stopped in. I got the Anny's Favorite Smoothie (add strawberry) as well as the chicken teriyaki sandwich. I got my food very quickly as Anny hustled from order taker to food/smoothie prep. Stumbled upon Anny's when we got lost in Beverly Hills trying to find a donut shop. So glad we found this little place! The meatball subs & chicken pesto panini were so delicious! Such a cute little shop amid the hustle and bustle of LA. Got a Protein Berry Wild Smoothie and a Turkey Breakfast sandwich (sans cheese) on wheat bread. If you're in the Beverly Hills zone but aren't made of money, stop here for breakfast or lunch. Great smoothies and sandwiches and wraps. Takes a while to get your food, but chill, because it's good AND cheap for the area. (Good/cheap/fast - pick any two). The walls are lined with headshots of aspiring/starving actors and actresses, not a single one I could recognize from anything, and several of them profusely thank Anny for keeping them fed in between casting calls and whatnot. read more

Tiny little shop but they have a decent menu, and the woman behind the counter was very nice. I asked for changes to the ingredients to my smoothie and she made it happen, and the smoothie was delicious! Bagel breakfast sandwiches for $5, the best iced chai I've had in LA, and no charge to add avocado to my turkey wraps! This place rocks, and is extremely affordable. I have gone back 8 days striz-eight for 'Anny's favorite' smoothie. I'm tempted to ask if they spike it with the white powder, and I don't mean suga! I'm hooked. From what I gather, Anny's is a family-owned shop; the man who takes orders (her son?), always remembers my exact order when I call in. They are both SO kind and courteous. I wouldn't have a sit-down meal here, only because it's super duper small. Cramped on the inside, and not very comfortable seating on the outside. Plus, I don't know whether someone's dog left Anny a horrific present outside her shop today, but there was a serious swarm of flies hovering above one of her tables... This is a very small place with limited, if any seating. One of my favorite hole in the wall spots. Wonderful food & wonderful service. Prices are extremely reasonable for the quality and the taste. The owners are very welcoming. My favorite is the turkey & bacon croissant breakfast sandwich, in which I get about 3x a week. Lol. Their coffee is also good too! Anny's on Robertson is incredible!! I go here for lunch and grab a sandwich stacked 3-4" with turkey, bacon, cheese, sprouts and tomato on toasted sour dough bread for only $7 even. All sandwiches also come with a bag of chips. This is a small local spot that many celebs go and you can see their pictures all over the walls. The service is great and they also have great smoothies and breakfast. Love this place! read more

This place is great! If you ever need to pick up a quick lunch this is the place. I am in love with the grilled steak wrap! $7.50 and only $9.25 if you want to add a drink and your choice of chips or a perfectly ripe banana! The sandwiches are really fresh and not greasy.
