I come here a lot for brunch with my friends and family. The staff here are always so nice. The outside patio scenery is great. There is always a wait though for brunch so it's good to come early. I ordered the Shrimp Benny to try something on the lighter side. It was really good for a "healthy" menu option, I would order it again. I usually order the Lemon Blueberry pancakes which are amazing but I wanted to try something new. For drinks we got a Mango Margarita and spiked salted caramel cold brews. The margarita was great, not too strong, and had a good tropical flavor. The spiked cold brew is my favorite, they're so good and come in cute mason jars. One of my friends ordered the Sunrise Spinach Sampler. He said it was okay, a bit average. Would not order this again. My other friend ordered the Lobster & Brie omelette and said it was delicious and would totally order it again. When it came out I was a bit jealous I didn't order it, it looked so good. Lastly we got some of the Beignets. These are amazing. The sauce that comes with it like citrus/honey and goes well with the beignets. I have to order these everytime I come here or I leave regretting it. I would definitely recommend this place for breakfast or brunch. I loved my experience here at ABEC ! We were greeted by two lovely staff and were sat outside. The bright green grass and trees was a nice view. I decided to order the tradition breakfast which came with eggs , baked bacon an English muffin and fruit (which the substitute for potatoes) and yes I added chocolate chip pancakes! Everything was delicious , everything you'd expect from a traditional breakfast. My grandma's coffee was cold so we told our server who was so nice and accommodating, she was able to bring her out a fresh hot cup. Can't wait to come back and maybe try an omelette! read more

Came here for brunch with high expectations, but the food was mediocre. However, the fried green tomatoes were top notch.

Good food, drinks, and good laughs with family on the patio is exactly what I needed. 2020 has been a year and who would've thought that the simple pleasures of eating brunch would've become a heavy consideration process. The restaurant took every precaution possible to social distance, accommodate groups, sanitize, and provide excellent service. Our waitress wore a mask and stood a step back (enough not to be rude) when taking our order. Without hesitation she brought us disposable silverware when she realized we were drinking from to-go cups. I've visited this location twice. The food is good and the menu is well put together. The seasonal plates are very unique. However the service could use a bit more luster. Both occasions service was the downfall of the experience. While the staff was friendly the attentiveness to tables and steps of service is what's standing out. We waited 15 minutes for a cup of coffee and then another 10 for a spoon to stir the coffee, which we had to track down our waitress (Lily) for a spoon. The environment was okay as well as the food. The portions are small and our food was cold after it came out. We waited 45 mins for the food to come out. We wanted a refill on our coffee and waited about 10minutes for that. Honey lemon blueberry pancakes were so delicious, I opted for no cream cheese whip, the blueberries and lemon complemented each other great. I had a bite of the key lime pancakes and they were also delicious, sweet with more of a citrusy after taste, but just as good. Another Broken Egg Cafe looked very modern from both inside and out. There is a large selection on their menu, both with traditional and unique specialty items. We opted to sit inside but we should've sat outside! They are also outdoor pet-friendly. For my entree I chose the Lobster and Brie omelette. Huge portion. The mix complimented each other well. I knew going on a Sunday there would be a wait, so I can prepared. We arrived around 10:45 and waited 40mins for a table. Our server was really attentive, but we asked to put in the kids orders right away. Maybe it was miscommunication, but there meals came out with ours. We ordered pancakes, chicken tenders, beignet biscuits (which comes with a honey sauce, but you can request a banana foster sauce which was bomb) and a fried. chicken sandwich. The beignets were good, but I wouldn't order again. The chicken on my sandwich came out cold and wasn't crispy at all. The bacon on the sandwich was very good. I also tried the tenders which also were not crispy as well. My friend requested no whipped cream on her pancakes. They were sent back and came out fast. She really enjoyed them and said they were stuffed with fruit. By the time we left it was 1:00PM. So after sitting down it took over an hour to get our food. I know they're busy, but to wait over an hour and receive cold food is unacceptable. There is a military discount. This isn't a place I'd return to. read more

All of our food was amazing, but hands down, the biscuit beignets with the honey sauce was my favorite. I'll come back just for that. We came here a few days after New Year to do a belated celebration with a small group of friends. I ordered the LOBSTER & BRIE OMELETTE just to taste some lobster meat after a hiatus of a couple years. They somehow succeeded in making the lobster meat juicy while mixed with the cheese and other usual omelette ingredients. The breakfast potatoes were fried just right and not too oily. Because I am Chinese, I have a low tolerance on Alcohol. After sipping half of the mimosa, I stood up and began to feel dizzy so I ended up having crash at a friend's couch to be safe to drive. Great breakfast spot. Always a line on weekends and the wait can be long. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating but I prefer to sit outside and look across the beautiful park. Service is hit or miss. They never rush you though. The food is always good. I like the get the veggie omelet and add meat. I just like a lot of vegetables in my eggs and you can't get that without going veggie. Food at this location is always delicious. The service is great and the open friendly atmosphere compliments well. However it always takes forever to get served; usually an hour after being seated and placing an order for two. There also isn't much available seating to wait so if the weather permits it's nice to wait in the nearby park which is really nice. read more
