Pretty empty on a Thursday around 10am .Inside there's a combination of tables and booths with a nice modern look. I sat at the bar.The server greeted me and handed me three menus. The first two were a list of cocktails and coffee drinks some with alcohol. The menu had alot of traditional breakfast items plus lots of fusion and eclectic items. I ordered a coffee and pancakes with goat cheese, fresh blueberries and lemon zest with a side of bacon and scrambled eggs .Food arrive within 10 minutes. Bacon was super crunchy. The pancakes had a nice hint of vanilla and sweetness. The goat cheese and lemon zest paired great with the blueberries. Coffee was really bold and strong, which I enjoyed.

Enjoyed our breakfast in a mostly empty dining room on a Friday morning. The staff was very friendly and our food arrived in a reasonable amount of time. We had 6 people in our group and they took great care of us. Everything showed up correctly and was tasty. They were very accommodating of my handicap friend who was with us and made sure we were in a comfortable spot and put his wheelchair somewhere out of the way. Other than this being a large chain, we didn't have any complaints and would come back. The benefit of these spots is that you know what you're going to get.

Another Broken Egg is a wonderful restaurant to visit. They often add new and exciting options to their menu. During this visit, my husband and I tried the Mardi Gras Omelette, Crab Cake Benedict, and the Blueberry Smash Mocktail. I enjoyed the bits and pieces of shrimp and crawfish in the omelette, I was nervous it was going to be too salty but it wasn't. You could taste the various spices used to make this dish stand out. I would order it again. I did order Grits on the side which was tasty, but I do think the cheese on top was excessive. The Crab Cake was mushy to me, but my husband was happy with it. The Mocktail was delicious. At first, it was a little on the sweet side but once the ice started to melt I was able to enjoy it more- the mint helped to balance out the sweetness. Good service, nicely decorated space. All in all, a reliable place to have a lovely brunch.

My mom wanted to go out to breakfast, so I decided to take her to Another Broken Egg Cafe. It was easy to find parking and the rustic interior reminded me of First Watch, but I appreciated that their menu had more of a New Orleans flair serving items such as shrimp and grits, Mardi Gras omelet, and biscuit beignets. The later two options being the ones we ordered. Everything was made to order and tasted delicious. We also found our waitress, Ashley to be attentive to our needs. Although our dining experience was great, I noticed a few areas of improvement: My mom's decaf coffee was brought to her lukewarm instead of hot. However, they quickly reheated it. We had to request spoons to stir our coffee, brown sugar (which was not found on the table with the other types of sugar), and water. I don't know if their patrons don't normally ask for these things, but we had to request them and they were promptly provided. Overall, the food and the service would definitely make Another Broken Egg Cafe worth visiting again.

    Grease in the sauce

I have complained and complained about the sauce issues I had with ABE. I called corporate many times and now emailed CEO Paul M 2x regarding how I uber the food and fight over the sauce issues Mike the Manager said he would take the charge off on the order placed on the app to be Sent to the house! Never did! I called Mike on 2/26/25 to just remake my food and he did and I got home and finally got to my apple fritter .. there was 2 containers of sauce .. 1 container had 3/4 full off OiL.. I don't have a gallbladder and I dip my food in the sauce so I noticed by looking at it it looked watery or to oily.. I stuck my fork in it and saw all the oil coming off the top of it! Go at your own risk! But NO one calls you back asking you about the issues and No One Makes you feel that these issues will be handled! Mike does NOT do anything he says he will do! Apple fritter is made with that sauce to have the experience of it ! Great Food but WOW!

    Fall/Autumn Seasonal Menu for 2024
    Jan-Michael T.

**UPDATED REVIEW** Ever since I learned that Another Broken Egg Cafe (which I will shorthand simply to Another Broken Egg) had a special menu that was made available only for a season, I checked online to see what said menu items were. At the time, the menu items that caught my eye was the Mediterranean omelette, which in short is an omelet emphasizing seasonings and ingredients prominent in Mediterranean/Greek food. In short, the Mediterranean omelette was fantastic. I also paired it with the brunch drink/mocktail/cocktail of choice with the meal, a blackberry smash mocktail. Which I will also include was fantastic, too. As a result, I wanted to try out all the menu items on the seasonal menu, which was for the Fall/Autumn 2024 season, as a means to see if Another Broken Egg would earn their fifth star for consistency. Spoiler alert: they earned their fifth star as every menu item on said seasonal menu was delicious, ranging from pretty good to downright fantastic! Before I continue, I must stress that all the effects of the prior review, with some nuances that really won't be much of a change, are still in effect. Please look to that review for a more well-rounded review minus the fifth star for consistency. But for today's update, I must stress that the fifth star for consistency was earned because of two things. First, all four meals including their accompanying drink were very good to fantastic. Second, the service was actually better as a whole, especially with Alex as my server/waitress. First, the food. Here is a list of each meal I had and the brunch drink/mocktail I had with them. Take note a detailed description for each menu item will be provided in my pictures of them, not in this update. 1. Gingerbread Waffle w/ Spiked Vanilla Cold Brew 2. Lobster Hash Benedict w/ Cabaret French 75 3. Tiramisu French Toast w/ Maple Spice Cold Brew 4. Mediterranean Omelette w/ Blackberry Smash Mocktail As mentioned, all of them were delicious. Probably the "worst" food item of the four was the lobster hash benedict as some of the flavors did not gel well and it was the priciest of the four. The "best" was definitely the Mediterranean omelette. Everything I wanted in a specialty omelette pertaining to a locale went into this creation. For the drinks, the "worst" was the spiked vanilla cold brew. It wasn't bad per se but for a "spiked drink," it actually devalued some of the flavor of the vanilla. "Best" was the blackberry smash mocktail. Definitely a lighter option but had all the wonderful flavors of a blackberry smash without the alcohol. There was still a kick as it had fresh mint and ginger ale. And to bring it all together, Alex was an amazing server/waitress, and even engaged in some conversation showing interest. I would expect that somewhat from the bartender, but to go above and beyond and still remember me right after an initial meeting? That definitely goes a long way. So ultimately, this branch of Another Broken Egg has earned its fifth star. Definitely give this branch a chance (as how it is right now) and I hope they take care of you as well as they took care of me, or even better. P.S. - The new Winter Seasonal Menu for 2025 is now live as of the publication of this review update.

We like the food and would have given 5 stars but for some reason they will not EVER put butter on toast, English muffins or waffles! I've asked in the past and they say they're not allowed to??? I had the traditional BF and my spouse the cinnamon muffin French toast. As you can see the muffin and waffle are too cold to melt butter by the time it comes out I wish they reconsider. Everyplace else we go puts butter on muffins grits and waffles

vPunches above its weight-class. More expensive than you expect. The interior design is well done, props to those designers; really helps establish an aesthetic and vibe. The server was nice after warming up to her but service time definitely took too long - both to get a table and table service; the place was understaffed, so pay your workers more and hire more folks! The food was tastier than expected (especially the Blueberry Margarita and Chicken & Waffles!). Nice enough treat for you and yours.

Another Broken Egg Cafe 705 Palm Bar Rd NE West Melbourne, FL 32905 4.5 Stars (chain restaurant review) Having grown to a modest 91 locations since 1996, it's safe to say Another Broken Egg Cafe is here to stay. With more than half of those (54) being franchise-owned and having an annual revenue of over $2 million per location, it's also safe to say this is a good investment. That one was free. Ashley was my service pro for the meal and she was OUTSTANDING in every way a server could. The streak stands at seven. I asked Ashley for one Broken Egg Biscuit Sandwich, an order of Shrimp & Grits, some Strawberry Pound Cake French Toast (because, did you see the name of that dish?) and a half order of Beignets. As Ashley retreated to place my order, I snapped a few pics of the joint and kicked back to await my Strawb....err, order. Based on the turnaround and presentation of said order, I would hazard a guess that the kitchen staff on hand was as pro in their duties as Ashley was in hers. I mean, look at that stuff! Pausing long enough to place my napkin, I eagerly grabbed the Broken Egg Biscuit Sandwich and took a goodly sized bite. As the flavors hit my palate, my jaw paused mid-mastication to allow the deliciousness to wash over my mouth like a wave of savory succulence. West "By Gawd" Melbourne, you are some lucky sumwitches to have this in your neighborhood. The chicken tender was juicy and that sausage gravy was to die for. However, as with all things sandwich, it's all about the bread/base and as sure as there are mosquitoes in Alligator Alcatraz, this was some of the best biscuit I have ever had. It was crisp on the outside and all flaky-moist goodness on the inside. This right here is 5 Star all the way. Forcing myself to move on to the next dish, I plopped a forkful of Shrimp & Grits into maw. Dang. This was as tasty as the Biscuit Sandwich. I'm on a roll today! The flavors were outstanding. The grits were cooked to perfection; however, the sausage and shrimp were mid-grade, and I was not expecting that. This brings us to our penultimate stop on our culinary journey through the menu of Another Broken Egg Cafe: the staggeringly beautiful Strawberry Pound Cake French Toast. Look at the picture. Look at it! French toast-style pound cake topped with fresh strawberries, whipped cream and crème brûlée sugar - how could this not be fantastic? This was literally divine and is highly recommended. I had to stop myself or I wouldn't have room for even one bite of the item yet to be sampled, their Beignets. These were warm, tasty and topped with a gorgeous marmalade that I would crawl across broken eggshells for. The whole meal was eggselent and literally a sausage switch away from being 5 stars. The Big Boy says, "Just go already, but avoid the sausage for now."

3.5 We sat at the bar. Service was good. Drinks were tasty. Omelette was decent, could barely taste the protein. Potatoes could've been better. Everything is an upcharge here. Plenty of bar seating & tables. I'd give it a try once more. I do prefer other spots more.

We started with a couple small bites and everything came out hot and perfectly prepared. The croquetas were fantastic, crispy on the outside with a creamy, savory ham filling. The empanadas were golden and flaky with a rich filling and a great dipping sauce. For the main course I went with the Cuban sandwich, and it was excellent. Perfectly pressed bread with just the right crunch, stacked with pork, ham, Swiss, pickles, and mustard. Exactly what you hope for when ordering a Cuban. Then came dessert, which completely stole the show. The sweet plantain bread pudding was incredible. Warm, rich, and topped with whipped cream and caramel drizzle. It's one of those desserts where you keep saying "just one more bite" until it's gone. I paired it with a café con leche, which was smooth, bold, and the perfect complement to the sweetness. Classics salty sweet combination made for a great way to open the palate. For the entree, I had the Sriracha Marinated Flat Iron with avocado mashed potatoes. The steak was seasoned perfectly and the avocado mash was creamy and very tasty. I have to steal this idea and make this at home. Our server was very friendly and served our party perfectly. The environment in the restaurant is modern with nice pops of the signature Crush color. Overall an awesome experience for anytime lookin for great food in Melbourne.

We went Crush XI in downtown Melbourne in hopes of impressing my brother who's a legit foodie . I…read moreeven looked up words like gastrique, panzanella, and fettuccini with philosophical intent to order aggressively since it was his turn for the check . I really just went for the insutution of bacon wrapped dates supervised by my wife and is girlfriend (two different people). The Medjool dates with millionaire bacon and goat cheese and I am not exaggerating when I say this dish could solve international conflicts. Sweet pineapple, salty bacon, creamy goat cheese, and a drizzle of what tasted like the chef whispering sweet nothings the way I'm romantic. I was going to order a second dose for "research purposes." Truffle Honey Chicken Tenders (Not Your Childhood Lunchbox) is the most misleading name ever because "tenders" sounds like something you eat in a drive thru parking lot (I'd pick Bojangles of course). These were crispy, sticky, sweet, slightly spicy, and basically the PhD version of chicken fingers a bit dry but the sauce make it good. Brussels sprouts usually remind people of childhood trauma. These charred brussels sprouts with honey, soy, ginger, and peanuts tasted like the chef personally apologized to every person who had ever been forced to eat boiled vegetables in 1987. Smoky, sticky, crunchy, slightly sweet. I would willingly eat vegetables here again, which is a sentence I never thought I would say out loud! We build a strategy to devide an conquer in a unique waiter (I hate the name server, it sounds like tennis) recommendation that was impressive! My brother ordered the heritage pork chop, which looked like it had been bench pressing in the kitchen before arriving at the table. Perfect crust, juicy inside, sitting on sweet potato hash with a slaw piled on top like a fashionable hat and I went with the snapper catch of th day for a surf and turf combo! I considered banging on the door at 3 am for another dose of pork chop like I was in college and wanted the party to go on My brother was impressed with the Blackbird Arise that showed up like it owned the table. He said it was smooth, bold, and dangerous because it makes you start considering dessert when you absolutely do not need dessert. I don't drink so I take his word for it. The women weren't behaving so thy split a smash burger and truffle fries, which means our ordering strategy was clearly "yes." The burger had that glossy brioche bun that looks like it was polished before serving, and the fries were exactly the kind that disappear before you realize you have eaten most of them. A smash burger is supposed to drip greese down your arm and this didn't. This strategy ensured my spot on the couch for bedtime. If you go, order two doses of the dates so you don't have to bring a date.

This is one of my most favorite places for breakfast/brunch when I need a break from Disney…read more I LOVE (and I cannot stress this enough) LOVE the seasonal menus and how there's always something new to try. Literally everything I've had at Keke's has been amazing. The French Toast is usually my go-to as they have perfected it. The pancakes and waffles are also top tier. I would consider myself picky about bacon, as some places miss the mark, but Keke's always gets it right. I would definitely recommend getting your name on the list, especially on weekends, as this is a popular place (rightfully so). Service is always wonderful and atmosphere feels like a diner in your home town. Comparable to First Watch, but I think Keke's takes the cake. I love Keke's and will keep coming back!

We are from the PNW, so we tend to be a bit coffee snobby. He also mentioned the waffle was perfectly crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and topped with very fresh fruit. I ordered the Keke's Special combo with two pieces of French toast, bacon, cheesy grits, and a Peach Bellini. Everything was absolutely delicious. The cheesy grits were by far the best I have had in several years. Our waitress Noelle was wonderful and kind! She did a great job. Great food, great coffee, and a fantastic start to the day. We would definitely come back. Sorry I forgot to get pictures, it was just too delicious to wait.

We have wanted to try this place for awhile now and we are so happy we did!…read more I ordered the Spanish chorizo. It was very good. I wish I had purchased sauce to go with it as the sausage wasn't as spicy as I would have liked nor the omelette as moist but it was still delicious. My side was the fried plantains which you can't ever go wrong with and to drink, an iced caramel cafe con leche. The drink was strong and tasted very good. For $5 that was a decent drink. My husband had the Big Cuban and wanted to go back a different day soon after to get it again. We didn't because financially it would have been a poor decision for price and gas but still that says something! We will definitely be back when we are in the area. It's cute inside- and can get busy so I'm told. They have a counter to order and they bring your food to your table.

It's a small place inside with tables and chairs and could maybe fit 30 people. You order at the counter and they bring it out to you. Service: it was great, and Gia was so nice! They were very patient and accommodating to our requests. And also patient as it was our first time and tough to choose what to try. Food came out fairly quick and was fresh and hot. Food: Amazing! We loved the torta type omelettes filled with veggies and meat. We ordered the ham omelette with maduros (sweet cooked plantains. I lived in the Caribbean for 10 years and these were the best maduros I ever ate. They were so yummy crunchy caramelized on the outside and sweet and soft in the middle. Just perfect! I ordered the vegetarian omelette but added sausage and cheese. LOL! It was soooo good. Then I ordered grits on the side... they were so creamy and tasted just like sweet corn. Overall: we will absolutely be back! The food was soooo good. And they had so much more things we want to try now. Thanks yall!! 5/5!
