Another spectacular Valentine's Day spent at Anthony's. The service here is always so good and the food, you can't beat it for the price. I really enjoyed trying the garlic Parmesan wings this time. It was a first and I was not disappointed. The only thing I suggested is when you order wings you order it well done . It does not affect the tenderness of the chicken itself. Inside is like a pop culture haven . Great place for groups. Great for family.

I came back because my last few experiences have been great but Sundays experience is making me say this location is off the list. We came for the $9.99 lunch, more on that in a minute. But here's the rest of what went wrong: no greeting at the door because no server was to be found at 11:45am. Menu given to us with Parmesan cheese all over it, (see pic). Celery in my Bloody Mary had a bug on it. Ok, now back to the $9.99 lunch, when seated I asked for the lunch menu and was told it was no longer offered which was odd because, (and you can look at the pictures I've attached) signs all over the restaurant advertised it including the front door. You can't make this up. Anyway just wanted to put this out there.

Pizza is always good if you like it well done as I do. They have the BEST garlic knots loaded with garlic , chews and olive oil, so delicious. Sometimes it takes time to get your check as it gets busy but otherwise service is pretty good and servers are pleasant

My wife came in for a quick bite. The restaurant had changed quite a bit. It used to be more of an eatery, today it is more of a bar with a restaurant attached. I was looking forward to a coal fired Margherita pizza. To my disappointment, the pizza in this establishment is made only with a plum sauce. A marinara sauce is not available. Very disappointing! I ordered a Caesar salad with grilled chicken. My wife ordered a broccoli rapi with chicken sandwich. I will admit the salad was fresh and the chicken tasty, however, there was no Parmigiano! The takeaways: Pros 1. The service is done with a smile. 2. Parking is not an issue. 3. The portion size to cost is good. Not so Pros 1. No Parmigiano on the Caesar salad. 2. The espresso is made by a Nepresso. 3. The cappuccino is made by a Nespresso. 4. The marinara is only made with plum tomatoes. Final Thoughts: The lack of authenticity in the machines used to make the cappuccino, the cappuccino was excellent! Will I return to this establishment, probably not, however, this does not mean that the reader should not give the restaurant a try, especially if one likes their pizza with a plum tomato sauce.

My girlfriend got the white pizza with prosciutto on it and some meatballs on the side. I have to say, it was very flavorful. The pizza was perfectly cooked, and the meatballs, along with the sauce, were packed with flavor. We'll definitely be back.

Food is okay. But you can get your pizza only one way, thin and burnt. And the ambiance is way too dark. Feel like I have cataracts.

I knew they had great reviews so I took a chance and ordered food. Without hesitation, this was hands down the most delicious Italian food I have ever had!!! Maria took my order on a day the restaurant was not open yet. She was extremely helpful with how much food I needed. She did not over sell me on quantity where as most others would try to sell more. When food arrived, I met Frank who was also very helpful in setting up the trays in an order in which guests would choose from. It was an absolute pleasure meeting them both!!! Very professional and great people! Thank you very much to Maria and Frank!!!! Did I mention the food was absolutely AMAZING!!!!!

Food Mussels in Garlic Lemon White Wine Sauce - Clean. the sauce was perfect for dripping the table bread and the mussels were plump and fresh. Calamari - Tender. You know when squid is overcooked, they tend to be rubbery? This place has perfected it and it was the most tender calamari I've had. Chicken Milanese - over dressed. The dressing placed on the salad was sopping! If it were to sit on the chicken, it would've gone through to the breading and make it mushy. Ask for the salad on the side.

The restaurant was quiet when we came in but a few more entered after we were seated. For $12, you can get a soup or salad and a half panini or hero. I opted for the tortellini brodo and the eggplant parm. I mean, the amount of tortellini in the soup was a bit weak. The stracciatella or salad may be a better bang for your buck. However, the broth was good and baby girl liked it. The eggplant parm was also very tasty. Service was warm and friendly. Be advised Gino's is in the Trader Joe's parking lot so parking can get a bit hairy especially on the weekends. Mangia and happy 2023!

Then the order is sitting in the counter and im just standing waiting there instead of them having common sense and see thag people are waiting for food. Never again going to order from this place. I'm officially going to Mario's Pizza on Commack RD.
