They state that for the past 16 years they have used fresh ingredients in all their dishes and you'll notice that fact in every dish. The Ambiance: This lovely little restaurant reminds me of the bistro's I enjoyed in Venice. Get there early as it's always packed and there's not that many tables. They also offer several tables for outside dining. The Service: La Forchetta lost a star here as the service was slow and perfunctory at best. Our server couldn't seem to get her act together and seemed to be flustered by anything out of the norm. If I was to guess, having owned a few restaurants myself, I'd guess she was new and overworked having more tables than she could handle. The Food: A good sign of the quality of your meal is the quality of the salad and bread. Although this time we skipped the salad, the bread, or more precisely the garlic rolls featured the perfect balance of garlic butter and were good enough to be a meal unto themselves. After gorging on the rolls, we decided to share the calamari which turned out to be oh so crispy, and unlike so many other overly chewy offerings, was mouth watering tender. For our entrees, we chose the Penne pasta which was made al dente and featured a wonderfully robust bolognese sauce. Our second entree was the lobster filled raviolis which featured an amply filled fresh lobster covered in a creamy pink sauce. For desert we shared the house specialty tiramisu which was good but not necessarily memorable. The Bottom Line: As with all my reviews my "customer so what" would I come back... the answer is yes, because the food was so good, we'd try it again and hopefully the service would be up to the food.

Portions of both dishes were large enough to take back to enjoy for lunch the next day. On our second visit, my wife had Spaghetti Al Pomodoro and I tried Veal Marsala. Both were north of wonderful! During both visits we also enjoyed fresh garlic bread. Uncle Guiseppe's is busy and noisy. Service is so good you don't notice the "busy" once you're seated. We informed our server, who apologized, but the plate never left our table and was never taken to the kitchen for anyone to inspect. We ended up removing the chicken to a separate plate ourselves. When the bill arrived, the chicken was still included. After we asked about it, the server told us the chef said, "It's just a vein." Please see photo attached as the chicken is visibly pink and we are aware what a vein looks like. That was extremely frustrating because the chef never actually saw the chicken after we raised the concern--the plate remained at our table the entire time. We weren't looking for a free meal. We simply wanted our concern to be taken seriously and for someone to inspect the chicken before dismissing it. Instead, we paid for chicken my sister no longer felt comfortable eating. The other pasta dishes and appetizer were fine, and had our concern been handled appropriately, we wouldn't have left a review at all.

Yes, they do offer alternative ways to pay such as Cashapp, Apple Pay, Zelle, etc, which l felt was a bit unusual. In closing, the food was great! Tasty and well made. Tap water to paying customers!? Service is service, some times it's great and sometimes it's not. The cash only thing did take me by surprise.

I have eaten at every pizza and Italian restaurant in Stuart. The pizza at Anthony's is like nothing else, and in my opinion, the best you can eat. There are many types of pizza and some other restaurants do those very well. Please check out my other reviews for those other pizza options. The restaurant is located next door to Homegoods and is nicely decorated with darker woods and an open kitchen where the coal pizza ovens are visible. Another nice touch is the full wall of windows facing the parking lot is darkly tinted. I've eaten in many restaurants where the glare from the parking lot and the setting sun made dining unpleasant. It also helps with the overall ambiance. The pizza and Anthony's salad are so good I have never bother to try anything else on the menu! The pizza is crisp, thin and somewhat on the order of a tomato pie. The coal ovens bake the pizza quickly and with a delicious blackened bottom. Any topping you choose is above average in quality although the plain cheese version is my favorite. The Anthony's salad is crisp and fresh with a super light and tangy vinaigrette dressing. It comes with Romaine lettuce, onion, tomatoes, wine soaked olives, garbanzo beans and an option for Gorgonzola cheese. It's enough for 3 or 4 people easily. Another important thing for me is consistency. In the dozens of times I have eaten here, the food has been the same each time. This is hard to do with certain items like the salad. The lettuce is always perfect and fresher than just about any restaurant I've ever eaten in. The waitstaff is efficient and not overbearing. read more

After a very disappointing experience at Fantini's Pizza, we decided to give Anthony's a try, and we're so glad we did. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly by the hostess and immediately felt welcome. We explained that we were a party of six adults and two small children, and we were seated quickly without any issues. The food, service, and atmosphere were exactly what we were hoping for during our family vacation. The wings were tender, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. We also ordered the garlic knots, which were fresh and delicious. For our group, we ordered two large pizzas and one small pizza, and it was the perfect amount of food. Every pizza was excellent, and everyone left happy. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel valued as customers. After our earlier experience elsewhere, Anthony's completely turned our evening around. We would absolutely return in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to anyone looking for great pizza, outstanding service, and a welcoming atmosphere. read more

I ordered six habanero raspberry boneless wings, six sweet raspberry wings, waffle fries, and broccoli cheddar poppers. The habanero raspberry was a bit spicier than I expected, yet thankfully I had the sweet raspberry to alternate between. The broccoli cheddar poppers were a nostalgic delight that I had not had in 13 years. The waffle fries were seasoned perfectly, which was awesome. I dipped the broccoli poppers and waffle fries in the ranch I received with the wings. After I finished my boneless chicken wings, I mixed the remaining habanero raspberry and sweet raspberry sauces together to use for my fries, which was a sweet and spicy delight. The manager truly went above and beyond to ask us how the food was and if we were enjoying everything or needed anything else, like napkins or other items, while they were cleaning up and preparing to close. We ordered fried dough (aka zeppoles) and cinnamon sugar caramel-filled churros. The manager was completely understanding of our situation and graciously allowed us to stay a bit past closing time to enjoy and be comfortable while eating the dessert we ordered. Overall, the ambiance was positive and friendly, the service was a true delight, and it was nice to share outstanding conversation with an amazing manager while enjoying some delicious food. Thank you for the opportunity to eat here so late and for being kindhearted.
