Anthony's grill was a new kind of concept I had never seen before which was a grab and go grill! I got a vegetable platter which was delicious. I asked for steamed rice and I got to choose which veggies and sauces I wanted on my platter. He would then cook the veggies to perfection for me place it on the rice with the sauces and there you have it. The food was spectacular and really fresh. The service was also exceptional because the person who took our order "Anthony" was such a kind dude and really helpful. OVERALL would definitely come again and recommend to others. read more

I'm a​ chef and I've often lamented on several occasions that the city needs a place where a foodie could get fried chicken,and potato salad and collard green any day of the week. I've lived in glorieta and worked in Santa Fe for 6 years, and just today, I heard about Anthony's from a friend. I had to check out our right away, so I went for lunch. There was no line, which is surprising given the quality of the food. I ordered the crunchy chicken stir fry with garlic, broccoli, carrots, sprouts, cabbage, and a couple of other veggies. For sauces, I went with their hot chili oil, house hot sauce mixed with the Mongolian sauce, on recommendation from the front of house man, who was extremely nice and hospitable. I have to say, listen to this man of he recommends a sauce combo. It was delicious! To top it all off, I had my food in 8 minutes, as promised by the front of house man. I am a California transplant and just ordered takeout from Anthony's for the first time. I was surprised by how good it was! Best I've had in Santa Fe! The Szechuan lamb was very flavorful and spicy. The meat was tender and filled with veggies. The ma-po tofu was spiced with numbing Szechuan peppers, not something I would expect here. Custardy tofu with a delicious sauce. The pork with string beans, while not as sexy as the other dishes was still very good. Would have preferred less meat and more string beans. The portions were all very generous. Absolutely amazing place! The menu is amazing as well! You can get Mongolian grill, catfish platter, or the voted #1 wings in Sante Fe! We chose the Catfish, 3 big pieces, hushpuppies, fried okra and turnip greens! Out of this world good! Service was such a pleasant experience! The owner is a jewel to meet and talk to! This place is top notch for great mongolian grill style stir fry at a very reasonable price. Huge customization options that give you a lot of variety depending on what you are in the mood for. I definitely look forward to going back and trying out more of what Anthony's Grill has to offer. The stir fry I got was spicy and had a perfect balance of meat, veggies, and noodles. I enjoyed every bite. I am curious to see what the southern inspired fish and chips are like. Talking with the owner I had a great experience as he has a very friendly personality very approachable and honest. He has a great understanding of quality and little details that make every interaction I have had with him classy and tasteful. I will be going here again much more often. Disappointing! It started as a wonderful stir-fry place, ordered multiple times. then a couple of months ago my order arrived scorched & the scorch-taste permeated the entire stir fry. So I tried again last night. Worse! Once again it was scorched, totally lacking broccoli on my order, mostly green pepper, despite all the veggies I ordered. Worst of all, the shrimp seemed to have a bread crumb stuffing... awful! there should not be bread crumbs in or on stirfry shrimp... or was it just that the shrimp was textured like bread- meal? Too expensive for the poor quality! I don't know what happened to a once great restaurant. Never more for me! read more
