I previously left a bad review due to the fact that nobody would answer the phone. They finally did and I'm so glad. This place is awesome. There was 7 of use and we all had something different. Salmon, NY strip, shrimp and steak and lamb. We also had desert and they were delicious. The place is small but comfortable. The service was top notch as was the food. It's worth having to call over and over again to get a reservation.

Fun fact, my great grandparents used to own this building! They had a restaurant called baron of beef! The food was great! The potato's were so delicious that I thought about ordering seconds! The service was fast and very friendly! I definitely recommend this as your dinner in Albuquerque!

We got super lucky to be able to be seated as walk ins, their reservation list was packed (to be expected for a Friday). The server (I think Daniel) was excellent, he gave great recommendations on the house specials for the evening, and their service is out of this world - even refolding your napkins and stuff when you step away to the washroom. Everything we ate was terrific, even the cream of mushroom soup blew our socks off - it is finished with truffle oil that really elevates the dish. My fish meal (I cannot recall the type of whitefish that it was) was excellent. The potatoes were perfectly soft throughout with a crispness on the sautéed edges, and the lemon caper sauce was top tier. My partner had the Henry IV, which was the perfect portion - a bacon wrapped filet mignon topped with artichoke hearts in béarnaise sauce, and served over the artichoke leaves. Presentation was great, and the price point was bang on for all of our dishes. It was our first night on spring break in ABQ, and we happened upon this spot in Old Town somewhat by accident. The delicious smell from outside is what drew us in. Little did we know, we would have one of our best meals in recent memory. 7/5 stars.

Two weeks ago, my wife had her birthday weekend. I chose two restaurants for a Saturday and Sunday dinner. We went on a Saturday late dinner to Antiquity Restaurant. Reservations were a little bit hard because it's not online but I finally got a phone reservation on my 5th day. Call them between 4-5 pm when I guess they're not busy with service. Sean was our server and he was very pleasant and professional. We have been here before so we declined for him to explain the menu. It was a candle lit dinner and very romantic. We had crab cakes that are the best in ABQ so far and chowder soup. For entrees, we had the jumbo scallops and Henry IV filet mignon wrapped in bacon with artichoke hearts. The food was exceptional but the sauces on the scallops and Filet mignon were a little bit on the salty side. Overall, we enjoyed our night at Antiquity!

Visiting for the Balloon Fiesta and decided to venture to this restaurant for our 25th wedding anniversary. Ambiance - it was what I would expected for eating in old town Albuquerque...small, rustic, with the adobe feel...distressed wood beams, brick floor and quaint, dark room, we had an intimate two person both...was perfect. Service- manager greeted us promptly and accommodated our anniversary and put us in a nice table with confetti, nice touch. Our waiter greeting and covered the specials and I told him I had a tree nut allergy. He did a nice job on the salad and put the pecan nuts on the side. Unfortunately, when it came to dessert, he covered the in-house homemade desserts. I ordered the key lime pie which was lovely for the first bit until I realized the shaved almonds on top were not graham cracker crumbs. No Bueno!!! When I asked him if this was nuts, he said yes... no apology, no oh my gosh, just yep heres the bill. Food - I really enjoyed the special salad with Granny Smith apples, Asian pears, berries with a lovely vinaigrette. My husband had the homemade New England claim chowder, it was lighter (not heavy cream based) which he liked and had a green chili which gave it a nice kick. Our main course was the petite filet cooked to my liking over an open charcoal grill accompanied by delish broccolini, carrots and scalloped potatoes. My husband had the special veal schnitzel with a nice homemade pasta and sun-dried pesto sauce. Overall, we had a really nice time, great meal, nice atmosphere....just really have to hit them with the lack of attention on the tree nut allergy and lack of empathy from their sever....disappointment!

We came here for my birthday dinner tonight and it was incredible! Our server James was fantastic. He gave us a corner booth for my birthday and even decorated the table. The food was SO good. We had the mushrooms to start, as well as the soup of the day and a pear salad. For our mains, we had the 16 ounce ribeye and the veal special. We finished it off with the key lime pie. Start to finish, it was an incredible meal.

Me and my wife finally secured a reservation at Antiquity. Arriving early we were promptly seated at a table for two. It was in a nice corner that felt secluded and romantic. The ambience of the restaurant is very nice and the service was impeccable. We weren't feeling any of the appetizers so skipped those but went with the Chateaubriand for Two. A lot of the specials sounded very enticing, but we were in the mood for beef. The Chateaubriand comes with soup or salad. My wife got the French onion soup and I got the salad. It was nice with a light vinaigrette and the cheese on the side was amazing. For the Chateaubriand it was cooked over an open fire and was perfectly a medium rare. The mashed potatoes were perfectly prepared and the mushroom and gravy made the dish perfect. We tried the dessert as well, and it was so good I forgot to take a picture. They had a special tiramisu cheesecake that was good. Pretty much tasted more of a coffee cheesecake. I liked it. We also got a desert sampler with Crème Brûlée, a chocolate mousse, and key lime pie. My wife loved the key lime pie, I liked the mousse and the crème brûlée was okay. Between the amazing service and excellent food, we would come back again and plan to soon. I feel like this might be a regular stop for us in the future.

We had dinner here our first night in Albuquerque. The building and its history are worth a visit on their own. Service was wonderful, and the food did not disappoint. I loved that our table felt very private. We started with an oyster dish and salads. I had the spiced shrimp, and he had lobster. We had the dessert trio, which was perfectly sized. Everything was delicious!!

I am a mermaid at heart so of course the seashell theme was on point. I was on a solo date and the patio was a sweet place to sit outside under string lights and enjoy the views of the mountains in the background. I love to try new things so I was delighted they had an oystertini (yep you guessed it, a martini with an oyster in it!) The lions mane mushrooms were to die for. Insane flavor and texture. The salmon was cooked " medium" which I've never really had before, and it was so palatable and luxurious. Nothing worse than overcooked fish ha ha. Dominic was my server and he was especially attentive and sweet and conversational. Great energy. The rest of the staff had a similar vibe. 10 out of 10 would love to come back. One thing to note: the food is very RICH with a lot of oils, kind of like French food, so next time I wouldn't order as many heavy items (my fault not theirs !) and I would pair it with some lighter faire they offer such as one of their salads. Overall, such a treat.

Unfortunately, they didn't ask us if we had a special occasion we were celebrating, but overall the service was great. The ambiance was pretty nice and there is a back patio that has a few tables. They have a large array of oysters from the east coast and west coast. The oysters and the way they served and prepared were good. They do have raw clams also which I thought strange, but I'm probably just not fancy enough. We ordered a few appetizers including green chili hush puppies which seemed to need a little more Smokey green chili flavor and they were a bit dry. The lobster deviled eggs are sort of tart and flavorless and I didn't get any lobster on mine. My friend said the lobster rolls were good, and I had a salmon special that was out of this world delicious and cooked to perfection!! The red curry mussels were also outstanding!! Could use a bit more spice and salt, but really good. One of the kiddos didn't want raw food, but he also couldn't find much on the menu for kids. They were out of what he ordered and when they finally did get his order, his food came out about 15 minutes after the rest of the table. They did comp out appetizers so that was nice, but in my opinion they should have comped his meal since they didn't have what he wanted and then served him so much later. Their alcoholic fancy beverages were great. I had a glass of wine that was good. I would suggest offering more wines and meals from the adjacent wine bar and restaurant to Lure as well. They have a few kinks to work out, but I think they are on the right track. There is no phone so it's very difficult to make a reservation. I recommend visiting this place and trying some of their food during off hours. I'm not sure I'd recommend their appetizers yet, but with a few tweaks they will improve. Cheers!

The salad dressing was a creamy vinaigrette and it went perfectly with the dish. I recommend! We shared a Crème Brûlée that was HUGE and delicious as well. I ordered the passion fruit lemon drop drink and it was tasty and strong. The service was prompt and kind. He got all of our orders correct and was highly attentive. I'll definitely be back soon!! This charming little bistro near the south end of Old Town is elegant, welcoming, and truly a hidden gem. Having convenient on-site parking was a nice bonus, and we were warmly welcomed as soon as we arrived. Our server, Christopher, made the evening even more memorable. He was attentive, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. He also took the time to recommend several local restaurants and places to visit, which we really appreciated. We started with the mussels, and they were outstanding--fresh, tender, and served in a rich, spicy butter broth with perfectly toasted crusty bread for dipping. My cedar plank salmon was cooked beautifully, full of flavor, and paired with a delicious chorizo risotto. My husband ordered the filet mignon, and after trying a bite, I can understand why he said it was one of the best steaks he's ever had. The mushroom risotto and seasonal vegetables were the perfect complement, and the fresh salad with homemade dressing was a great start to the meal. To top off the evening, the staff surprised me with a three-flavor sherbet dessert complete with a birthday candle and a thoughtful personalized birthday card. It was such a sweet touch that made me feel truly celebrated. We couldn't leave without trying the German chocolate cake, and it was the perfect ending to an unforgettable dinner. Everything from the food to the service exceeded our expectations. We can't wait to come back and try more of the menu the next time we're in town.

We initially decided on this place because they offered oysters on a half shell. I figured they would be small oysters, but no, these oysters reminded me of the size of gulf oysters. The oyster dish came with all of the fixings, horseradish sauce, cocktail sauce, tabasco sauce, lemons, and crackers. I enjoyed every single bite. We ordered a seafood boil dish combo #2 that came with Dungeness Crab Legs, shrimp, clams, sausage, red potatoes, and corn in a crab house cajun sauce with heat level medium spicy. The boil came out just as I finished my last oyster. I failed to take a picture of the beautiful seafood dish before us. Plan to get messy with this place. They put down paper on the table when arriving, and they give gloves and a bib to wear. I took off all of my rings and I got busy cracking and peeling. The cajun garlic butter sauce was so flavorful. I couldn't get enough of it. I swept and dipped my seafood pieces around in it until I could scoop up enough to enjoy with every bite. Our server was attentive to our needs, and the bathroom was clean upon my visit. I didn't mind the walls and poles that were written on. It added its own character.
