For sure one of our favorite pizza places in Houston. The only critique is it's missing some Italian seasoning. But man it was so good. Service was nice and didn't feel rushed.

I just went with my boyfriend to Antonio's flying pizza And was our first time. I can say we were amazed by the excellent food and service. Definitely is a gem on the city of Houston, that I highly recommend to go. The service was very polite and professional, and food was good amount and just delicious. Was for sure not our last visit. Congratulations. PK

    pizza is decent

The pasta is not house made... box pasta!!! the pizza is ok but not the best pizza. decent American italian food, not authentic Italian.

Food was amazing. Drove past this place a million times and never once realized this Gem was here. Cozy little spot too. Service was amazing start to finish. Food was fresh and full of flavor. Place was clean and maintained. Pizza had a great crunch. Pasta was awesome and full of flavor. Desert was really good we forgot to take a picture of the full desert lol. Definitely coming back to visit another day. Thank you for the amazing time we had.

Food sucked ! The vegetables were raw lol

Place been around for longtime , so decided to give a try . We order fettuccine Alfredo with chicken was really basic. & the pizza was OK , but I noticed the place is only welcomes white people , all the staff is Hispanic , everyone in the restaurant was served bread asap but it wasn't offered to us , it was very noticeable white friendly it's sad , I won't be back

Another excellent meal. We had fried calamari and tomato salad as appetizers. For entrees we had chicken cacciatore and veal Marsala with some capellini. We chose the Tuscan Chianti to accompany the meal. No room for dessert this time. Very busy on a Saturday night, and it was great to see so many groups and families.. Antonio is 84 now.

I really enjoyed my visit to Antonio's! I went with a large party, and we were seated in the back, but that didn't affect our service at all. The waiters were so attentive and my glass was never left empty for long. The restaurant was quiet, and they were even kind enough to turn off the overhead music in the room when we requested it. I ordered the chicken Alfredo dinner and a Caesar salad. The salad was amazing! The Alfredo was standard, nothing overly special but very yummy. I feel like the food was a tad overpriced for the quality, but I got to take home leftovers so I'm happy with the quantity. I'd definitely return!

I measure Italian restaurants by their pasta with meat. No fancy cheese or plate just pure work. Didn't disappoint. Excellent service. Good parking space front and back.

Cesar Salad with dinner role was very good.

Pizza... 3 Stars Customer Service... 4 Stars Definitely just sub standard pizza with a not so bad Cesar salad. My waitress was very friendly and attentive to me as well as all her customers. Would I return... sure I would. Reminded me of an old fashioned pizza parlor. So let it be written... So let it be EATEN.

We had high hopes after seeing them on tv and looking at the reviews. Overall it was okay. We were greeted and seated right away. Antonio was there and welcomed us with a smile and small talk. We ordered stuffed mushrooms and cheese-sticks, pep pizza and another one with prosciutto Everything was okay but seemed bland and lacked flavor. We just had higher hopes for the experience.

Food was great! The disappointing look on her face is just the way that she looks at me.

I waited too long to finally try this place out. I have searched high and low around Houston for a really good Classic Italian restaurant. Classic Italian food made right. This is the food that I grew up on in the Northeast. The sauce is the highlight on many of their pasta dishes (as it should be). The pizza absolutely slaps. New York style with no flop! My pre-teen son loved the Fettuccine Alfredo so much, he didn't once try to sneak any tiktok dancing videos while seated. Btw..I think this is the only 5 star review that I've ever given to an Italian restaurant. I'm interested in coming back during the weekends to see what the flying pizza is all about. The only flying food I'm accustomed to is by my wife whenever I overcook fish.

Mimo's offers a great selection of Italian inspired apps, three well appointed pizzas, a few varied and surprising options for pasta dishes, and some mains. Items we tried: Pane - delicious Roasted Carrot Pizza - AMAZING, A little spicy, but definitely something we would order again. Pastas we ordered initially came out cold - our incredible waiter immediately corrected the issue. But from a flavor profile - Pansotti - sooooo delicious. You'd never guess that it was a vegetarian option - the mushrooms were so meaty. The delicate pouches with the spinach and ricotta were heavenly. Pappardelle - The lamb braised sauce had a depth of flavor that could rival any restaurant in Italy. My only tiny hope was that the pasta would have been served aldente, it was a little overcooked. But to each his own. Overall - really great. Would recommend. This would be great for a weeknight dinner or an off the beaten path date night.

The fried cheese, tomatoes & candied pecans are a great complement to the beets and greens. Add the fresh cracked black pepper offered by the server. Seafood lasagna (8/10) - the seafood is not lacking! Its very seafood-forward. Salmon, shrimp, clams. You definitely know you are eating seafood. The cheese/seafood/pasta/sauce ratio is spot on, well balanced. It felt more like a seafood dish than a lasagna/pasta dish. My only complaint (and it's not really a negative) is I was in the mood for lasagna & after eating this dish, although it was very good, I still had a hankering for lasagna. Other: - Service in general was good. It was a slow day during my Sunday afternoon visit. - Bathrooms were well kept & had cool big mirrors in the hallway upon exiting the bathroom. - Parking in the attached garage is free. We ordered the tiramisu for dessert, and nowhere on the menu did it mention that it was served with a slice of kiwi hidden underneath the whipped cream. I'm allergic to kiwi, and because it was completely covered, I didn't realize it was there until after I had already taken a bite. I brought this to our server's attention, not because I was looking for a discount or anything free, but simply because I wanted the staff to be aware so this wouldn't happen to another customer with a food allergy. Instead, the first response I received was asking if I had read the menu, which I had. Unfortunately, the menu never mentioned kiwi being part of the dessert. What really bothered me was overhearing the conversation afterward. Our server spoke with another staff member a few booths away, and I heard comments along the lines of, "Well, he should've mentioned his allergy," and "He should've asked." It felt like the responsibility was being placed entirely on me rather than acknowledging that an undisclosed ingredient had been served. I understand that customers with allergies should communicate them whenever possible, but I also think restaurants have a responsibility to disclose ingredients that aren't typically expected, especially when they're hidden in the presentation. I've had tiramisu many times and have never encountered one served with kiwi tucked beneath whipped cream. Again, the food itself was good, and this review isn't about trying to get compensation. I genuinely wanted to help prevent a similar situation for someone else. Unfortunately, the way my concern was handled left me feeling dismissed and caused me to lose confidence in the restaurant's approach to food allergies.
