Ordered the camarones a la diabla. They were absolutely horrible. It tasted like they mixed Clamato juice and ketchup. There was no spice, it was oddly sweet, and the shrimp were very fishy. Improvements needed. Granted what I ordered and my discussion with others that were with is how I'm reviewing Antonio's. So I ordered a single shrimp taco. It was standard size taco with 2 tortillas. It contained maybe 4 -5 shrimps that were on the small size. The shrimp was not marinated or season whatsoever, it had a sauce on it. No cheese and plenty of bitter cabbage. The total price tag was $7 and change. Others were not happy with their enchiladas, rice and beans were subpar. Much improvements needed. read more

The service was fine, but the food was terrible. I ordered a chicken quesadilla, and it was just unseasoned chicken and cheese from a bag of shredded Mexican blend. Additionally, my friend ordered a burger welldone and it came out medium. When she asked for it to be fixed, they put the bitted patty back on the grill and sent it back out. While I appreciate the attempt to not wast food, this is absolutely unacceptable and breaks food violations. read more

Never been here so I was excited to try it out! When my partner and I first walked in, we awaited a couple of minutes to be seated. Seemed like they were short staffed but still had good attitudes! Sat down at a booth and it was very comfortable. Ordered the appetizer nachos and they were good and a good sized portion. Our waitress was nice and overall had a good dining experience. Came here on Cinco De Mayo and it was hopping. They got us in after about a 20 min wait. They thankfully sat us in the second dining area. It's much quieter back there. I love love with a service dog and this place gets 3.4 paws up. No access issues but check your table. Some of them are less accessible for a tuck than others. We were able to make ours work ok. I ordered chicken flautas and the Mr ordered a taco salad. They brought is chips and salsa. They were awesome, delightfully thin and crispy and the salsa wasn't spicy, but had good flavor. Our food came out after a reasonable wait. I loved my flautas and while he enjoyed the taco salad, he said it was a little bland. Hes keen to come back and try something else though. read more

Customer for many years and am disappointed with their food product. Beans and rice are a low expense food item for restaurants and when I received my order, the amount of both were anemic. The chili verde was very light with pork and it was dry. Many pork pieces were cubes of fat. The amount of refried beans was the amount and consistency one would expect for a tostada, yes that thin. I didn't ask for another plate nor did I ask for a price adjustment but I did very politely express my displeasure to the waitress. I conveyed that she should convey my comments with a restaurant manager. I actually felt my concerns might not have been conveyed as expected. Came again after my previous post and will be our last. The Mexican food is Americanized ... I should have known by the shredded yellow and white cheese instead of queso fresco on my beans lol. My Flautas were extremely stuffed but deep fried. It looked like an egg roll. Certain items are a hit or miss. But I will take my taste buds elsewhere. Server was attentive and quick. Yes! Heading home from Yosemite and swung by after a Yelp search. The bar area really called to me when entering so we heading there instead of the dining room. Had a good ambiance, nice vibe of the staff and patrons, and a decent amount of TV's for sports. Salsa is the #1 and immediate litmus test when entering a new Mexican restaurant and they passed and on top of that, they know well enough to give each person their own bowl of salsa. The bartender was very pleasant, the food was filling and good and if I didn't live 200+ miles away, I could see myself visiting more often! read more

Husband and I frequent this place often. Inside is pretty big with lots of sitting room. Service is always great. Never have had a bad experience. Chips and salsa are good, and we like that they always bring out two salsas. I usually always get the taco and enchilada combo, husband tends to mix things up each time and get something different. I've been going to Antonios for years. Recently, the restaurant has gone downhill. I ordered ground beef tacos and they were filled with grease. You could hold the taco and the grease would pour out onto the plate. We had an online to go order with spanish rice. When we went to pick up our order, they were out of spanish rice and replaced it with regular rice. No discount, no free chips and salsa, just made the substitution. read more

Table and restaurant were clean. Ordered chile Colorado enchilada and beef tostada. It comes with chips, salsa, rice and beans. Chips were great, warm and fresh. The hot food was hot but kinda plain. Not very spicy (flavorful). Don't get me wrong i don't like super spicy, but everything coulda used more seasoning. Server could have checked on me one time instead of waiting til the end of service. Some stuff was good. The shredded beef taco, the bean/chorizo dip and the rice. The beans sadly had no flavor. So the bean and cheese burrito wasn't worth eating. Server was sweet, the hostess however was very very slow. Over all very 50/50 feelings about the place. Good food, good service. I was surprised at how large the restaurant is once you get inside. There are two dining rooms, a bar, and a patio. Being there at lunch, we were given a large space in the second dining room which was nice for our group and our ongoing conversations. The carnitas taco is delicious; the fish taco, not so much as the breading was soggy by the time it was delivered to the table. This is a large shopping center with plenty of parking, but you may have to walk across traffic lanes to get to the restaurant on the far north side of the center. read more

The service was slow and lacking. We went on cinco de Mayo which could be the reason? It was our first and last time. The kids meals were better than the adult meals. My quesadilla was full of fat instead of meat. All 9 of our table had over cooked rice and for this being a Mexican restaurant that's confusing and concerning. We used to eat at Antonio's quite a bit, but then discovered other places that weren't so loud, so we kind of migrated elsewhere. Fast forward to this spring and we've found ourselves back at Antonio's recently. Love their chips and salsa. The chicken enchiladas are really good. My new favorite is the Antonio's Super Flour Shell with shredded beef. Reasonably priced, quite filling and very tasty. Beans, meat, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, guacamole and sour cream in a freshly fried flour tortilla. So good! Service can be hit or miss, but it's OK for the most part. It also doesn't seem to be as noisy in there as it used to be...nice plus. read more

The good: Most (90%) of the time the food is good. Good salsa and chips, good variety of dishes to choose. Servers are always friendly and helpful. Most of the time the service is quick. Some nights you can get a table immediately and some nights it's a 20 minute wait. It's noisy especially if there are popular sports televised in the bar. The bad: It states they close at 8:30PM, but three times we have arrived at 7:15-7:30 and have said they are closed or no longer serving!!! Tonight, Cinco de Mayo they said they ran out of food at 7:20. Really? You'd think they'd plan better for this day especially. read more
