I've had a lot of pizza in my life, and this is a solid 6/10 in flavor and quality. I asked the guy I was with how he'd rate it, and he said the same thing, and we NEVER agree on pizza ratings. So yeah, definitely edible, but fairly mediocre. I liked that it was heavy on the sauce, but let's face it, the soul of a pizza is its dough/crust. That's really what tanked this pizza for me. Went in today and their customer service is horrible. I ordered a large pizza after seeing everyone else received their orders, and arrived after us, my husband decided to ask for our order. They gave our pizza to another table and blamed my husband for not being on the look out. Like what!! Things happen, but they then proceeded to say the cashier is new to give them a break, then they proceeded to say in 10 min our large pizza would be out. No apologies or sympathy. The cashier then comes and offers us an individual pizza because our large would take to long.. MIND BLOWN. We denied and let her know we would wait for what we paid for. Surely 25 min later we asked for our pizza again and the girl rolled her eyes at my husband, smirked and said "well we offered you a pizza already". I had to interfere at this point. They sent the pizza to the wrong address and when I called in he told me that the pizza was delivered to the address and there's nothing he can do about it. I really like this place, I LOVE pizza, but pizza hut, dominoes etc just don't do it for me. I like the sauce, the pizza always comes out amazingly fresh.. the pepperoni rolls are BOMB. I was however annoyed because I went during lunch and tried to use my coupon.. the cashier didn't understand their own coupon and made up what it actually included (not my order.. shocker) so I shrug it off and pay for my meal. After she rings me out I notice the huge lunch special sign that IS my order... I bring it up and she kind of stutters/stumbles over her explanation as to why it wouldn't work. First of all I'd like to say that my husband and I really love the pizza and the Antipasto salad. I ordered a large half and half pizza and an antipasto salad today for pick up. I was REALLY disappointed when I got home and the Antipasto salad was a regular dinner salad. I live about 15 mins away from the pizzeria and didn't want to waste gas on 30 mins going and coming back again to fix their mistake. I just hope that they check their orders from now on. Had the worst experience ordering from this restaurant. I placed an order through DoorDash because it said that they were still open. I paid for my food and got charge for delivery but the food never came. When I called them to see you where my order was located, they said they decided to close early and didn't make it. The driver was waiting out front and they told him to leave. I was upset because they didn't even have the common courtesy to call me and let me know even though they saw that the order had been paid for. The employee told me he saw the order but it was too late because the turned the ovens off. Then he was very rude and told me to contact door dash and that it wasn't his problem. I wanted pasta and decided to try this place through Door Dash. We ordered the meat ravioli and chicken alfredo. Both dishes came with garlic bread and arrived piping hot with no need to reheat. I always order from Anyas but this is the first time that I ordered the Hawaiian Pizza. The description states that the ingredients include Canadian Bacon, Pineapple and BACON BITS. There were NO bacon bits on the pizza. If they're not going to honor their descriptions then they should not give one. The delivery person was excellent and in no way does this rating apply to him. Pay attention ANYAS. My son orders at least once a week from your establishment. Also my son called them about a week ago about a Philly cheesesteak sandwich that had a sour taste. My sister really likes this place for pizza! She suggested my mom order here for the 3 of us for Mother Day so we could all social distance and eat pizza from our homes together. My sister ended up with MY and HER pizza. She called to the them know the delivery was wrong. Every time I've been there the staff is SO rude. I ordered a mini pizza, wings, and a side salad with ranch over the phone. . I went to go pick it and the girl rang in a medium. I decided you know what, it's fine I'm not staying extra time for her to make a mini pizza. First time here. Just passing by, checked it out on yelp and decided to give it a try. Not disappointed at all. Beer selection is ample and better yet, they supply brews from local breweries such as Dale Brothers. Jimmy took our order, explained our options and gave us the 20% of as offered thru yelp. We ordered a medium salad to share between 2 although 4 could easily have shared it. Pizza margarita was our choice and it was flavorful with lots of basil and fresh tomato!! Anya's is a no frills no fuss, family friendly pizzeria. The pastas are surprisingly tasty and the pepperoni rolls with ranch are just flat out awesome. The beer is usually cold and fair priced. Dodger games are always on. Lots of kids teams have get togethers there so you never know how busy it will be(before Covid). Since Covid we have used Anya's for delivery several times.
