Best coffee and breakfast in Town ! Conveniently located on the corner of Glenoaks and magnolia with customer parking right up front and a menu so good that will keep you coming. Back to them . Most importantly George and his staff are always at most attentive and welcoming !

I really liked their club sandwich. I have to return to try their blt. The atmosphere was pleasant and quiet. I enjoyed and love they have raspberry ice tea. I am addicted to that stuff. This location is a definite must try. They have indoor sitting and an outside window for quick pick up.

Long standing burger joint with a walk up window. Hours vary. I have driven by many times over the years and its been closed. They serve typical breakfast, lunch and dinner meals you would find at a diner. Service was friendly. A double cheesebuger meal deal was about $15.00. It came with a can of soda because their fountain machine was out of order. French fries are very thin and slightly crisped. The burger was huge. Easily 1/ 2 pound between the 2 patties. The meat was a litttle different. It reminded me of Jollibee. There are a few tables inside and a few outside. Parking is limited and tight. Solid 3.5 stars. Rounding up.

I kinda missed this place since I have moved out of Burbank so it has been long time I haven't stopped this burger place that I used to stop often. I ordered their famous cheese burger and fries and let me tell you from the first sight it was mouth watering. From the first bite it was delicious the meat patty was juicy and full of flavor and the bun was warm and welcoming, fries were just crunchy outside and soft inside. OMG, it was a hilarious experience that I highly recommend to anyone to stop in this burger place. by the owners are so nice that they also offered me a cup of tea but I had to go back to work so I said next time.

I was feeling nostalgic and wanted to relive my high-school last start treat of a breakfast burrito. I had heard they had changed ownership since the last time I went which was 2012 and that the burritos weren't the same. The food came out very quickly. Honestly the burrito was good, it had clean I ingredients. It's a simple burrito, no sauce inside, but they give you salsa on the side and I think its one fo the best salsa's out there, it really changed the entire flavor profile of the burrito. Its pretty spicy for me as I have a low spice tolerance but I just loved the flavor of it so it was worth it. I think the bacon wouls have felt like more if they just chopped it up instead of leaving as quarter strips. They definitely upgraded the inside since 2012 which is good, the chairs, tables ans decor look much cleaner/newer and the outside is the same as it's always been. I would have probably given this 4 stars if I wasn't overcharged. The menu, which mind you is taped over with new prices, said that bacon breakfast burrito was $9.98, so imagine my shock when I was charged $12.00($12.48 with tax). I didn't say anything as I don't like to confront people in charge of my food, but that wasn't okay. If the guy at the register had warned me that the proces hadn't been updated it would be okay, but there was no mention of this, and again the price on the menu is taped over, so couldn't they just tape over it again and update? Or is their pricing based off of judgement? That was just not cool, so I will not be returning just because of that.

    Gyro

Today I tried a gyro, and it was absolutely delicious. The meat was perfectly cooked very juicy, tender, and full of flavor. All the ingredients came together really well, making the gyro filling and satisfying. The service was excellent, and it's an amazing spot in Burbank with a friendly staff and great atmosphere. I'll definitely be coming back. Thank you!

Love this place. The ingredients are always extremely fresh, and you can really taste the quality. The staff is consistently very welcoming and friendly, which makes every visit a pleasure. I also love the little touches they always add pickled peppers, and other fresh pickled sides, which makes the meal feel extra special. Everything is fresh, flavorful, and made with care. Highly recommend and always happy to come back

    Teriyaki Chicken Sandwich

At this point I only have lunch here, and breakfast it's too bad they're closed during dinner. The entire menu is tasty and great. My favorites are the cheese burger, teriyaki burger, teriyaki chicken bowl, gyro and the breakfast burrito. Also owner is so nice! Thank you as always Apollo!

Completely different menu. Food was beyond sub par you can make the food at home and would taste better! Save your money. Everything we had from two orders of "taquitos", "esquite", quesadillas and a blood orange mojito. The only thing with a bit of flavor was the esquite, but again to pay for roasted corn on the cob with just mayo and cheese? For $13 ? NEVER AGAIN. I have a problem with the way they name their items which is a bit misleading. For example, they have an item called taquitos, meaning you would expect a rolled fried taquitos. What came was tacos dorados so why is it named taquitos? They DID write on the menu that it's fried tacos..but again why are they not just calling it TACOS DORADOS? Same with esquite typically esquites are corn off the cob but this was on the COBB and yes it was described on the menu as on the Cobb but again why not call it ELOTE instead of esquite. Clearly this is semantics but just frustrating. If you want authentic Mexican food there is a Don Cuco's around the block that is WAY better than this place. They are at a different tier than this Kalavera's location. If you're a drinker perhaps that would make the food taste better...so disappointed and a waste of money!

Think about it: they're running the entire operation behind the scenes- servers, inventory, scheduling, front of house, kitchen area, customers, and putting up with all the nonsense in between, and I know there's a lot of *that* as a former restaurant worker myself! That's why Allison at Finney's is so kick-ass. She runs Finney's flawlessly. I'm a big foodie and hit up lots of different restaurants around LA, and Finney's in Burbank has definitely become my go-to spot. Allison does such a great job of providing a great customer experience from the moment I walk in to paying my tab. It's not just her welcoming demeanor, but it's also the same positive energy I see in the staff when she's running things. It's nice to know there are still places that care about a great customer experience and making you and your friends right at home, especially when you're celebrating with some of your closest friends and creating perhaps some of your final memories of LA.

We ordered the house IPAs and they were deliciously hoppy. Will be back to try their other house beers for sure. We ordered the brussel sprouts with bacon for our appetizer. The figs was such a nice sweet layer to the crispy, crunch, and tart brussels. Paired well with the bacon too. Ordered the proscuitto with arugula flatbread for our "main". Amazed that it was $14 and it was a pretty big flatbread! I would say that the proscuitto wasnt spread out enough. There were some pieces that didnt have any at all! First, their cafe de olla is absolutely delicious. This remains one of the only places where I genuinely enjoy ordering cafe de olla. Second, their food is incredible. They serve excellent portions, everything tastes fresh, and the food is just so good. I've had their taquitos and chilaquiles, and both were delicious. The only downside is that every time I've come, there has usually been a bit of a wait, especially because the restaurant itself is pretty small with limited seating. The inside is cute, but small, so we usually end up sitting outside. This is where their Monrovia location does have the advantage because it has much more space. Parking can also be tricky. Good luck finding a spot close enough where you don't have to walk far. We usually end up parking in the residential area around the corner. That said, the staff are wonderful and always try to be as accommodating as possible despite how busy they are. Highly recommend this place if you're okay with possibly waiting a bit for seating. My friend and I went into this Cafe De Olla on the 17th of this month at 2pm. She met me there and lives in Burbank. I have been here once, I believe back in 2018. It was pretty solid in every way. We were warmly greeted by Erick--the host, standing by the podium and right away he got us a seat inside. After like 5 minutes, Elsa, our server approached us to take our order. My friend and I both felt like we were being rushed through our meal. Food came out hot and quick. We opted for a few of their dishes. Tacos Mananeros, came with 4 tacos ($18.95), with 4 complimentary sauces. 2 of the sauces were very spicy and Elsa didn't warn us. We also got the Veggie Omelette with tomatoes, onions, spinach, mushrooms, Jack cheese, topped with avocado and a side order of hash browns. They made the hash browns perfectly. Told her nice and crispy on the top and that's what we got. (18.95). We also shared their French Toast topped with Strawberry, Blueberries, and Blackberries. ($16.95) topped with lots of Whipped Cream (which I love) and a side of syrup. We needed to add more syrup to make the French Toast more moist. The French Toast was a bit dry for our liking. Even the people sitting next to us who ordered the same thing were saying the same. On the flip side, the other 2 dishes tasted fresh and delicious. Great portions for the prices. We also got this drink called Powerful from their smoothies section of the menu. It was called Green Smoothie. Ingredients were the following: blueberries, honey, Greek Vanilla yogurt, avocado and Almond milk. It was simply very refreshing and delicious. My friend wanted some sort of Latte, Espresso, Americano, etc..but they didn't have any of those drinks. All they had was regular & decaf coffee. At first, I asked for Cranberry juice, and Jose, said they only had Apple and Orange juice. We found it a bit odd not to have any of those drinks. Going back to our server Elsa, she was a bit aloof and forgetful. I asked for a bowl of fruit, and it never made it to our table. After we were done eating, I asked for two to-go boxes and a bag, she forgot that too. We had to ask the other employees to get them for us. The same with to-go containers for our sauces. She forgot to bring napkins too. Jose, (our busboy), needs a raise and promotion! This young man read all the ingredients on the Taco menu which came with: bacon & egg, chorizo with potato & eggs, machaka/eggs, & nopaitos/eggs. The writing in their menu was very small. Another server by the name of Angel, truly was an angel. Checked on us while Elsa was taking orders over the phone. They have another location in Monrovia, a gender neutral restroom, place was very clean. Inside was small. It had 10 tables and nice couches with cozy, inspirational decor and pillows. Lovely music playing over head with a nice patio seating. Will I return? Yes, but not anytime soon! Also check for their business hours..
