    The usual crazy busy inside, but no line outside on a Saturday afternoon.

    In the past, I have always upgraded my iPhone through my wireless carrier. My current iPhone 11 Pro Max is so old, it wasn't worth a trade-in credit, so I decided to just buy the new iPhone 17 Pro directly from Apple this time. Every time I have walked by an Apple store in a mall, it always seems like complete chaos inside, often with a line outside to even get inside the store. I decided to take my chances and purchase the new phone via the Apple Store app. The process was very straightforward. After configuring a new phone and locating a local store that has it in stock, you pick a date and a 15 minute pickup window. I ordered my new phone on a Saturday afternoon, and scheduled my pickup for the following day. After you purchase the phone through the app, the local store will hold it for you for a week. I arrived at the Los Cerritos mall Apple store around 1pm on a Sunday afternoon. There was no line to get inside the store, but it was extremely busy inside. They have a person stationed at the entrance, who asks what you need and directs you were to go. I told him I was there to pick up a new phone, and he directed me to the order pickup table towards the back of the store. I only had to wait a few minutes and a gentleman scanned the order receipt QR code on from my phone and said to hang out for a bit. Less than five minutes later, he returned with my new iPhone box and he handed me over to Nataly to finalize everything. She was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable, as I asked her several questions while she was finalizing my pickup. I told her I also wanted to purchase a screen protector and 45 watt charger block which only took a few extra minutes. She also installed the screen protector for me. As packed as the store was inside, there were many Apple employees visible and engaged with customers. They all seemed energetic and unfrazzled by the chaos. My whole time in the store from entry to walking out with my new phone, screen protector installed, and charging block was no more than 15 to 20 minutes. I had a very positive experience, and would definitely recommend this method of purchasing a new device.

    I thought I broke my glass screen because it was uneven on the bottom and scratched me every time I used it because I had dropped it before. There wasn't much of a wait for an associate, considering that this is an Apple store. The man waiting on us, took off my phone case and peeled off the screen protector. The glass under it was perfectly OK, so I just needed a new screen protector. I was very happy that it was taken care of so fast and wasn't super expensive. Now, when I swipe up, I don't feel like I'm going to cut my thumb.

    Went to this store for a gift for my wife. She wanted the new iPad as the one that she was using was 2nd generation and it was time. We were surprised at the store was not too busy because it was Presidents' Day . Like all Apple stores, this one is wide open air and clean . The Apple representative, his name, I believe, was Pedro was very very helpful. He explained the differences between iPad, Pro and iPad Air. He also recommended that we come back and sit in the training classes that they offer throughout the day . This Cerritos Apple Store is one that we will continue to buy our Apple products from.

    The good thing about this store it being the nearest one for many people in the area is that it's convenient. However, the BAD thing about its location is that it's a cluttered mess with the employees. It's difficult to determine who is doing what and who can assist you. Customers simply want to buy a simple charger, a case, and they have to wait over half an hour when you sign in then wait some more until you're called. Even just picking up a paid in full item at the store takes half an hour if you're lucky. I checked in with the Genius Bar after I picked up my paid in full online order/item to purchase a case and I was told it would take five minutes. I guess Apple time is 40 minutes. Corporate really needs to conduct a surprise audit of that store.

    Yes, but you need to schedule an appointment to go into the store.

    When people bring in Mac books for repair do they sometimes get mixed up? Cause I think my 17in got replaced by a 15in. I hope there was no foul play

    Apple emailed you your serial number when you bought it in the store or if you bought it online it is on the box as well as the shipping email. Apple gave you it on the repair invoice both before and after. That being said from the pull down menu… Read more

My daughter's Galaxy S22 Ultra screen cracked inside her backpack, and she needed a replacement ASAP. Other places either tried to upsell us, couldn't give a straight answer about pricing or availability, or became pushy the moment we asked about the difference between original and aftermarket screens. One store even called me four times after I politely said I would look elsewhere. Edgar was the complete opposite. He answered every question with patience, honesty, and zero pressure. He didn't rush me, didn't try to upsell, and didn't call repeatedly after giving me a quote. He simply provided clear information and genuine customer service, something that's rare these days. Because of his professionalism, I'll be dropping off my daughter's phone tomorrow and taking my business here. A little patience and honesty truly go a long way, and Edgar showed both.     I cannot express how grateful I am for Compu Smart and technician, Bernardo. Bernardo truly is a…read morelife saver. I was in desperate need of some assistance with my external hard drive, because it burned out. I was so scared I had lost my whole life's memories. My kids in their younger years along with thousands of family photos and video memories (Kids child births, etc.) . I was so worried, but Bernardo gave me hope. He was honest and very upfront and was willing to do everything to save my files. Bernardo and was so professional and so helpful from the start. He definitely knew what he was doing and was willing to get started immediately. Wow! I was so grateful, because I needed to extract photos right away for my son's graduation party. He understood the urgency of the assignment and got to work! Once I arrived at this office, he explained what needed to be done to start pulling my files from the damaged hard drive. I dropped off my hard drive and within an hour he called me back with the the BEST news. My photos could be saved! Bernardo dedicated many hours in extracting my photos, videos and files and then saved ALL files to a thumbnail drive. While working on it, he realized someone else had worked on it before and fixed it incorrectly. I was most concerned about losing my pictures. Bernard went above and beyond and organized all my photos into files. He fixed my computer and did it all within one day.
