EXCELLENT SERVICE! I had no idea I could REALLY get this high level of service anywhere. I did the research when my refrige started to warm my food instead of chill. Todd is great. I called him in the morning and he was out at our house that afternoon to fix 3 separate issues. Two of our range burners were not working (he fixed the switches), our ice maker was not working (he replaced the ice maker and found some other issues with the frig that was causing it to overheat) and he fixed our dishwasher (needed a thermal fuse replacement). All of the previous reviews are true -- Todd provides awesome service at a fair price. We used him a couple of years ago and again yesterday. Our front-loading washer would not completely drain and start the spin cycle. I feared that something major had failed, but Todd found that a small sock had made its way to the pump and clogged it. He cleared the pump, and now it's working fine. Todd is prompt, professional, courteous, friendly, and fair. When Lowe's delivered a dishwasher this morning and then refused to install it, and refused to uninstall my old one (which they said they'd haul away for free) - I felt up a creek. I was so thankful for his honest opinion. Our washing machine was broken and he told me exactly what was wrong and the cost of fixing it. Unfortunately, our unit was a pretty low end model and we decided to pass on his services and buy a new washer. Wow, yep, all these great reviews were right. Todd was quick to respond when my Samsung dryer had a cracked drum that needed to be replaced. He answered my call, gathered the info he needed from me over text, got me a quick quote, and provided a speedy and efficient repair on my dryer. He also provided some great advice when I asked about repair versus replacement. It turned out I needed a follow-up repair a few weeks later (I had a squeak develop on my dryer after he left), and he returned the day after I called and did quick replacement of a roller free of charge.
