Mr. Alawi Omar kept in contact with me via YELP! and through text messages. I was even alerted when he was enroute. The company schedules you for a window of time within a 2 hour time period and you're alerted an hour before the scheduled time and before the tech arrives. When Mr. Omar arrived he was pleasant and polite. He was very knowledgeable of the model of my dryer and he fixed the problem quickly. He didn't have to make multiple trips and he was able to answer any questions that were asked. Pricing was perfect and better than the 3 other companies we had reached out to!
